I was able to have this business cater my mom's 77th birthday celebration. The caterer came an hour early to set up and confirmed a good spot for the event. An hour later, the caterer was ready and the food was delicious. The carnitas were my favorite but the carne asada was a close second. I enjoyed the tasty variety of meats and the selection of condiments to add to my tacos. The churro upgrade didn't hurt either. After getting quotes from other taco cart caterers, I'm glad I chose The Mexican Taco! Their prices are similar to others (around $569. For a group of 20), but they also included guacamole, churros and cheese quesadillas. The caterer, Andrew, was nice and professional and he was able to set up his cooking station and tables for our event at the beach. The food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! We had carnitas, carne asada and chicken and the flavors were incredible. The rice and beans were equally as delicious. We hired The Mexican Taco Catering Company for our event and they did not disappoint! We hired then last minute and they were able to accommodate our party. They came on time and had everything ready to go once our event started. We had a party of about 20 adults and 15 kid. Everyone especially loved the carne asada and carnitas. We also got the churros which were a great surprise because they were strawberry filled! The kids loved the quesadillas and the watermelon fresca and horchata were a perfect touch. Everyone was full and satisfied and went back for 3rds and 4ths! We only have a lot of leftovers because i always over ordee when catering and a few folks we invited didnt show.
