Love coming here, love doing the gel manicure and regular pedicure! As soon as I need to do an appointment, I just go online and book a time , everyone it's great and so talented! And if you have an appointment the wait time is minimal. Make sure to take some sandals to be comfy so you can walk out !

pink nails and melon colored toe nails after 2 days.

The nail tech Vicki is very nice and does a good job. I had a gel mani and pedi on 12/11/25 same color to match a dress for a wedding. Within 2 days the toe nails faded from pink to a faded white and melon orange. After the wedding (no time before) I went to ask for a complimentary pedicure in 2 weeks when my fingernails would be due. The manager offered to comp the gel but not the pedicure either then and there or at the later date I was requesting. Are we talking $25 for the pedi part? I see that as poor customer service. Sadly I will not be returning although I was very happy with the service Vicky gave.

This review is honestly a little difficult to do, because my experience was so varied. This was my first time visiting this salon. I normally go to one close to my house, but wanted to find one closer to work that I can go to on lunch. The negative: -Timing: made an appointment ahead of time, to make sure there wouldn't be a wait since I was on my lunch break. I checked in when I got there, and didn't actually get a nail tech until about 10 minutes after my appointment time, and it ended up taking longer than any manicure I've ever had. I was late getting back to work. -Hidden charges. I checked the prices online before I came, which factored into how I chose this salon over the many in the area. They charged me about double the price listed online for the service, plus an upcharge that I was not aware of. If something I requested was going to be an upcharge, I should have been informed of that up front instead of being shocked when I went to pay. In total, I ended up paying about $40 more than I was expecting, which is a pretty significant amount of money. The positive: -The interior itself is very clean, sleek, and well-decorated. The pedicure chairs are like a long couch instead of the normal chairs, and the manicure tables have the UV lamps and storage built in, which keeps the counters very clean and free of clutter. -My nail tech was awesome. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what I wanted, and my manicure ended up looking exactly how I envisioned. He was friendly, helpful, and did a great job. I believe he said his name was Andy. He was definitely the highlight of this experience. I gave them 4 stars because my nails did turn out great, which is ultimately why you do to a nail salon. However, is is unlikely that I'll come back because everything else about the customer service was not great, and I'm afraid of what they'll charge me.

Great experience!! I was in a rush. It was Saturday afternoon and there was no wait, which was great. My nail tech was a guy super fast and beautiful results. I think his name is Ty. I sat up in the front. He's just great very pleasant as well will be coming back. This is my new nail spot, not like the rude rude, rude bunch of bishes at LA Nails off 67th and 186th ... I went there because it's close to my house, but the rudeness is just too much I once did white with American pink and she literally told me you're the only one that thinks they're pretty they're not pretty smdh

Real Talk. I have not had my toes professionally done in years. Self-care is absolutely apart of my 2022 goals. So, I looked around and Mia R. via Yelp helped me find this spot. I booked online the morning of. Easy peasy. Got there 10 mins early and was in the chair at 12 pm for my appointment. Vicki had great reviews and she delivered. Light chat and friendly demeanor. She has an attention to detail I appreciate. Now. The thing that set this pedicure off.....She got my square cut perfect for my toes. She didn't try to round it or deviate from what I asked for. PERFECT SQUARE CUT. I was done. My toes look like I got acrylic and not gel. That's how crisp this square is. Crispy, y'all. You hear someone eating potato chips when you look at my pedicure - Crispy. Clearly, I and very pleased. It was $38 for the standard gel pedicure. I thanked Vicki with my gratitude and a fat tip. Be forewarned. They fill up quick, so if you want like a two hour service, like mani and pedi, book a few days out. Girl, Bye. I'll be back in a month or so. I will book with Vicki. I highly recommend this nail spot.

