When we were there it was a Friday night, expected it to be busier inside but there were only a couple of tables that had people at them. My father in law and I both got the spaghetti. It tasted homemade, sauce was good. My father in law said he thought the noodles tasted a bit weird. I chalked it up to just being homemade, I thought they were good but ‍. The real winner was the pizza my son got. He just wanted ham. Everything about the pizza was good, sauce, cheese, crust. All good and I would definitely go back for the pizza in the future. First time at this beautiful, spacious new location near our home. You order up front then they bring pizzas to your table. The manager greeted us and showed us their salad bar and gelato areas. A cool Vespa hangs over the salad bar. There were four flavors of gelato. They have at least ten different flavors of pizza and several salad options. We love their salad bar for only $5. The items were fresh and there was a good variety of dressings. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms plus sausage and onions on one side; it was prepared as ordered. They have plenty of tables in two different areas. Great selection of drinks in a machine. They have a lunch special with personal sized pizzas. Riggatti's Wood Fired Pizza was extremely busy on our Saturday evening visit, and the dining area was noisy and cramped. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and the Phil, their combination pizza. The crust was good, but the Phil was a bit doughy and undercooked. The pepperoni, on the other hand, was really good and easily the better of the two. The salad bar was not fancy, but the ingredients were fresh, and the Italian dressing was surprisingly good. There were a few hits and a few misses during our visit. read more

Disappointing visit. We've been to the old location several times and always had good experiences, which made today especially frustrating. Most of the tables were dirty, and the salad bar was very dirty and unsanitary. Phone orders were being taken loudly over in-restaurant customers, which added to the chaos. This is something the owner should be addressing--if the restaurant is short-staffed, management should be on the floor helping clean tables and support the staff that are there. April 11, 2026 I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with olives and sausage. Thankfully I checked the order before left. It only had pepperoni. When I told the server about the error he apologized and said that he had punched the order in wrong. How that could happen is confusing since I ordered it online. So here I wait on my birthday hoping to get the correct pizza and get back home before my guests arrive. Normally would not get this upset but since it is a special day it hit a little harder. So I just got the correct pizza in record time. The server brought it out to me and apologized once again. Five stars to the server and quality of pizza but the moral of this story is that each order should be taken seriously and quality control stepped up. Throughout our time there, we were expecting service to be slower but they had our food out within 20 minutes of sitting at our table. The lettuce was not very fresh, I had to sigh through the wilted and brown lettuce to find the fresh stuff. The new location on Bluff St is a disappointment. The new location lacks in overall ambience but most importantly, their quality has gone down. Mediocre pizza. It was my go to place when they were on Sunset. I've been to the new location at least 4 times and each time I leave feeling underwhelmed. It isn't the same and I probably won't be back anytime soon. However, in their defense the Washington location still serves the same expected quality and I will visit there. Btw, their new Bluff St location has a greasy, dirty old scooter hanging directly above the salad bar, obviously for decoration. Right above their food!! Without question, Riggatti's does pizza right. The dough is made fresh and sits overnight to fully rise. Now I'm not a crust eater but, in this case an exception had to be made because it was so good. The young women taking orders at the register was very pleasant and cheerful. We arrived and they told us amd many other customers who were there that they just got a wedding order for 30 pizzas and it would be 45 mins. We all of course said no way and left. The Pizza here when fresh is just down right some of the best that I have ever had and really all you need to get the best out of this place is the plain cheese simple is best when the basic ingredients are this good. The tomatoes in the sauce are bright and fresh while adding a perfect tang to compliment the toasty and charred wood fired crust and the 4 cheese blend that they advertise is perfect when paired with those two. The service was quick for a made to order pizza and I was happy with how fast the food came out. The only thing that i didn't like here was the number 1 the ambiance it felt empty and cold if it wasn't for us grabbing a table in the sunlight and the place just felt soulless and number 2 was that this pizza isn't a great reheat the tomatoes get really bitter almost ruining the sauce after even a couple hours from fresh and that is amplified after just 1 day but apart from that I couldn't recommend this place more if you are in st. George just maybe eat the whole pizza if you want it to be the best it can. read more

I ordered the one trip salad bar for $5. Unfortunately, to be cheap, I guess, they provide a small bowl instead of plate. So I have to pile everything into a bowl, leaving no room for dressing. Very annoying. Just provide a small plate; I'll put the same amount on as the bowl but can spread it out and put dressing on everything. I wound up grabbing a paper plate, and dumping my bowl of salad on it, and used another bowl for the dressing. Just do the right thing, Riggati. Where should I start? Went there 2 nights in a row and even brought a margarita pizza back to Salt Lake. I guess it was PRETTY DARN good! Margarita, chicken alfredo, and the garlic bread (mini version of The Pie's cheese pull a part) were all delicious, would definitely visit again. Wow, wow, wow! I think that's one of the best pizzas I've ever had! After moving to this part of town, I've driven past Riggatti's every day for six years and never stopped; my bad. This place has amazing pizza cooked in a giant cast steel fire oven, OMG, I love it! All you can eat salad bar, with all you can drink self serve soda, and a very kind and friendly staff. What more could you ask for in a small town style, privately owned pizza place? I asked for their recommendation for a first timer, and she suggested the Chicken Alfredo, excellent choice. I snapped a picture of the last two slices, they were so tasty, don't skip this place ever again! Now, why didn't I stop sooner? Frankly, from the road, it doesn't look that welcoming and inviting, there's a big black tarp covering the front, which I see now is a privacy cover for the outdoor seating porch. Unfortunately, I think it's what makes the place look so uninviting. My suggestion; I want to say get rid of the ugly black tarp, but they're so close to the road I think they need something, maybe get a wonderfully colorful mural tarp full of colorful, pizza, drinks and a big party happening.
