Four years ago we started incorporating private chefs into our annual ski trip as a way to bring fine dinning into the comforts of home. I do a healthy screening of who I want to work with and get bids from three vendors always. As much as I like to control everything, it all clicked when I first spoke with Melissa. She understood what I wanted to accomplish, she took all my input in about proteins, starches, "more food, more often" and even my love for risotto and sweets (not together, naturally)all under consideration. She took it all in to provided amazing recommendations that incorporated her style and fresh local ingredients. Melissa and the team provide an amazing spread with bore and elk sausage, bison sliders, trout dip and the best short ribs I have ever had.
