There is not a single day where I have came in and it took more than 10 minutes to be seated and have my order taken. Everyone there is so friendly, and it really felt like the service was so good there, they were only serving me. That's just how fast it is. Inside is always great, too. Calico's has a large range of artworks, trinkets, and more. They showcase R66 stuff, too. The inside is never too hot or too cold, and it's all clean and comfortable with a massive space inside. The server was super friendly and quick in serving water and bringing the menu. The menu is very simple. But when the food came out, I was amazed at how delicious that simple lunch was. I couldn't find the order that I paid with the gift card and showed I never placed an order. I called the store and immediately Tracey checked for my order and let me know they had not received it, however he was concerned about the card being charged, asked if he could speak with his manager and get right back to me. My brother in law showed up at JJ's right after I got off my call with Tracey, and told me that Cassidy the manager immediately apologized for the confusion and any inconvenience we had with trying to order and made sure he left happy. He told me they were very attentive apologetic and most importantly professional!
