They have plenty of selection but the deals weren't worth it. So I didn't buy anything. The store is well stocked, organized, and some part isn't well lit though. Do better with your service and drop the attitude. She ignored me and started to talk to her coworker, as I said thank you, no acknowledgement. Sad, I can tell people don't like their jobs. This is the last time I visit this low budget location, parking is a nightmare and people are rude, homeless asking for money, cars are rude to pedestrians. It's really confusing having 2 CVS locations across the street from each other. (though I have a suspicion that once the stand alone location is done with their renovation, this location will be closed & the staff migrated over). The staff here at the Target location is great. They're very friendly and helpful and really know their stuff. I've never had any issues with them and if my pediatrician's office calls in a subscription, it'll be ready within 30 almost guaranteed. I really like this location. I do hope that if it does get closed down that everyone comes over to the other location. They have some of the best pharmacy customer service I've ever had.

When I called the pharmacy this afternoon just to confirm that it's ready for pick up, I was told that they have no order on file. I just wasted a day of waiting for my meds, to only find out that nothing was actually done and nobody knows why confirmation email was sent to me for pick up. Walgreens obviously cannot be trusted, so if you want to receive your meds in a timely fashion, id suggest to go to a different pharmacy.

There is no system, no urgency, and no communication. People are just standing there, confused and frustrated, waiting for what feels like forever. This is not a one-time issue--it's every single time. This pharmacy is clearly understaffed, but more importantly, it is poorly managed. There is no triage system, no separate line for quick pickups, and no effort to move things efficiently. It's just chaos. And this is a pharmacy--people here are often sick, in pain, or just trying to get essential medication. What makes it even worse is that some of us don't even have other options. I would prefer to have my medication delivered, but my insurance does not allow it--so I'm forced to come here and deal with this situation. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly a health concern to have people packed into a slow-moving line like this. Management needs to take responsibility and fix this immediately. The store is clean and spacious with the pharmacy moved to the side. They also have a drive through now for the pharmacy so you don't have to go inside the store to get what you're picking up. I came to this CVS since I was in the plaza getting my car registration renewal sticker from the kiosk inside Albertsons. My dad needed eye drops for his red eyes so I came here to get it. When I walked inside, I looked at their aisle directory and saw where they had the eye care products. A worker asked if I needed any help and I told her I was just looking for eye drops so she told me where it was. The one I needed was behind a locked cabinet so I had to ask the same lady to open it for me. She was very helpful and nice. The checkout process was simple and I had some rewards so I applied it to the eye drops to get a discount. There a lot of parking in the plaza where this store is in.
