It was explained that "touch up" surgery if needed, was included at no cost after the full recovery period. At the 9month post op, i was given the opportunity to schedule for the touch up two days later the post op appointment. I had to decline due to work. It was then explained that they held a wait list for the "free touch up" and there was a fee if I wanted a guaranteed date. Due to the holidays I waited and left my name on the waiting list.... Not sure what the waitlist process really was. As it was not explained, 4 months later it became difficult to know when I would be next. Once I decided to pay the additional fee, I was offered a date the following week. Again, due to work I was not able to accept. It became what felt like a begging game to have communication with the person who handles the "waiting list". Dr Farias team would greatly benefit from service recovery training and an efficient communication policy/process in the event the "free touch up" is requested by patient. Although my surgical results are not symmetrical, the surgery process was just as expected, surgery was safe and had no complications. Considering it is a cosmetic and elective procedure, I will not continue to recommend to friends based on the poor communication at the end.
