There are fairly limited options in the evenings, especially for desserts, so having this available is wonderful (and tasty). The interior is nicely decorated and everything seems to be meticulously cleaned and maintained. There is a wide variety of offerings. Lots of delicious and creative milkshake options, but they also sell chocolates and other sweet treats! The staff is friendly and efficient. Even when there are lines, they manage to keep things moving but not in a way that makes you feel rushed. The shakes are packed with flavor, a perfect consistency and overall, a wonderful treat. Solid 4 I believe. After a day of travel, I needed chocolate and sugar. Luckily this place was about 0.3 miles away from the hotel. LETSGOOOOO! When I first saw the menu, I said to myself, "We'll be here once a day." They have so many tempting flavors that it's unfair that I can only order one per visit or double fist two flavors during a visit. The shake wasn't bad. I ordered the Cookie Jar but it was sugar. The sugar/sweetness definitely stuck out to me here. I also tried my wife's shake... same sugary/sweet taste. It was still good. I definitely was able to get my fix, but with that much sweetness, there's no way I could make it a frequent stop. We did end up ordering a piece of chocolate too. They have chocolates and other baked goods when you walk in. Oddly, one of the workers when we walked in asked, "Would you guys like to try some chocolate?" Now I might be crazy but the way it was presented was like we could have a sample. I picked a flavor. My wife picked a flavor... so much for what we thought were samples. The girl took our chocolate, bagged it, and charged us. The chocolate was good but 4.99 good for the amount. A bit pricey in my opinion. Otherwise, the place seems great. They have plenty of space to hang out for a while or you can take your shake and go. First and foremost: SUPER hard place to find parking. A..not enough street parking available 2. Valet and cops take up what is available. (We parked 1 block down in the Target underground lot. $8/hr but beware super tight.) Modern. Clean. Felt like a patisserie. Staff was nice. The massive print out is the products were very helpful. We landed on the confetti shake and the peanut butter cookie ice cream. The cookie was delicious. I love sauce and this had plenty of peanut butter and chocolate. I came across this place while walking around and decided to check it out. It was very clean inside, bright, with friendly staff. They had a lot of seating and it was quite busy around 8pm! They also offered samples. My husband ordered the 'Rusty's Shake ' which was brownies, cookies and cream, and fudge. I got the 'Chocolate Dipped Strawberries' which was sliced strawberries, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and melted fudge. We both enjoyed the shakes. They were delicious! They have a great selection of items and it was really hard to just settle on 1 shake per person. There were so many options that making a choice was incredibly difficult, but I ended up going with the Rusty's Shake - full of brownies, cookies and cream, and fudge - and it was such a rich, thick, decadent milkshake that I really enjoyed! Service was good, pretty fast, and we definitely noticed differences in the shakes when different staff were making them. Some are a lot more presentable than others Price is on the high side, but it is for the fancier version of it. Atmosphere is quiet and fairly clean, we did see stickiness on some of the tables. I've been known to fall for a premium dessert that I don't need (of course, desserts are unneeded almost by definition), but I usually don't go for the milkshakes. They're often more about aesthetically pleasing toppings over cheap milk then they are about the actual flavor. This place delivered, however. I ordered a chocolate-dipped strawberry shake, and while there were a couple of strawberry pieces that didn't quite get blended, that only served to sell me on the depth of the tart flavor, contrasted by delightful little chocolate bits. It was an immensely satisfying shake, with a chocolate on top to finish. While their focus on dairy is clear, they do offer some options for various dietary and allergen needs. I can't imagine an almond milk shake is as good, but at least they have it. On the downside, they inexplicably did not offer any fancy mint-based ones (despite having mint chip ice cream which can be made into a basic shake without the bells and whistles). We finally got the opportunity to go one night and let me tell you it did not disappoint! This place is amazing! You must stop by if you are in the area and love milkshakes! I was here for a work trip for just a few days and we came here twice. I love the various flavors and combinations, it made it so hard to decide! I had the chocolatier and the chocolate dipped strawberry, both soo very delicious!
