The first phone call was excellent. I called and left a message on their voicemail system wanting info about service. Got a call back within the hour. The problem started the very next day when the Operations Mgr was supposed to come out and look at my site. They showed up at the exact time when I told them I would be at an appointment. And it went downhill from there. Left 2 voicemails asking to reschedule the visit, an email, and a request on their website contact form. Absolutely NO RESPONSE. This is over a period of at least 8 days. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have no idea what their problem is but this is no way to treat a potential customer. Would not recommend. Never once answered the phone when I called. They said email was the best way to reach them, but it took several days if they even did decide to call back. They removed, reinstalled, then removed the equipment due to their miscommunication and have yet to reinstall, yet they want me to pay for the installation. I said I'd pay as soon as it was reinstalled...while they are there, but they refused. (They killed 2 moles, which I have paid for, but each day I see more and, last week, when I counted I had more than 13 NEW tunnels in an incredibly small yard.) They say they are 100% satisfaction guarantee...but they do not perform according to their contract. Truly poor service. read more

Mole's in your yard are the absolute worst. I had my first mole problem this summer. I called many different providers and most of them were weeks out including mole patrol. But if your yard can survive these guys are worth the wait. They set traps so you will have to be okay with the green domes in your yard as they attempt to catch the active moles. The first time they came out I had close to 40 holes from the moles in my yard. They caught 2 moles and then felt that was probably all I had. They ended up being wrong because 3 weeks later new holes appeared but when your problem is still present within 6 months they wont charge you the initial fee again. Once they reset my traps they caught 3 more moles. They are fast and efficient. I had tried every option from Home Depot including traps too but they knew where the traps were best to be set. You pay and initial fee and then you pay per mole. Its really the best way to do business. Why pay a really expensive treatment that doesn't reward the exterminator based on results? They have the right idea and are really informative. Overall = 5 Stars. Hopefully I don't use them again but I will if I have to. read more

I've used Mole Patrol for years. But in the last few weeks, they have not been responsive to multiple emails and phone calls. I understand that the business may be impacted by current events. Update 8-4-2020: The moles returned I left a voicemail for the Mole Patrol and they were out within two or three days and within two weeks they had gotten rid of three moles in our yard! What was great is after I left them the voicemail as a return customer I didn't have to do anything else they just came and took care of everything and I'm expecting a call in the next couple days so that I can pay them for their services since they don't collect anything until after they've actually caught a mole. If you need Mole removal services and this is the company to come to and don't bother looking any further just call them up. read more

I had tried repellent, gas bombs, sonic spikes, and was about to try traps of my own when I decided to call the experts. I don't know how they do it! These guys are terrific! We've been having mole problems for 6+ months and nothing we did was having any effect. I left an email on Mole Patrol's website and they called me the next day (Saturday!). They promptly came out and set 3 traps in our yard. Within 3 or 4 days, I noticed all mole activity had stopped. Excellent company to work with. Returned my call within a couple hours and set traps the next day. Communications by phone and email were both handled quickly. Caught 2 moles week 1, and a couple more within several weeks (yes, it was a severe problem!). Service was reliable, weekly and as stated. We had a great experience with the Mole Patrol. They were very professional and did a great job removing our moles. We called the Mole Patrol after unsuccessfully trying to get rid of a mole that consistently was destroying our yard. They set traps at places we would have never guessed were active areas and killed the mole. Unfortunately, 8 weeks later a new group of moles moved into our yard. The Mole Patrol has a great guarantee and waived the setup fee for our second infestation of moles. The Mole Patrol promptly came out and took care of our 2nd round of moles. Within a day of laying the traps all mole activity had stopped and a week later it was confirmed that all moles were dead. The Mole Patrol's mole removal procedure was easy, convenient, didn't disrupt our lives, and didn't take any time from us. The technicians quietly arrived in our backyard, set the traps, and then a week later the traps were gone, and flags were left indicating where Moles had been killed. We really appreciated that we didn't have to make sure we were home when the Mole technician came - this freed us up during the day to focus on our work and schedules. The Mole Patrol technicians also took great care of our yard, which we deeply appreciated. The traps are set very safely (with a protective covering over the traps) and the dirt and grass preserved to be replaced once the traps are removed. The Mole Patrol had a long backlog during the summer/fall of 2016, but they still were the only mole-hunting company in the area that both had reasonable prices and returned calls. Their pricing model is understandable and fair. Their technicians are happy to explain what they are doing. Their methods are similar to those in the "Mole Hunting Made Easy" YouTube videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R53qpFB4wfQ). They appear to use Victor Out O'Sight Mole Traps (http://www.homedepot.com/p/100336752), but with some significant improvements: Better tools for cutting sod holes, using tools to trace mole tunnels, staked-down safety covers, less damage to the grass. They take care to prevent damage to underground irrigation lines. If they do accidentally nick a drip line, they have parts and tools for making minor repairs. If mole(s) come back in the next six months, I will be happy pay the Mole Patrol to deal with them again. But after that, I will feel comfortable buying my own set of hardware and doing it myself. read more

I used these guys for two months. they did a great job. But don't EVER ask they to call you so you can help them find the area where they need to set traps in. Last time they were out they missed the area completely. They set traps in the wrong places and didn't catch a thing. They were so arrogant, inflexible and uncooperative that I fired them. Contacted mole patrol to get my moles eradicated and I guess if they can't access your yard when your not home then they don't want your business. I had heard good things about them and really wanted to use them but their customer service obviously is lacking. So I will spend my money elsewhere. read more

Thank god my moles are gone -- finally! They've been tearing up my yard for 10 years and I had no luck getting rid of them myself. I didn't even know I had TWO of them until Mole Patrol killed them! I wish I would have done this years ago but I didn't even know this service existed.
