Half Baked is always busy. Enjoyed their Cuban. Definitely worth the wait. Great place for sandwiches

We are on vacation in the area, and there aren't many coffee places to go to. On our last day we decided to go to Half Baked & Fully Brewed. The cappuccinos are very generous in size, and although a little milky, delicious.

    Hilarious and accurate.

My favorite place in Lincoln. Everything is great from coffees to sandwiches. We buy frozen items to keep and are currently using during this time at home :). Breakfast cookie is the bomb, literally fuels my runs. I've been skiing Loon for almost 20 years and will say they have done a tremendous job making this place a great place to be. Finding good help is hard up here and they have managed to hold on to some great people.

Worst latte ever. It's the most frustrating thing to me when I save up money for a vacation, happily drive to the area (which happens to be kancamagus highway), and then my money goes to waste because the barista just thinks I'm a tourist so my opinion doesn't matter since I'm not a local. That is the attitude I got when I walked in, but I figured I'd be patient and wait for my overpriced drink....only to be disappointed by the flavorless mocha latte I ordered. Also, barista's there need a lesson on foaming milk: I didn't ask for a flat latte. Dunkins machine makes a better drink. LOL.

Very quaint shoppe with a few tables inside & out. The view of Loon mountain is incredible and can be seen from inside. There is no parking lot only street parking which can get tricky during rush hour. They have hand-made dream catchers & jewelry for sale by local artists, which compliments the store. The line was long but we decided to stay. The coffee was fresh brewed and hot. I ordered a bagel from their specials menu of avocado, spinach, tomato and red onions on an everything bagel. It was delicious. I wish I lived closer because I would order that regularly. They had a ton of fresh home made pastries, such as muffins, coffee cake, cookies, cinnamon buns. Everyone enjoyed their order & it was definitely worth waiting in line for.

I'm sure the food is fine but I dumped my latte. Maybe specialty drinks are not their thing.

I Yelped this place (keep those reviews coming kids) and thought maybe I'd try to grab a savory chicken pot pie hand pie or something to tide me over. I didn't realize the pot pies were like dinner size lmao so I had to regroup. They had blueberry pie!! Now this is not remarkable in itself but all I wanted for my bday was to go to Acadia and have a lobster roll and blueberry pie on the big day and I had to change my plans for the SECOND year in a row. So in the words of Denzel I said to myself, "I'm leaving here with something." So I got a maple latte - lord. This is probably my fave coffee flavor - and a small blueberry pie for myself. There's a scene in the Colin Firth version of Pride and Prejudice where Mariah Lucas is panicking over how to pack her trunk based on what busybody Lady Catherine DeBerg advised her. Here comes Lizzy Bennett, "Mariah those are your trunks. You pack them the way you want." OK well Amanda G this is your pie and if you want to eat a pie for lunch in your car then you do it. And did. 20/10. Did do again. The next day. With an apple cinnamon muffin and a maple latte.

They are open early, and located inside a small indoor mall. It was bigger than I thought in the inside, with a good amount of table seating. They had all sorts of baked goods next to the ordering counter. They are made from scratch in-house, so some items might sell out before afternoon. We tried several of their latte offerings, and we enjoyed them all. For food, we had some of their breakfast sandwiches and wraps. The sandwiches are nice big size, with perfectly toasted bread. The fillings were generous, with melty cheese and fresh ingredients. We love their wraps too. Full Moon Wrap made with Bacon, Spinach, Tomatoes, and Fried Eggs with Cheddar Cheese is one of our favorite. The wrap was big and heavy, and it was packed with flavor! Everything inside was fresh and juicy. Delicious! Their New Moon Wrap with Sausage, Guacamole, tomatoes, Cheddar Cheese, and Fried Eggs is also a great choice. Very filling and tasty. We've been visiting this cafe for a couple of years now. Their quality has not gone down, everything is still delicious. The staffs are all very nice and friendly, welcoming and efficient. I love a…read morelatte and saw a picture of their latte flight, so I'd marked it on my maps to check out when I was in the area. A year or so later, I have found myself here in Lincoln and decided to give it a try. I didn't have high hopes. Reality rarely lives up to the expectations created by social media, but I decided to give it a shot. And thank God I did. There's a lot to unpack here. First- the latte flight. Amazing. Beautiful presentation, excellently balanced flavors, and just enough novelty to be memorable without being kitschy (how many latte flights have you come across?) My only suggestion is to split with a friend, unless you're used to a lot of milk and caffeine. I had a hard time finishing them all and four shots is a lot for me- I'm about to buzz right out of my seat! Second- the service. I sat here for a while and watched the staff. They couldn't have been better. I was welcomed when I approached, as was every other person who came in during the time I was there, even down to the vendors, and even when customers came in large waves that could have easily overwhelmed them. They were personable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to take pride in offering a good product. Which leads me to my third observation... While I was here, a gentleman came in who I now believe to have been the owner. If so, sir- I'd like to commend you on your management style. I watched how you spoke to the staff and while it was only a few moments, you showed respect, thoughtfulness, and kindness. My first job was in food service nearly 30 years ago and to this day, I still remember my manager. He led with those same qualities. Overall, great product. I live a couple hours away, and would make a point of stopping here on a day trip. Thanks for a lovely start to my morning!