Very talented nails techs. I used to come here for a mani and pedi a few years ago and stopped coming for reasons unrelated to the nail lounge. I started coming again last year and have been a consistent customer again. I know whenever I come to do my nails I'm always going to get what I've asked for and I will leave satisfied and in love with my nails. Their nail techs are so talented and are true artists. Their designs are beautiful and so seamless. The customer service is attentive and responsive to the client when you arrive for your appointment, when you are finished with your service, when you call in to schedule an appt, etc. They really are great. I've always had a good experience with the staff here. I really do appreciate their cleanliness and the way the nail salon is interiorly decorated. My nail tech is Tina. She's a perfectionist which I am so grateful for. I absolutely love my nails every time she's done with my service. She shapes them perfectly just the way I request(almond shape).

Idk about regular people, but I bite my nails and rip them off with one little thing wrong. I'd didn't do that this time! Nail Tech: listened, he barely spoke to others, but when he did it was like he was teaching someone else - so of course that's cool lol. He took his time. He was precise. This was for my grad. I'm not even good at the terms, but I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Even with my confusion, no one played me they were nice and the place is cute of course! I got them done 8/29 I just took them off yesterday( BARELY ANY DAMAGE MIGHT I ADD) and my nails are longer and stronger(I put oil n shit on them) but sometimes the glue makes it soft and weak(not this time!)

Lowering my review! After posting the message below, instead of receiving a call from the company to help better understand the situation. The front desk ladies decided to message me saying that my review wasn't true and that she gave me options. In REALITY all you gave me was a " it's booked" and if it wasn't for me being persistent and getting creative to think of alternatives then you would have just hung up. After seeing my persistent you only have me only one other option which didn't give me any flexibility. especially with all the techs there are or could be brought in! I don't appreciate a brats message telling me that I'm a liar!!!! If I gave my feedback it was to help improve, like I said I love this place but unfortunately I will never be back here again. TO YOUR CUSTOMER YOU SHOULD ALWASY CONSIDER THIER NEEDS FIRST AND NOT BE SNOTTY! ------------------------------------------------------------ I really gotta say I would be so loyal to this place, their techs are off the chain BUT their business operations lack better management and customer service. There is no room for flexibility, the lady that picks up the phone states she's the manager always says there is no available. I called to move up my appoint up or down and there was no flexibility to even do my nails with another rep or to just do my hands it's self. Out of all the tech, she had no one???? Which I know that was a lie because I've sat there and seen techs waiting to be handed another customer. I had to cancel my appointment and move it to another day! I really didn't want to do this so I ended up moving my agenda around to free up my meetings! At the end I called within 30 mins and the lady said my appointment had already been booked! Which I doubt that very much! Management here needs to be more considerate about the customer flexibility. I get it you guys are good at doing nails but the operations or hiring more staff needs to improve because not every women has flexibility, a lot of us are busy professional who have tight agendas as well. I really hope management doesn't excuse themselves with COVID anymore, because we are pass that stage covid doesn't cut the fact that you don't want to hire more staff. There is a nasty take it or leave it approach here which give the brand a very bad look as a snotty company culture. An honest and valid feedback from a customer who wishes to see more from you!

