After 18 minutes, we got up and walked out and proceeded to the Pattie house next door where it was much busier and were greeted by friendly staff who immediately sat us and took a drink order.... Never again will we go back to the "Gullsnest" or "Dockside" or whatever it's called! They haven't the basic skills in the food industry... only passerby's that don't have any clue on basic hospitality....
