Today I went back to one of my favorite restaurants in Federal Way is called Burger han's! I went there because this is one of the most wonderful burgers in Washington. They have the best fried mushrooms and the best dipping sauces. They also have fish and chips. Shakes onion rings and more. I absolutely love this place because the customer service is wonderful. The food is absolutely great and it just makes you feel like you're in a down Home diner when you go there. Today I was impressed by the owners they hand deliver your food to you at your table and they always have a smile on their face. This place is not expensive. Has wonderful. My family and I have visited Han's a few times before but this is the first time we went in to dine in. I saw on Google reviews that they have a new owner and I can confirm they do as T-mobile gave a coupon for burgers and Han's Burgers was one of the business that came up. It was my brother, boyfriend and myself and there was a few people inside dining in or waiting or their take out. The gentleman at the cash register greeted us and when I showed him the coupon, he told me that was done by the previous order. Regardless, he was willing to give us 15% off for coming in and letting us know that this was a one time pass which was very considerate of him. We ordered the fried chicken burger combo, Hawaiian burger and bacon cheeseburger. They gave us a cup for the lemonade and two small water cups. The food didn't take long and it was still delicious! We were happy that the burgers, service and overall experience is the same. We look forward to stopping by whenever we get our burger cravings as their prices are still fair. I don't know the difference in the inside changes as we never dined in. But they have quite a bit of seating inside with cute table clothes. It is pretty bright inside too but no music playing. Home-y, warm, & welcoming. I love the bright windows, chill radio music, the married couple that owns it, + of course the food. Parking isn't bad either because the side lot is available too! As for the food, my faves are: - Chocolate strawberry milkshake (ask them for one scoop of each flavor) it tastes like a Neapolitan shake! - Fish burger. They give a generous piece of fried fish & it tastes like a healthier version of McDonald's Filet O Fish. - Fresh French fries with the sauce... - Spicy burger. It's a bunch of jalepenos but sometimes you just need that kick. - California burger. Honestly idk what the deal is with some people with their reviews, I like the messy guac that is on the burger! It's bomb. - Fish & chips. Honestly pretty darn good especially with the tartar sauce + a cold glass of water. Love coming here. I was impressed with my first trip here. I had the chicken strips and felt confident that I would be back for a burger, The burger was good, not great. I don't believe it was 1/4lb patty, but that is precooked and if it was a fatty patty, it could cook down as much as 50%. It was thin, and not juicy. They also advertised; everything came on the burger. There was a single slice of tomato, some thin shredded lettuce and a pickle relish. I didn't taste any onion, but assume there were a few slivers. For the price paid, I will say it was no where as good as Flame down the street. For basically the same price as I paid for the cheeseburger, I got the avocado burger at Flame which also included avocado and bacon. If this was my neighborhood place, I would come here over any fast food and on some days, even Red Robin, but if I'm in this area, I think Burger Express is going to be my go-to. I'll stand by my original 4 stars for the strip basket, but the burger basket is a 2 at best and that is based on the price and value. The philly is cooked to order and severed on a delicious warm roll and the burgers are juicy and flavorful. Prices are great for the amount of food you get. Here's my take on it.. it was too many fries for me to finish but probably too little for 2 people to share. There are also some reviews about the friendliness of staff. I've been eating at this place consistently over the last 6 months or so, and there are few negative things I can say. The one slight negative to me is the inside could use a little remodeling (especially the tables & chairs) but the most important part to me obviously, is the food. The burgers are top notch and made fresh upon ordering as well are the fries. The prices are actually very good considering the quality of food you're getting. I'd also recommend the chicken strips, shrimp, clam strips, fish and any of their Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. They also serve a dipping sauce (ketchup mixed with mayo) for the fries that are to die for. The owners are a very nice Asian couple. You can sometimes find them shopping at Costco (which is where they get their food). Ordering takeout is a piece of cake and the food is ALWAYS ready as soon as I come to pick it up. Also, if you're a fan of the older Coke machines (not those crappy new ones that has like 500 different sodas), then you'll definitely be satisfied with this place. Overall I'd give this place 5 stars. You're getting a much better value at Han's than you ever will at Red Robin or Applebee's. Considering its right down the street from my house the convenience is also a huge factor for me. read more

Two words: FRY SAUCE. I have been coming to Han's throughout the past 10 years, simply because the fry sauce is so amazing. The burgers and chicken strips are maybe a slight step up from fast food, but nothing as epic as the fries. They heavily salt their fries and make this super tasty fry sauce that is like the perfect pairing of deliciousness. Also notable is the couple who run Han's. The gentleman that takes orders is always friendly and recognizes me every time I go in. He even recognized me at Costco one day randomly. They are always very prompt with orders and are friendly if you are a regular. When they get busy, sometimes the space itself gets kind of dirty.
