The dog was walking through the dining area as the owner was bagging up items. Then the dog went behind the counter where drinks and food are served to customers at the bar. Who knows where else the dog goes during off hours if allowed in during business? We cancelled our order and left. We went to another restaurant in town and mentioned this to the owner there and they agreed it was wrong. And also proceeded to tell us rules even concerning service dogs in a restaurant. ( Which obviously is a different situation and they don't roam dining areas). This is California Health Code Violation. Needless to say we won't be eating here again. The Code: H&SC § 114259.5 prohibits live animals inside, citing potential contamination of food, equipment, and utensils.

Most of our team only had an hour to eat and our food was brought out in waves - a few dishes first, then a couple more, and then a couple more. By the time all the food came out it was 12:45 and one of our party hadn't received their meal. The server came and informed us they hadn't made it and would work on it immediately. This really dampened our celebration because we weren't able to enjoy together. Everyone left and the last meal had to be boxed to go. That felt really terrible, to have one person watch the rest of us eat. Lastly, they had fees, on top of fees, on top of fees! The food is great, the theme is awesome, but the service and staff could use some help.
