    Fried Dill Pickle Dip
    Eli R.

What a great lunch at The Mindful Table! I went with the Buffalo "chicken meatballs", deviled potatoes, and a chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting and raspberry drizzled on top for dessert! I even got some of the fried pickle dip to take home! Soooooooooo good! I have been coming here occasionally pretty much since they opened the storefront, and was buying the pre-made meals from Churchill's before that. Just a fun relaxed atmosphere and great food! As always the service was fast and friendly!

This was such a blessing to find. Everything I've eaten here is amazing. Kele is very friendly and welcoming. The staff is also friendly. I can't recommend the food enough. If you are gluten free and/or vegan you must stop by. Her Mac & cheese is one of my favorites. I special ordered a apple pie and it was a hit at the party. Stop by, order some food and say hi.

This is such a cute shop! It's a gluten free and vegan bakery and deli. I stopped in yesterday to get some treats for my daughter and I. She picked out a chocolate cupcake with an Oreo on top and I chose a blueberry coffee cake. My daughter left no crumbs so needless to say she loved it. Mine was just phenomenal, I'll definitely be back for more!

My friends got alcohol and they seemed to love their cocktails. We ordered bruschetta and our waiter warned us that it's not your typical bruschetta. We tried it anyways. My friends absolutely loved it. I hated it lol. It's EXTREMELY sweet. It's got a lemon marscapone cheese. The bread is very soft and fluffy and tastes great, but they pile that sweet cheese thick on top of it and it's just not my cup of tea. My friends ordered pizza and they loved what they ordered. I ordered the Caesar salad and added chicken. The Caesar dressing is chefs kiss. I absolutely loved it and wish I could've taken a bottle of it home with me. The chicken was cooked well, but definitely needs more seasoning. It took a bit to get our checks, but overall it was a great experience.

It was a charming Italian spot with a cozy dining room and a welcoming patio. The menu looked great, so even though it was already late and only about a half hour before closing, I chose to dine there. I was a little worried I might feel rushed because of the time, but that did not happen. I was greeted warmly by the hostess and the manager as soon as I walked in, which immediately made me feel welcome. Since it was a bit cool outside, I chose to sit in the dining room. I was seated in Sydney's section, which turned out to be perfect because she was an excellent server. Even though she had already started the closing tasks in the dining room, she still provided outstanding service. She was attentive, polite, professional and efficient. She took my order right away and kept the soda refills coming without me ever having to ask. Sydney's service really made the difference and it complemented my delicious meal. In an era where many restaurants feel inattentive or simply not invested in the guest experience, Basil Pizza and Wine delivered a memorable evening. It ended up being an unexpectedly great dinner and it will be my go to restaurant the next time I am staying in Perrysburg. Sydney and the restaurant were fantastic.

I have to say, however, that their booths need replacing because the springs bulging up under the seat make it less than comfortable. I nevertheless had an extremely enjoyable lunch with my friend. I have now met four different people here for lunch or picked up breakfast tacos for meetings. Every time the food is stellar. And all four times no one had heard of this place. Why are people not screaming about Lowrider Café from the rooftops? The food, already said hands-down amazing. The service? Always spot on! The owners should be on the shortlist for Toledo philanthropic business owners. When you come in here, you can also purchase a meal for someone who's homeless. They employ people that others wouldn't, and honestly, I'm here for it! I love seeing a local business that gives back to its community. You want specialty coffee? They've got it. Do you want fresh salsa to rival any other salsa in Toledo? They've got that too. You want to buy some great locally handcrafted bags/clothing/unique gift items? They've got you covered. You want a chill spot with a great vibe that just radiates good karma? Come on into low Rider. Bring a couple extra box and buy a taco for someone else too. You'll feel great about the Boy Scout deed. It's a karmic double win- not only are you feeding a local business, but you're also feeding someone who couldn't otherwise afford to feed themselves. This is food that doesn't just feed your belly and feed your soul.

We then decided to make the drive to Levi's Commons hoping to take in some incredible ice sculptures. Most of the sculptures we saw at both locations were business logos... a bit of a disappointment. We decided to take a chance on trying Perrysburger's in downtown Perrysburg beacuse it was later in the afternoon. I had been there a few times several years ago not long after this eatery opened their doors. We were immediately seated and while we were looking over the menus, all the other tables were subsequently filled and a line began to develop. We timed our visit perfectly! We ordered Fungus Amongus and Let's Brie Friends burgers along with the unending fries. Small restaurant with only a handful of tables, one server, and the grill chef - that's it. Burgers were well seasoned and good tasting. In my opinion, these burgers were on the medium-well side of the spectrum, so a bit over done for me. The fries = yum! Reminded me of a shoestring type version of Berardi's in Sandusky Ohio. These fries were nicely seasoned and done to what I would call, perfection! Even with every tabled filled and a line of hungry patrons, the food did not take an inordinate amount time to be served. Impulse purchase homemade cookies were located at the register. We obliged and purchases one of each flavor - choc chunk and oatmeal with butterscotch and walnuts. Overall, price was moderate as to be expected for a downtown P-burg location to cover costs for this husband and wife owned/operated business.

We had a bacon burger and fish sandwich that arrived about 45 minutes after ordering. My partner said the burger was good. I tried it and it was okay. The fish on the fish sandwich was great. It was lightly breaded with a melt in your mouth crunch, however, the slaw is just plain shredded cabbage that falls off the sandwich as you eat. The remoulade sauce is ok. The bun was grilled and of good quality. Both the regular fries and sweet potato fries are delicious and unlimited. I would come back for the fries.
