So is the ribeye. But don't sleep on the Denver cut. It might be my new favorite. It's marbled to perfection and each bite is as juicy as the next. We also get sides like the funeral potatoes and stuffed mushrooms. They have great salsa and homemade ranch. Seasoning and buns. Whatever you're looking for. I just wish they still sold the homemade pies that the owner's mom used to make. He's a great dude and always good to catch up with when we come. Two of my friends bought the small $15 packages of sharp cheddar. I tasted it and it was so pungent, very strong and bitter. I was embarrassed that I recommended it. Just know that the extra sharp is a whole different flavor profile than the big blocks of regular cheddar and the person at the register should say this is strong, bitter and pungent instead of saying "have you ever had sharp cheddar before." A little forewarning for those that don't realize.
