Everyone was gushing at how delicious the food was. He was very accommodating to everyone's needs. My husband has digestive issues and can't handle anything with garlic, onions, and chives and I am not a fan of Feta, Goat Cheese, and Olives. Rashid made us a lovely Moroccan Salad (with a lemon dressing), Moroccan Roasted Chicken (with ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, salt, and pepper), Salmon (super moist) in a delicious mustard sauce, a boatload (LOL) of Roasted Vegetables, Saffron Rice, and an amazing Pastille. I cannot give enough praise to Rachid and his incredible meals. What a gift and a perfect way to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. I wanted to surprise him with a special meal since we've mostly been doing take out and Trader Joe's during quarantine. I KNEW that contacting The Morockin Chef was the only way I wanted to properly celebrate the special day with my boyfriend. They were so wonderful in working with me and figuring out what dishes would work based on what I was going for. My bf loves meat and I'm a vegetarian. I landed on two platters of delicious veggies, bbq chicken, salmon, a huge salad and VEGAN cornbread. We were NOT disappointed in the slightest. What's even more wonderful was they deliver! It's been 2 weeks since Chef Bilal catered my 50th birthday celebration and my guest are still raving about the food.
