won't be returning here. called and asked how much for a gel pedicure with 2 acrylic big toes and was told $55. i ended up getting an upgraded pedicure that was $10 more, so expecting it to be $65. they told me the total was $75. i questioned why and they said it was probably because they thought it was only one acrylic toe... the math still doesn't make any sense. pedicure was pretty average, gel polish came out nice. based on the principle, i won't be returning. read more

I just had my first experience at this salon. Not having had a pedicure since pre-pandemic when I lived in NY, I knew I was long overdue. They were able to accommodate me right away as walk-in at 1pm on a Monday. It's a clean, modern salon. Ten very comfortable massage chairs for pedicures, and pplexiglass providing some protection between employees and the customers receiving manicures. Since it is my birthday, I treated myself to the $40 pedicure. Mike did an excellent job. He was meticulous, and my feet have never looked or felt better. read more

Went in at SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT time and was told that they could not help me until later in afternoon (1pm). Owner is amazing in the staff is friendly. I've never had a bad experience here and have been going since it opened. They have always been super Accommodating for walk in's. I've never waited more then 10 minutes walking in. They can be strict with there scheduling. If you cancel your appointment multiple times they prefer you to just walk in. Because that's time that there artist set aside for you. The owner also walks around and checks nails for quantity, if she not of fan of something she'll make them fix it on the spot. She has also tried to save me money in the past by given me other alternatives so I won't spend as much. ZERO, if I could! Terrible! I was referred here so I drove about an hour to get my nails done and 2 days later one of nails broke. I went back to have it fixed; the young lady who originally did them was not available (which is fine) so the owner had someone who wasn't even a nail tech basically practice on me. UM? OKAY! I am not a mannequin nor was I told/asked if I can be practiced on. The one nail was so ugly it stuck out like a sore thumb. When I said something, the owner had the nerve to say not everyone does nails the same and she attempted to fix it but didn't do much, I think she just wanted to get me out. Anyway the nail was slanted upwards and my nails don't slant upwards, I did tell her yes everyone does nails differently but I highly doubt anyone comes into a nail salon wanting their nails to be slanted upwards, if anything they would want them slanted normally if they had that issue, which I don't! Bottom line horrible experience and horribly customer service. If you want slanted nails by a nail tech whose practicing then this is the place for you! read more

The owner to this location is very unprofessional I called in to reschedule my appointment due to that I own a business and I had an emergency that I had to stay. she was mad cuz I have rescheduled 2 times that I called in. And just today I miss my appointment by a couple minutes called in to see if I was able to go in later she just got mad . This place is unprofessional and don't bother making an appointment. They will have you waiting another 30 minutes - 1 hour after that. They also use cheap products and don't have the most experienced nail techs. My nails always lift after a day or two. And the pedicures are very half a**. The men do a better job there. The first time coming to nail lounge I had booked an appointment with Aline after hearing many good things about her. I was greeted and a lady named Ivy started doing my pedicure, since it was my first time I thought maybe Aline doesn't do pedicures. When Ivy was done she told me to sit at her table and she'll be right over to do my mani; I explained I had an appointment with Aline. Immediately she looked offended and replied "you don't trust me???", I explained that wasn't the reason. I told her my appointment was with Aline originally, she started going back and forth with me about it, making me feel very uncomfortable. Until finally other girl came over and told me to sit at Aline's station. I am so glad she did because Aline is such a sweetheart, takes pride in her work and she is very attention to detail. Today I went back and Aline does to pedicures and she is very good and then too, I am so glad I found my forever nail tech! Highly recommend her to anyone. I have to share my experience with this salon. I have been twice already & krystal did an amazing job . I went for the Third time & I'm not sure what was wrong with her that day but my nails did not look right . I told the owner and explained what was going on . Anne , the owner did not want to give me a refund because she said " how will my employee get paid ?" So I asked her if she can do them & with attitude , she did my nails over again , that's when I should've left but I stayed & after almost 4 hours of being there she finished my nails . I went again after 3 weeks & called to make an appointment , after this experience I wanted to give them another try since the first two times the work was great . I went ahead and made the appointment , the day of the appointment , I arrive and the owner tells me that Krystle is in the back with a flu . I asked her why she didn't call and let me know & one of the receptionist tells me he's sorry he called but didn't leave a message . I was at work so I missed it & didn't get a chance to call back . So I ask her ok , since I live 45 minutes away and I'm already here , can someone else do it ? She tells me " no, no one here is good enough to do your nails " that was very rude or her and I've never been treated like that from any nail salon , let alone , an owner . I referred 5 people to this salon & they will no longer be going there . I will not give my time and money to people like this , who mistreat their customers . read more
