This nail lounge is under new management and renovation, and I'm enjoying the new calm environment and staff. I walked in for a mani pedi and Kathy was my nail tech. She did an acrylic set and was kind, quick, and gentle. I walked in for a fill on New Year's Eve and was able to set an appt for 45 minutes later, and she was ready for me. I came in for a mani and pedi ! They were fast and did a great job on my nails ! Kathy was amazing . She did my white time square and even suggested rounding the edges because I have young children . The place itself is very nice and clean and they have plenty of spaces . I got a regular pedi without gel and it was $30 . My nails were 60 . Honestly it was well worth the money spent . This will be my new regular place now that I am a Las Vegas resident . They do lashes as well and I will be going in Wednesday for that . Overall 5 stars from me . I had to update this review, so my experience in the beginning was great until I got home took a shower, 2 nails fall off, Monday they were closed, went yesterday which was Tuesday I was told I have to come back when Shelly comes back tomorrow which is now today, called Shelly she didn't want to fix it, cause she had to pick up her kids, which is cool, but not really my problem especially when I told her those nails felt loose, she asked if I could come earlier I was like no! I don't get off till 230pm first I paid $60 for a crap service gave a $10 tip so now she expected me to also lose pay for crap job! I'm sorry to give them a low mark . But the last time we went they did not cut my husbands toe nails left them jagged and uneven . We decided to give them 1 more try , so my husband got a pedicure and I got my nails done . I like them all there but for some reason the level of quality is fallen way down . 2 of my nails were messed up 10 minutes after they were done . She redid them it was the 1st and 2nd finger on left hand . But look at them now they do not look professionally done , they look as if they were did at home . Not happy at all !! My friend convinced me to get my nails done today, it's nice and clean and the people were really friendly, All except for my guy. The guy with the beard. Nail style he chose for me is amazing (coffin) but he used the nail file soo much that he cut into my skin. From the outside it's pretty but when you see the bottom it's jagged and I have a lot of residue. Since quarantine started I've been home (like a lot of people have been) so the mask makes my anxiety go into panic mode. Specially when a large group of people walked in. I was debating on getting a pedicure as well, I asked him how long will it take him: he said 20min and I asked if I can Step outside for a couple of minutes, he said that's fine. When I came back in (mind you I had cut my nails before I came to Vegas) he sat me down had me soak my feet for like 2.5seconds dry them and again filed my nails, didn't cut the cuticles nothing. They are very friendly but they rush you out of there. When I left my nails were OK but too thick and uneven, I had a French almond shape and they were crooked and the French were not even. They don't know how to do acrylic on toes and it was and still is super lumpy on my big toe. I just feel like if my services weren't rushed the work would look better. A nail snapped off in a week and I was out of town. I just looked down and the nail was gone, was not rough at all. Would not recommend due to the fact that services were rushed and they were more concerned with getting me in and out than the actual work being nice and neat. I should mention there was only one other customer in the shop at the time. I wish I took a picture but after 2 weeks I popped them off. I didn't want anyone to have to work over sloppy work. I went there today and I've been there before. They make up their own prices! Today was my worse experience ever. Young Hispanic girl that I've never seen before. Stopped in shortly after they opened after 9am. Left less than an hour and a half later with a fantastic gel manicure and regular pedicure. The owner (Grandma) and Jordan made sure that I would make it on time to where I needed to be with fresh nails. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Grandma welcomed me and was very hospitable. Jordan was super sweet and made sure I was happy with everything. The environment was very easy going with the other women joking around. Everything was clean and relaxing. Everything was amazing with the pedicure!! Definitely see Rose!! The salon is new and clean. As for my nails, I feel like a 2 year old did them. They're messy and the polish job already looks like a 2 week paint job and it's only been 5 min. The shape is uneven and there's gaps between the tip to my nail.. there was an extra 5$ take off fee for shellac and I suggested that be waived since I hate my nails. I paid $40 for a deluxe pedicure from the owner. She only soaked my feet for 15 mins and worked on them out of water for another 15 mins. She did not use and cuticle remover on my feet and when I complained about the remaining dead skin she asked me to return to the shop. Once I returned she attempted to scrap the dead skin off without soaking my feet or using any softening products. She proceeded to complain that I wasn't happy and said she did a lot. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for proper service. read more
