Food is pretty amazing for fast food. The burger is quite big and delicious with the juicy patty. Service is fine for a fast food place. Maybe not as fast as other places, but nonetheless it's fast. What I especially like is that you order a minute later as you enter the store, no waiting needed. The ambiance there is not bad. Chairs are a bit rough, but you'll get used to them. We placed an order online for pickup, which somehow created more confusion than if we'd ordered at the counter. The 3 people working were all working hard and moving fast, but when we finally got our order (20 minutes later) and got our food back to our hotel, we discovered that one of the sandwiches was as ordered but the other had none of the 3 requested toppings, despite all of them showing on the receipt. If moist juicy burgers with fresh cut fries are your thing you'll be happy here. In some of the reviews I noticed people like crispy factory processed fries and if that is what floats your boat don't stop here. I like the taste of potatoes cut and cooked on site. That's the whole point, they're supposed to taste like potatoes not some cardboard tasting potato sticks. The fries here are outstanding along with the fresh burgers with all the included condiments makes for a great meal. As far as service I've eaten here at least 15 times and I have always had friendly service but then I don't care. I'm not trying to make friends, I'm hungry and want good food. So in closing if you like processed food and want to be treated special I don't think this is your kind of place. read more

I almost never write a review for a national fast-food chain, unless there is something exceptional (good or bad) that I feel needs pointing out. First off, this is one franchise in a national chain. If you don't like Five Guys burgers, then that's that and you're not going to like the Kingman location any better. However, if you (like me) do like Five Guys, then I found a few really good things to point out about this location. First off, the staff was really friendly and seemed to be working together well as a crew. The entire restaurant was very clean, with someone out sweeping while I was there, even though there seemed to be very little to sweep up. The burgers and fries were all good...it is a Five Guys and the food all lived up to what I expect at a Five Guys. The ingredients were all very fresh, and all the food was freshly made to order. They were also VERY generous with the two orders of fries, giving us enough fries to feed a family of four! I would definitely go back to this Five Guys, next time I'm passing through Kingman. read more

Came by near the closing time after a drive back from the grand canyon. We were very hungry and ordered a full burger and a little cheeseburger with Cajun fries. The cook prepared our burgers meticulously. The burgers were very delicious, the best we had at any five guys restaurant. Most of all, the staff were very friendly. The manager asked how our food was and we really enjoyed it. If you happen to drive by on the way to CA or to grand canyon then def don't miss this spot. This is a pretty solid Five Guys. The burgers are made fresh daily as are the fries. The location has a decent amount of parking and is larger than most Five Guys I've been to. You could probably fit a bus load of people in here. Just don't be in a hurry, everything is made to order, so it does take a few minutes to prep your burgers and fries. read more

This is the only place in Kingman that we will eat a Burger at. But I am not sure we will be going back. The service is was pretty good and they usually go beyond when they fill up the fries that's their motto. But the past three times we've been there they have been Really stingy on giving you any fries. Employees don't seem like they want to be there and they're kind of really short with you and they have a mediocre attitude. In these times were people rarely eat out, you think they'd want to keep their business by making customers happy. But that I don't care attitude doesn't work for me. Good burgers for a fast food joint. I would even goes as far as to say that these burgers are as good or better than some sit down resturants. Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Food was hot and made to order, correctly assembled as well. We had 6 burgers in our group and each was spot on. Fries could have been cooked a little longer, I'm a crispy fry kinda guy though. The restaurant was busy but not loud, even the music was a present level. This was my first trip to a 5 Guys and I have only been to N in Out once and to me they are very similar. The product offered was different in a good way. I am no loyalist either way and enjoyed both resturants, at this point I would have to try them both once again before I could call a better burger. Each has there strengths. Price was spot on and was not out of line. Portions were decent for the cost. Burger joints back in Texas, for example Whataburger, offer more for your money but everything in Texas is bigger, LOL. This is a solid stop for a good burger while traveling.
