We were greeted immediately by staff upon arrival and our order was taken by Robert, who was very helpful & friendly. The ambiance is very casual & they have a huge assortment of drinks along with condiments/ toppings available . We ordered a small fry, bacon cheeseburger & little bacon cheeseburger. Prices are a bit high however, prices are high everywhere and you don't get the freshness or customer service or peanuts while you wait at other places like you do at Five Guys. Our wait time was maybe 5 minutes and the fries were hot & burgers juicy/ tasty. Whenever we are in the area, we'll hit Five Guys again and I recommend everyone to give it a try. read more

I came here for dinner with a co-worker because it was near our hotel. We were immediately greeted by the staff as we walked in. We placed our orders and patiently waited for our food to be made. I got the little bacon cheeseburger burger and little fries. Food took about 5-10 minutes to come out, but was cooked and served fresh. The food was delicious and I was not able to eat it all. We placed an order online for pickup, which somehow created more confusion than if we'd ordered at the counter. The 3 people working were all working hard and moving fast, but when we finally got our order (20 minutes later) and got our food back to our hotel, we discovered that one of the sandwiches was as ordered but the other had none of the 3 requested toppings, despite all of them showing on the receipt. So if you do go here, make sure to check everything about your order before you leave the store. read more

Food is pretty amazing for fast food. The burger is quite big and delicious with the juicy patty. Service is fine for a fast food place. Maybe not as fast as other places, but nonetheless it's fast. What I especially like is that you order a minute later as you enter the store, no waiting needed. The ambiance there is not bad. Chairs are a bit rough, but you'll get used to them. If it wasn't for the rough chairs, this would've gotten a soft 5/5 stars read more

Burger and fries are ok. Not out of this world. Nothing too exciting. But for the love of all, please PLEASE fix the lock in the women's room door. Worker told us they get 6-8 complaints a week that it's broken but it's really not. Guess what of women are telling you it's broken, they aren't comfortable, they won't come back. If moist juicy burgers with fresh cut fries are your thing you'll be happy here. In some of the reviews I noticed people like crispy factory processed fries and if that is what floats your boat don't stop here. I like the taste of potatoes cut and cooked on site. That's the whole point, they're supposed to taste like potatoes not some cardboard tasting potato sticks. The fries here are outstanding along with the fresh burgers with all the included condiments makes for a great meal. As far as service I've eaten here at least 15 times and I have always had friendly service but then I don't care. I'm not trying to make friends, I'm hungry and want good food. So in closing if you like processed food and want to be treated special I don't think this is your kind of place. read more

I almost never write a review for a national fast-food chain, unless there is something exceptional (good or bad) that I feel needs pointing out. First off, this is one franchise in a national chain. If you don't like Five Guys burgers, then that's that and you're not going to like the Kingman location any better. However, if you (like me) do like Five Guys, then I found a few really good things to point out about this location. First off, the staff was really friendly and seemed to be working together well as a crew. The entire restaurant was very clean, with someone out sweeping while I was there, even though there seemed to be very little to sweep up. The burgers and fries were all good...it is a Five Guys and the food all lived up to what I expect at a Five Guys. The ingredients were all very fresh, and all the food was freshly made to order. They were also VERY generous with the two orders of fries, giving us enough fries to feed a family of four! I would definitely go back to this Five Guys, next time I'm passing through Kingman. read more

Hands down THE BEST burger joint in town!! Their burgers are phenomenal, and so are their hotdogs, but my favorite part are their Cajun fries! I've been to a handful of Five Guys' locations and this particular one, twice now. I find myself in Kingman a couple of times a year to watch my son's high school athletic events when they compete here. This location is convenient, friendly and overall, very good. It's also in a nice part of town. The people who work here are very accommodating and outgoing. Their burgers and fries are as good as any. I like this location because it seems less cluttered and cleaner than others I've visited. They don't have bags and bags of peanuts stacked up waist high and there are no discarded shells on the floor. If you find yourself in Kingman or you're en route to Vegas or California from the east, do yourself a favor and stop for one of their full size cheeseburgers, a gigantic order of fantastic fries and an endless selection of soft drinks. You can get several flavored Coke products including lime which is my favorite. I'm still at a personal standoff between Five Guys and In and Out. While they are similar in style and quality, each is still different enough in some inexplicable manner that keeps me coming back to both. read more

Came by near the closing time after a drive back from the grand canyon. We were very hungry and ordered a full burger and a little cheeseburger with Cajun fries. The cook prepared our burgers meticulously. The burgers were very delicious, the best we had at any five guys restaurant. Most of all, the staff were very friendly. The manager asked how our food was and we really enjoyed it. If you happen to drive by on the way to CA or to grand canyon then def don't miss this spot. This is a pretty solid Five Guys. The burgers are made fresh daily as are the fries. The location has a decent amount of parking and is larger than most Five Guys I've been to. You could probably fit a bus load of people in here. Just don't be in a hurry, everything is made to order, so it does take a few minutes to prep your burgers and fries. read more
