I've seen this business rise within the startup community- via awards and events over the last several years. The progress, product line , quality of product and staff are all stellar as is the space on Sweeten Creek road. The tour was eye opening about the amount of product they are producing + plus it tasted awesome! The space itself was inviting yet hidden from the road...(psst...look for the picture of the Mule and you've found it)

An absolute gem of a place. New-ish to the area. I love the location- not downtown but close enough with ample parking. Easy to get to and easy to stay. Due to an event, staff behind the bar were slammed with people and there were only two of them there. But they hustled. And they were helpful and friendly and positive all three hours I was there. Cheers What started as a delightful soda company turned into a giant community space and classy cocktail (and beer etc) spot. They have plenty of games and even boast a BBQ pop up. With veggie options (portobello let's goooo). So my favorite thing they do (thus far) is offer quality mocktails for $5. I don't like to drink every night but I am super social so this is perfect for me. They are light and refreshing. The chai one was suggested to me and I loved it. The margarita was nice but but bit sweet (for me). I'd love to try them all. As well as their actual cocktails. I hope they have a band in here sometimes during the summer as it would be a stellar space for that. I also would totally bring a group in here as they have a great environment overall. Cheers to this spot!

Every recommendation was spot on--even the radish cocktail that I wasn't sure about at first! What really stood out was the hospitality. We spent some time chatting with who we believe were the owners, hearing the story behind the bar and talking about Asheville. Those conversations made the experience just as memorable as the drinks. If you happen to remember the two Florida ladies who stopped in for a bit, thank you for making us feel so welcome. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Asheville. Highly recommend!

The space itself is incredibly cool, featuring exposed concrete, a massive back bar, a vintage print shop sign, and my personal favorite--a disco ball chandelier. The bartenders were so welcoming and fantastic to chat with during our visit. They were running a super fun '90s throwback menu while we were there. If it's still available when you drop in, definitely try the "Last Time Lover" and "Smells Like Green Spirit." The Last Time Lover even came with a nostalgic butterfly clip holding a Spice Girls photo! If you're a cocktail fan, I highly recommend this spot. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Asheville.

Walking in the door, it feels like you step back in time and the attention to detail in the design is top notch. You order from the bar and the staff was friendly and inviting. In my opinion: I should patronize the business and tip the band if I like them, and the business that hired them should pay them. No? With that, I'd bookmarked Crow & Quill on my Asheville to-do list and walked over from our hotel, so we paid and proceeded to the bar. After grabbing our first round, we were fortunate to find great seats in the packed house. Thankfully, I enjoyed the "surprise band" and they added to our first experience (and our tab) at Crow & Quill. lol... Cheers!