UPDATE ------ 05/07/2018 Worst customer service EVER! I've been here once before and it wasn't the best experience. I decided to try it once more since a friend went and liked her nails. I am almost 9 months pregnant and I have a 2 year old. I got there at 12:20 and put my name on the waiting list. At 12:41 I am approached by the front desk girl and told that you don't allow strollers. There's a sign that says unsupervised children aren't allowed and my child was extra supervised strapped into his stroller. She asks me if I have a carrier instead... a carrier?! You can clearly see my child is a toddler what do you mean a carrier?! Even if there was such thing for a 2 year old it's quite evident how pregnant I am and I can't carry a "carrier". I could barely carry him or the stroller out of the car. I told her no I don't and she said id have to leave. As if getting ready and getting my well behaved son ready to go to the nail salon because I have NOBODY to watch him isn't bad enough, now im 20 minutes into waiting and I'm told I have to leave. This is ridiculous. So because I am a pregnant mom w a toddler I don't have a right as anyone else would to get my nails done? So rude. What was I supposed to do allow my child to run around since no strollers are allowed? You guys are a sad excuse for a business. Shittiest nail Place ever !!! I went because of the hype it had .they charge 5$ to remove your paint and $5 extra if you used an OPi color (which the tech never told me about ) Jenny did a horrible job . The place itself is pretty but the tech I sued left the nails crooked and disguising and when I explained how unhappy I was no one did anything about it including the front desk girl . I booked my appointment the day before they fit me and my sisters all in it was amazing. We were even running a little bit late and they still had patience to fit us in. However, went in for a gel pedicure, no one even asked me what type of package pedicure I wanted, service was extremely rushed barely cleaned my feet, the service I was charged for with out knowledge included "hot towel wrap around, massages, etc" and I didn't even received that. I got my feet done at THE NAIL LOUNGE and in two days my feet look and feel like it need another pedicure again I feel like I didn't get my money's worth. For $28 plus tip it's a waste of money I don't recommend them and I won't be going back. They rush the work to make more money. They have the flea market mentality. I showed the nail tech the picture of ombre acrylics to make sure that she understood what I wanted before she began working on my nails. This is the end product, and she certainly did not deliver what I asked for, which is very disappointing for $80. Not to mention, she was rough and was rushing the entire time, and had an attitude after I pointed out that she was not providing what I asked for. She didn't even fully remove the blue polish that was on my nails before and it is visible in this picture. The location was nice and clean, and the receptionist was nice, but I definitely wouldn't want that nail tech working on my nails ever again. read more

They do AMAZING work here, all of their technicians from my experience are very talented at what they do. However, my only 2 concerns are their prices are a little higher than others in the area, and they rarely pick up the phone when you call. I have always had trouble getting them to pick up the phone. So it'll take about 10+ minutes and multiple attempts at calling just to get someone to pick up. Eventually I just give up and call another day. I still continue go here because Wee is absolutely amazing. She's so kind and her work is immaculate. read more

A couple of years ago I wouldn't even imagine giving this place 5 stars, but man has it changed for the better! Before, the reception staff was kinda snarky but now they were so nice and helped walk me through everything. And when it comes to nail techs, you guys have got to get Patrice, she's amazing! The first time I came here, Wee, one of the employees had a really bad attitude and didn't polish my feet properly (I notice that usually the ones who usually do nails act as if they too good to do feet. I had acrylic on one of my toe nails and she had did a dreadful job to it.). My daughter had Angela and she kept texting on her phone when she was supposed to be doing my daughter's nails. But I gave Wee another chance the next time I came and everything was okay. I have been coming here for months (I tip everytime and very well) and everything was alright for the most part until I tried to make another appointment. I was denied the ability to make any more appointments because I missed 3 appointments in my time going there. I was never informed that I had to call to cancel an appointment. I was informed that Wee complained about my missed appointments. Many times I have been there on time and had to wait to see her because she wasn't done with someone else. They also have many people who wait, so that if anyone has an appointment that does not come, they have customers to take their place. Missed appointments do not cost this place any money nor does it back them up. The Hispanic girl in the front with the black hair eventually became unpleasant on the phone while trying to explain the situation, which she did poorly until I had pried the information from her. I paid very good money for their service, everyone who steps into their establishment does, and they do very little to give back or express thanks for this. I was once given one $5 coupon for their services when every single time I come, my daughter goes with me to have her nails done. We are two separate people so why only one coupon? It's only $5. That's hardly anything. They do a good job on nails, but their customer service sucks. Don't go and spend hundreds where people don't respect your business. They actually don't respect you. These nail salon people stick together, especially when they are wrong. At this salon, the customer is never right, the employee always is. I hope you have a better experience than my daughter and I did. This has encouraged me to go online and learn how to do my own gel and acrylic nails, which is actually very easy. Be wise and look at a DIY video. You won't regret it. You'll realize that these salons are definitely a convenient rip off. read more

