After a revamp to their restaurant, I was excited to come back and give it a shot. I always loved their diablo shrimp and this time was no different. I love when the food makes my nose run. The place looked much nicer and the ambiance was quiet, but bright and cheery. I really liked their new tile. The service was just ok and we got a charged a really weird "open food" tax, even though we got the food to-go. The prices have also gone way up so it's not a place I can go to as often. But it's a solid Mariscos spot.

Parrillada
Adriana A.

I heard good things about this place so I thought I'd give it a try. We were greeted and serviced fairly quickly. They did give us complimentary chips & salsa. I wasn't the biggest fan of the salsa but appreciated the chips. We received our complete order soon after ordering. I got the parrillada & my husband got the raw ceviche tostada. Taste was great for my plate but there were a few random shrimp tails in there and the shrimp was a little overdone which made peeling the skin tedious. I also asked for a salsa marisquera for our dishes but they only have the store bought ones available at every table, if you like those. My plate also came with tortillas, you can choose either corn or flour. I would've totally had the flour ones if they were the good kind and not the pasty white ones from the store. I also did not try the ceviche tostada because I was full but it looked great. Also, drinks were good. The beer was nice and cold and my cocktail didn't taste artificial or syrupy at all. & Although there's room for improvement my overall experience was good. I do wish to come back here soon! :)

Camarones a la Diabla / Shrimp in Spicy Sauce

Place was clean and good music. But the food was a 7.5/10. I got camarones a la diabla and they were a bit spicy but no flavor. Michelada was good tho and came with a shrimp.

Food was delicious. FRESH & amazing customer service. They gave me a sample of their ceviche. YUM!!! A must try is their black sauce. Promise you won't be disappointed. I had Baja fish tacos and the seafood tower with black sauce.. sorry no pics. It was just THAT good.

fish taco (grilled) and al pastor taco

Food was delicious! Loved my 2 tacos (fish and al pastor). The salsa with the chips was perfectly spicy (not too hot or mild). Nice ambience with the soccer game on. The service was great. Will be back for dinner to try some of the other amazing looking dishes I saw on the menu

Food was good the service was good the only bad thing was they had the door open and flys were all over the place

Parrillada sin fin
The P.

Such a delightful place. No frills, very casual. The service works very hard even though they're a little understaffed and they're very friendly and helpful. We ordered the Parrillada sin fin which would easily feed 4. It didn't come with the avocado as was shown in the menu photo possibly because we ordered a side of guacamole. Overall a wonderful meal. The fish was perfectly done and the vegetables were just right and well seasoned. I don't add sauce to almost anything. The flour tortillas tasted store bought, next time I'll order the corn. The guacamole was wonderful. The Parrillada sin fin is a little pricey but with three hungry people we had leftovers so it's a good value, especially for the quality and abundance. We will return often. Only reasons it's not 5 stars is the price, the super casual atmosphere (folding tables and folding chairs), and it's a little understaffed so the service is slower (servers are fast but there's more tables than a couple servers can handle).

Omg! Amazing , the food was amazing! I never eat shrimp with a shell and today I did ! I definitely recommend the shrimp a la cucaracha !!! We had multiple plates and they were all delicious! 10/10 must try !!

Molcajete. Really good.

Food Soup - 4.5/5. A very nice complementary sample. Chips and salsa - 4/5. Chips were average but the salsa was tasty. Molcajete - 4.5/5. A really tasty meal that has a hefty portion for the price. Chicken was tender and flavorful. Steak and shrimp were solid. Chorizo and cheese were my favorite, along with the chargrilled flavor of the jalapeno and green onion. Sauce was mild and had good flavor. Horchata - 4.8/5. An excellent, balanced drink with a cinnamon overtone. Probably the best I've had. Service 5/5 - Attentive and friendly. Atmosphere 4/5 - A nice, non-pretentious date spot. Music was a tad too loud.

Food was great! Vesy tasty spicy agua chiles and fish ceviche. Great fast service. I Highly recommend this place.

outside

This hole-in-the-wall is just fabulous and charming. Good food, amazing service (mil gracias, Rebecca), family atmosphere. If the weather is nice, try to snag the one outside table. Karaoke on Sunday night. I had fish with minced garlic sauce and my friend had shrimp enchiladas, both were excellent. We plan on coming back with a group so we can order one of their large platters. Don't miss out, eat here soon and regularly.

We came here to celebrate my cousin's graduation after she became a doctor, and it was the perfect place for a special occasion. The food was delicious, rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The drinks were great too! I enjoyed the wine and champagne, which were smooth and not overly strong. A special shoutout to our server, Daniel, who did an amazing job taking care of our group. He was attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing to keep in mind: it can get pretty windy up there since you're close to the airport, so bring a light jacket or dress accordingly. Thankfully, they have fire pits and heat lamps that help keep everyone warm and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I'd definitely come back to try more items on the menu. The highlight of the night was definitely the drinks. We asked for something fun, and the manager surprised us with a couple of off-menu cocktails that were creative, delicious, and honestly the coolest drinks we've had in a while. They were pricey, but the presentation and quality made them worth trying. Unfortunately, the service took a turn after that. The manager disappeared for what I assume was a break, leaving a single server to cover the entire rooftop. We completely understand that things happen and it wasn't the server's fault, but we ended up waiting around an hour to an hour and a half without anyone checking on us. We wanted to order another round of drinks, but the server was constantly rushing past trying to keep up with everyone else. Eventually, we gave up, walked to the bar ourselves, paid our tab, and left. Flora has a great atmosphere, beautiful views, and some genuinely impressive cocktails. If they can improve the staffing during busy hours, this place would easily earn a higher rating from me.

The bathroom I used was gender neutral, and there is a convenient parking lot right in front. They do not serve food here, so some folks bring their own. Think King Plus is just another hot pot restaurant? Think again…read more We started our meal outside on the patio with their bar menu, and it was the perfect way to kick off the night. The house poke salad, crispy pork gyoza, edamame, grilled jumbo scallop skewers, grilled shrimp skewers, and the Wagyu ribeye yakitori were all packed with incredible flavor. To drink, I had the refreshing Lychee Mocktail, and we also tried King Plus's five-sake flight, which is a great way to experience a variety of authentic Japanese sakes. Then we headed inside for the hot pot experience. We sampled four different broths--Kombu, Tonkotsu, Spicy Miso, and Sukiyaki--before cooking premium beef and fresh seafood right at our table. The Royal Seafood Set featured shrimp, Atlantic salmon, fresh scallops, fish balls, and the chef's curated seafood selection, while the Royal Beef Experience included ribeye, chuck roll, and beef belly. But the highlight for me was the Japanese A5 Miyazaki Wagyu. It was beautifully marbled, incredibly tender, and practically melted in my mouth after just a few seconds in the broth. We wrapped up the meal with a refreshing Yuzu Pop Sparkler, creamy matcha ice cream, and rich matcha cheesecake. After about twenty minutes of being ignored someone came and grabbed my husbands empty glass but left my completely full glass sitting on the bar mat.
