Twenty years ago, I ordered some custom embossed William Arthur stationery from a store on Brookside and was hoping to give my son a matching set. That store is no longer in business and William Arthur has since been purchased by Crane. To further complicate the issue, the style I wanted to duplicate wasn't offered anymore due to cutbacks caused by COVID. However, with determination from the helpful staff at The Inviting Place, negotiations were made with Crane and I was able to custom order a set of stationery made with unique tools created just for my order, thereby helping me achieve my goal of giving my son matching stationery that he can proudly keep unused in a box for the next 30 years because his generation doesn't know how to write and mail letters. Well, I may be disappointed in my son but I am very happy with the service at The Inviting Place.
