She proceeded to tell me in a b$tchy tone that the 2 most popular flavors are noted with a star. Yes I told her I could see that but is there a particular flavor that SHE likes or recommends? At that point, just lie or tell me that you don't eat chicken or anything other than just repeating yourself and telling me that the 2 most popular flavors are denoted with a star. If you are having a bad day, force yourself to smile and be pleasant or go hide out in the kitchen or the bathroom. Don't take it out on your customers. The food was a 3.5 but the customer service was a 0. The guy who came out and served the food to us was fine and he seemed to be having a better day than the girl working there. Onto the food: I had requested no pate on my sandwich. There was a lot of mayo in this Vietnamese sandwich, more than I have ever experienced. But that wasn't a bad thing as I like mayo. Some others would say it was too much. The bread was super fresh: crispy outside, soft inside. The wings were delicious. They came out hot and I appreciated that they gave us gloves. Will I try it again? Yes I would. For now I'm rating this place a 3 but will revise my rating when I try it again and if the customer service experience improves.

My husband and I have been her multiple times when visiting family and literally EVERY time the staff is attentive, kind, genuine and helpful. Case in point, an elderly gentleman came in and was having trouble deciding what he wanted. One of the guys working there was so patient and compassionate. He took the time to listen and help him get exactly what he wanted. Don't know if he was a regular, but honestly as we sat and ate in the store we watched all the staff treat everyone just as well. The quality of food and speed at which they prepped our order was still fantastic, even with all this extra care and kindness. It was really nice to watch and experience. Whoever owns this franchise has trained their staff well. Thank you!
