We stopped here before a wedding with my wife's family. Beers were reasonably priced and much to choose from. I got my aunt by marriage to buy a yummy IPA and they were amazed at the alcohol percent. If ever in the area, I would def be back!

As one of the local craft breweries in Weaverville, we go here occasionally for beers. It's a nice little neighborhood place a block off of Main St on Florida Ave. The beers are always good (today's Marzen and Schwartzbier being no exception). We've eaten here a couple times before, but since it looked like they expanded their menu since we were last here, we decided to get food again this time. The chicken Philly was good but nothing to rave about. The fries at least were very good. The Cuban sandwich was notable mostly for the bread, which was grilled nicely like an Italian panini. But it was basically a pulled pork sandwich: the pork wasn't spiced as you would expect and it lacked the distinctive mustard and pickles of a true Cuban sandwich (it had both, but very limited amounts and the taste just didn't come through). They were featuring warm German potato salad as a side (I guess for early Oktoberfest), so we ordered that as the side for the Cuban. It was noted that it could be ordered with any sandwich as the side. Instead though, we noticed after we left that we were charged separately for it [we weren't served any other side with the Cuban, so it wasn't an addition]. We would have been glad to pay an upcharge if that was the deal in this case, but it was listed as just being a side like any other, only for a limited time. It was at least tasty. I hate to be too hard on restaurants, especially small businesses. I come from a restaurant family. And I get that mistakes do happen. But having been here several times, I always feel this place doesn't try as hard as it could or should. It's always a little underwhelming on service (although the food seemed freshly made and was hot when it arrived) and cleanliness (we noticed the 96.5 rating). I'd really like to see this place take things up a notch. There are so many really good places to get craft beer and eat in the Asheville area, if this wasn't one of the few places in Weaverville, it would be down pretty far on our list of go-to places. Sorry to say, but I think this place could do better.

Cute place. The service is great, the food was excellent and the drinks were tasty! We had a steak salad, the smash burger, and a couple of the yummy pub pretzels! The have quite a few choices on tap as well as some bottled and cans. I tried a Gingers Revenge Lime Agave - it's my new favorite! Great date place or just somewhere to hang out with friends!

Great customer service. Nice cold beer. Large seating area outside covered patio. Weaverville is a nice change of pace from your typical Asheville experience.

I like beer if it's good- and Eluvium gets my stamp of approval- not that that means anything to anybody other than me. Beer was cold and tasty, staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was super chill. perfect place to do a little writing, learn a little about the town and meet some cool locals.

Really impressed. I've been trying to get to Weaverville for awhile to check these guys out. Actually went twice this trip - once on a Friday night and then the next day, on a Saturday afternoon. The space is on the small side but somehow it feels just right - nice intimate space. Maybe just 4-5 indoor table tops but tons of outdoor seating too. I imagine this place gets pretty busy during the summer! Friday Night: Pennsylvania Porter, Blackberry Lemon Sour, Big Tips (Spruce IPA) - the sour was my favorite followed by the Porter - the IPA was a little too high in IBUS for my tastes (plus I love Pine Zips - Fonta Flora shout out). Saturday: Cookie Cutter Stout, Dry Irish Stout, more of that Blackberry Lemon Sour. Wow! The Cookie Cutter Stout was just fantastic - such a smooth and well rounded stout, especially for clocking in at almost 7% ABV. The Dry Irish was also very good - but the Cookie Cutter was just plain better. Now a special and well deserved shout out for Danielle - bartender extraordinaire! She really made our Saturday visit fun. Lots of interaction and recommendations - even brought our second round to the table. Give her a raise! Great microbrewery, right off Main Street. Very worthwhile to visit/highly recommended! And a stone's throw from Zebulon Artisan Ales.... no

I have been here twice now, the bartender/owner is the nicest most laid back guy. The food they need to advertise more!! Omg,'it's so good! Beer is great, vice is good, minus the people who just let their kids run and scream everywhere. Also, some dogs aren't the best behaved so I don't bring my service dog.

Beer & food delish!! Loved the IPA we had and really enjoyed the food too. Highly suggest the everything seasoning on your pretzel. We favored the Mac & cheese over the German potatoes. So happy they had vegan options! Inside and outside seating available and parking was very easy outback. Dogs welcome!! Bartender was super awesome and the vibe totally chill.

Located just off main street, they have a decent amount of paved parking right in front of the building. This includes handicapped parking spaces as well. Access is very easy. There is also additional parking along the side of the building. The front patio has seating for about 10, but there is room to bring your own chairs if needed. If they have a food truck, it will be to the side of the patio. Inside has seating for about 20 at various sized tables and the bar. It's open and has plenty of natural light. Decor is minimal, but inviting. They can also open the garage door to the patio. They have a nice selection of beer on tap, and it changes often. Since the selection is varied, you can always expect to find something you like. The staff is really friendly and will give you as much or as little attention as you want. Even the customers are friendly, so you can have interesting conversations with about anyone. I have made the trip here several times and have always enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended.

If you are in or are traveling to Asheville, this is a brewery that you should check out. It is a little under 20 minutes away from downtown Asheville. The patio is super cute and the inside is a little on the smaller scale. My husband and I both tried flights of beer and enjoyed them along with the company. My favorite was the Fox Mine Hazy IPA. They do brew new beers often so that is a plus.

I have been to probably about 80% of the breweries in Asheville, which is known for quantity and…read morequality of breweries, and Zebulon is my top pick. It's everything I like in a brewery. The beers are flavorful and interesting. They don't have any house beers, or beers they always keep on tap, they always have new things to try. I would whole-heartedly recommend the chiang Mai Bock with lemongrass, Thai basil and sticky rice, or the tangerine saison, because they are both excellent, but unless you get there within a few weeks of me writing this, you can't try them. Mike, the brew master has a love and respect for historical replications of old beers they many people may not be familiar with, like a Patersbier or a Burton ale. He also likes to experiment with bold flavor combinations they lead to some interesting and delicious imbibables. I enjoy the tap room. While Asheville does have some nice brewery bars like Wicked Weed, many of them are basically just the same thing, like they all ordered the same bar from an Ikea catelog. Zebulon has real character, lots of cool art and usually a smattering of colorful characters. There's no food, but there's a box of snacks that says help yourself with a jar for cash, it's that kind of place, a real neighborhood gem. If you are in Asheville, and you enjoy beer, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't make the 15 minute drive to Weaverville to experience Zebulon.
