I had my medication delayed by an entire day even though the app said it would be ready the night before. Use the app to check your medication status and refill. I've been trying to get my mom to use the app instead of calling Walgreens or going in person to ask about a status of a medication. My recommendation would be to wait for the notification or check the app before driving over. You can set notifications as a text when your mediciation is ready. If you arrive to the store and your medication is not ready, the phamacist may be able to get your medication ready in 20-40 minutes while you wait. However, if the medication can wait until app says ready, it saves you being turned away or waiting for it in the store. If it's a busy day with more than 5 folks in line at a time.... then be prepared to wait like 40 minutes. Then you gotta get back in line to ask if it's ready. For the store review, the store has also been understaffed for a while. Sometimes the lines are very long. The store is generally clean though and the employees are kind. Sometimes, there's not much you can do when there's a rush of people coming in during lunch or after school. Another tip I recommend is the Walgreens app sometimes has way better deals if you buy on there and pick-up in store.

About 30 seconds later, a lady with really short hair comes over & doesn't greet me; just says "what can I do for you?" I let her know I'm picking up an online order. While she was processing the order, I asked a simple question & she answered in the most condescending tone. I needed to buy a few more items, but decided to take my business elsewhere. Bad customer service like the one this person displayed makes the store lose business.

He had a hideously scary night of coughing 2 nights ago. I called CVS Pharmacy and spoke to George Pharmacist. Explained he'd just been diagnosed with Chronic Bronchitis due to unknown allergy. George reviewed all his prescriptions and over the counter meds and recommended switching him to plain Mucinex at night and using Delsym cough suppressant. (We choose grape liquid.) Has only needed 1 nebulizer breathing treatment early this morning and no audible wheezing today! Cough became rare instead of insistent. Thank You George!!

As I was driving in one threw a bottle of water at my car. Completely scared me. He walked away across the street so nothing big happened and no damages to my car. So why the 4, bc I get my makeup here and I get tons of coupons too! I have never had an issue until today. Most of the people outside will not bother you. Just be mindful that there may be some characters outside but not the businesses fault.

Then she helps the guy and instead of helping me, she leaves and my lady still can't log on. I was wondering where the hidden camera was considering the total incompetence surely had to be a fake. But nope they are really like that over there at the Carmen CVS.

And all of us are literally being penalized for not using the app because your pharmacy is allowing them to be serviced with priority over all the rest who've been waiting for way too long - seriously? There's elderly people waiting, some with cains, and one old man was telling me "he doesn't use a computer so he's doomed" TERRIBLE Service! To be fair everyone should just wait in one line! Whether you use the app or have your prescriptions on auto refill or just plain picking up! CVS you guys really need to re-evaluate the system in place! They have given me week old expired milk. There's no way expired items should still be at the original price if you are going to have it on the shelf for the customers to buy. All of them workers in there and none of them are in charge in making sure the items on the shelf are up-to-date. Donuts start to get webs on it when they get a little over the expiration date they have donuts in there two to three months old. Please pay tension to the dates on your food when you go into these stores because obviously the workers do not. Glad all the aisles and sections had good signage. And the self check out is very easy and quick to do however, even though with me accidentally tripping it up, the worker here was able to get me through the process very easily. I always get tripped up when it's placing your item and then bagging it for the scales. Anyway, it's always embarrassing when the team members have to come and save me. Download the app so you can get coupons and deals on things. Sometimes there's some good things on there that will save you a few dollars.
