I love that they have a host who manages reservations and phone calls, so everything runs smoothly. I also appreciate that they never reuse nail files or buffers, which makes the salon feel very clean and hygienic. Another thing I love is that they never make you feel rushed, even when they're busy. If you know, you know! One of the worst salon experiences is when there's a line of people waiting, the technicians rush through your appointment, and the quality of the work suffers. The lady who did my nails clearly had trouble sitting in a comfortable position next to the pedicure chair. She did not use the file on the inside of the nail extension before glueing them on and I'm sure that's the reason many of them started lifting off my nails after 2 days. They didn't properly grip onto my natural nails. There are several other nails that have a visible gap between my natural nail and the extension. A great breeding ground for trapping moisture and bacteria! The paint job was also pretty sloppy with polish all over my cuticles and she did not attempt use a small brush to correct it. The thumbs aren't even the same length or shape. I was pretty disappointed once I realized that. The pedicure felt great and looked wonderful at first, but the polish on my left pinky toe chipped 3 hours after I got home so now I got a brand new pedicure on only 9 toes. I'm pretty mad I spent $200 of my hard earned money on this just to spend more money to go elsewhere and have them redo it.

The salon is very clean and zen. I like it that the nail estheticians don't talk to each other loudly in a foreign lanuage while they do their work like some of the other nail salons I have been to. I normally get the gel manicure and regulare pedicure. I also like it that they separate the manicure station from the pedicure chairs. I have been to places where they do your hand and feet at the same time but It was very uncomfortable having to stretch my arms across. My only negative feedback is parking. You will have to pay for parking if you want to park in the plaza (meter). I sometimes park at Trader Joe's and walk over. Reservations can be made online or by calling the store.
