The Star Wars costumes are down to $27.99. Almost all the halloween decorations are 25% off original price. Most of the creepy accessories like knives, hatchets and machetes are 30% off. If I remember correctly, they have a strict no refund policy. And if you need helium in your balloons, their prices are higher than other places. I went to them for a few years until I found out that Dollar Tree offers helium balloons for much less. Maybe if I was a party planner or had a big project, I would go back. But for an occasional birthday, I'll pass.

This was my first visit and I was impressed with the inventory and how it was displayed by like items in the bright and cheery store. If you wanted to find a hostess gift for your foodie friend, it was very easy to find the right display that had cookbooks, dishes, and totes. I especially loved their Halloween collection with decorations, candles, toys, and stationary. Prices seemed on the more expensive side, a tea light for example was $16 but they have two tiers of Membership, one that is free and one for $39.99 that can give you an additional discount along with other benefits. They also have sales throughout the store like a buy one, get one half off on paper craft kits. By visiting the Paper Source website I learned that you can do $10 virtual classes with them, supplies not included. I feel like I have just scratched the surface of all that the Paper Source has to offer. The craft kids were some of my favorite items. I love anything that gets the kids off the electronics and using their hands and minds. Now that I have discovered Paper Source I will be back for that unique greeting card and one of a kind gift.

When Grettle (or something along those lines) finally came to the phone I explained my situation. I had been waiting on my Oct.7th order, that had no updated online for which I also emailed about a week ago. She goes on to asking for the last 4 digits of my phone # after not being able to find my order she then asks for my order # and name. After I provider her those she rudely tells me how her coworker just told her she did email me. I let her know I never received such email. She goes on to argue how there was an email because her coworker just told her she sent one and that she didn't know why I was saying there was no email. And saying that they must of called and left a voicemail something that I told her also didn't happen. Basically calling me a liar. She said your order only was 2 items and they are now unavailable I don't know what you want me to do my coworker emailed you. This was the rudest response I've ever gotten from a company. It shouldn't matter the size of my order. This was only my second time ordering with them and since the first time went smooth I used them again, big mistake. When I placed the order the items were vailable online. I waited until they were to place the order. I know I may be insignificant as I'm a tiny fraction on their business but as a small business owner myself I've never treated someone so rudely big or small order. I was paying for these items they weren't handouts and its frustrating to be treated as I was. They never update their site either as I gave an order from Sept that was delivered but still says pending on their system. They should consider sending their workers to be retrained in customer service skills since they put the business to shame.

This brand new location resides in what used to be the Party City store, directly next to Planet Fitness. The size of this store is big enough to accommodate the entire Madison Scare Park display, however, it hasn't been fully set up yet. It's still a bit early but I'm happy they're open so I can check out this year's goodies. Most costume sections were well stocked, displaying newer releases & older stuff from years prior. The T-shirt wall was loaded with cool designs, I'm definitely coming back to snag one. There were a good handful of accessories out like the neon LED signs, mini busts, door mats, yard props & more. Although not many, some of the shelves seemed a little empty but I'm sure they'll be tended to in the next few days. An employee told me there were still loads of boxes in the back that they're currently sorting through & placing out. When everything gets set up this is going to be a great location. Sometimes the prices are fair & sometimes they're a little high for the quality of what you get but overall I love buying stuff throughout the season. Always be sure to double check the items you buy because I've learned from experience their QC isn't the best. If you've never been or were waiting for a sign to visit then here it is. Love the display in the middle of the store allowing you to interact with the Halloween decor that's great for kids to enjoy. Everything seemed fairly priced and reasonable. Get there early before the rush as Halloween approaches. There's limited staff at the time but they are hiring for the rush and demand in a couple of weeks! Beat the crowd and the madness when you can and best to get your hands on that costume you want now before it's gone!
