Reservations are not accepted, but you can add your name to the waitlist and receive a text when your table is ready. The restaurant has both an elevator and stairs for access. The second floor features a gift shop, the third floor offers air-conditioned dining, and the fourth floor is home to a rooftop bar. The food was excellent. I highly recommend the blackened mahi mahi platter. It came with asparagus (the smallest I've ever seen), and I substituted the grits for the Quay slaw, which was light, crisp, and refreshing. I also sampled my husband's she-crab soup and flounder bites, both of which were delicious. For dessert, I ordered the chocolate mousse cake. It was softer than versions I've had elsewhere, but rich in flavor without being overly decadent. Ripley was our server and did a fantastic job taking care of our party of 11. She kept our drinks refilled, checked on us regularly, and promptly cleared plates as we finished. The restaurant offers beautiful views overlooking Marlin Quay Marina, the Main Creek of Murrells Inlet, the surrounding saltwater marshes, and the Atlantic Ocean. We also spent some time on the rooftop, where a pleasant breeze and live music made for a relaxing atmosphere. It's easy to see why this establishment was named a 2025 Best of the Beach winner. Between the scenic views, welcoming ambiance, excellent food, and attentive service, it's well worth a visit. Highly recommended.

Oysters Rockefeller were perfect. The blue cheese dressing is garlicky, homemade deliciousness. Excellent crab cakes and grilled sheepshead. The only slight negative for me is that the remoulade tasted too sweet for my liking, but that's such a minor thing. Can't wait to come back to Pawleys and come here!

It has a bit of a classic Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives feel, both inside and out, but some pretty good cooking is coming out of that kitchen. First off, the best hush puppies I've ever had--and even better, they were complimentary! Our group of six tried the fried flounder, fried shrimp, blackened shrimp, and fish and chips. Everything was excellent, and the portions were plentiful. The food and drink prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the restaurant is right off the water. Our server was attentive throughout, and overall, we just had a really good experience. Sometimes the best meals are the ones you weren't planning on finding. Russell's was definitely one of those stops

Worst service ever. Stay far away from this place…read more I arrived with a reservation, but when I walked up to the host stand to check in, the manager pushed in front of me and started arguing with the hostess about seating another family. Only after they finished was I finally able to check in. When I gave them my name, I was met with nothing but attitude. I asked if I could be seated outside, but the hostess ignored my request and seated me inside instead. I also asked for the parking validation code and was told that my waiter would provide it. When the waiter finally came to the table, he didn't introduce himself and seemed very rushed. When I asked for the parking code, he gave it to me without saying much else. I ordered the fish of the day sandwich, which was a huge disappointment. The piece of fish was so small it didn't even cover the entire roll, and it had no flavor at all. Charging $19 for that sandwich was a complete waste of money. When the waiter asked if I wanted dessert, I replied that I don't eat desserts. His response was, "Well, I have to ask," and then he simply walked away. After bringing the check, there was no "thank you for coming" or "hope to see you again." The entire staff acted like they were unhappy to be there, and it showed in every interaction. I will never be back, and I can't recommend this place to anyone.

Just for something different i chose the house salad with ranch dressing and honestly it was the best i've had in a restaurant, it was fresh and really good. My husband got the she-crab soup and he was smiling from ear to ear. he also got the grilled ham and cheese for something different and he really enjoyed it. I had the fried scallops (best i've ever had in a restaurant) delicious, fresh I can't wait to have them again. Wonderful food, view, staff, place. Prices were very good. Thanks again

No pics-the food was too good to wait!…read more Our service was excellent. She was prompt, attentive, and gave extra attention to details like bringing a plastic plate instead of a ceramic one when I asked for an empty plate for our toddler. We had a large party and that didn't diminish the quality of our service. The food was fantastic. The crab cakes say "no filler" on the menu and they mean it. That was exactly how a crab cake should be made and the texture was perfect. Our party had every iteration of oysters you can get and they were all great. They were accommodating for a member of our party with celiac and her food was exactly what she was promised. Other points of note: Bar service was quick and friendly. The hostesses promptly accommodated our party of 10. The straps on the high chair actually worked (if you're a parent then you know what I mean). And my favorite of all: there was no tv to be seen from our table so we were all able to chit chat without distraction from glowing tv screens. This was our first trip, both to Graham's Landing and Pawley's Island. We typically vacation on Georgia beaches but we will 100% be coming back to this beach and more importantly Graham's Landing.