The Nail Lounge Miramar SLAYS! I am a gel nail addict, and when i tell you this nail parlor has over 30 thousand followers on instagram it is for a reason! The nail technicians (I go to Nick/Ty) are very professional and i can guarantee your nails will last at LEAST 3 weeks without any chips/breakage. Reasonable pricing too! My advice would be to book your nail appointment in advance (at least two weeks) because space fills up quickly! (I usually book my next appointment at the store after I get my nails done for guaranteed availability)!! read more

I've been coming to the nail lounge for a few years now and it has yet to disappoint! I'm extremely picky with where I do my nails and this place always keeps me satisfied. Their staff is amazing, they are always welcoming and helpful. Also they specialize in designs and all the newest products in the nails world. My nail tech's name is Long and he is the best, wouldn't trade him for anyone!!! I would recommend him if you're coming to the nail lounge :) read more

This was my first time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised. They have a ton of OPI colors and dip polish selections. A lot of technicians so you'll be in and out. I did a gel mani and regular pedi and was out within the hour. The polish is flawless and my tech was really nice. They were pretty well priced, my services cost $55. The only thing is that OPI colors are $5 extra charge but worth it. read more

I do my pedicure every two or three weeks and I often like to try around different nail Salon ! Last nite went in to this little shop close to my home I ask for a regular pedi !! But the woman seem very rush to get the job done!! SShe barely took any cuticles out within 15 minutes was done ready to put polish !! I ask her you done she said yes !! I went last week and the person who did my nails doesn't know how to do a design. She did the basic color and I have to do the design by myself. I went to Walgreens after that to buy some nail arts to do it myself. The dip in powder usually last 3 weeks but it last 4 days. I love the nail lounge it's a little bit more money but if you like quality nails this is the place. I had gone to another place close by there GEL MANI only lasted me a week!!!!! So I came to nail lounge and I love them! The best part about this place is the quick service. With an appointment, I am always in and out fairly quickly. They have a super easy booking online process which is great! The downside is that the manicures are sometimes hasty and not sealed great so they start to chip early compared to some other places I've had mani's done. The pedicure here is my FAVORITE! Nothing beats that hot towel. read more

The typical posh over priced nail salon. To start if they are a bit sharp and snappy with you very rude when asking them to quote prices or explaining to them how you want your nails done . Wasn't a warming visit at all. The lady at the front desk was very snappy & a bit condescending. Paid 35 for this full set ... one of my nails came off in 3 days as you can see ... Their prices are a few dollars more than what I am used to, but since it was a pre-holiday weekend, I didn't quibble. The gal doing my nails was efficient and professional, but didn't try to engage me in conversation -- I'm not sure of her English abilities even. In any case, I was glad I took a chance and stopped here. Exactly what I needed for a boost.

The lady who did my hands filed my thumb nail too short and now it hurts. I finally have to post because every day i get more upset. it's been a week and this is how my gel mani looks. i had heard sooo many great things about this place but honestly this is prob the first and last time i'll go. it started chipping about 4 days after and today i ran my fingers thru my hair and i guess the gel was already peeling off too. also when i was in the nail salon or "lounge" it was SUPER packed like uncomfortable packed. was super uncomfortable as i was placed on the pedicure chair closest to the door and the table next to me was where they kept the gel color palette. so i couldn't even enjoy it with people literally less than arms length away from me struggling to decide what color to choose. i would say based on their instagram and what i witnessed and experienced, i'd day DEFINITELY come to this place if you want acrylics and/or crazy nail art. but NOT if you're looking for lasting, fundamental work. disappointed but clearly there doing something right if the place is so packed all the time. p.s my nails don't grow fast AT ALL my cuticles just weren't handled right so i look like i have a 2/3 week nail growth gap but they looked like this a couple days after my manicure read more

I have been a loyal customer to Nail lounge for over 2 years. Despite my gel manicure chipping every now and then i have not had a complaint until now. I recently went to have my gel manicure done and after 1day 1 nail completely came off. I called and spoke to Kimmy and informed her what happened, she told me come in but unfortunately i was on my way out of town. When i returned 1 week later i went in to have my nails repaired in which almost all had been chipped or completly came off and Ty told me he will not charge me because of my nails chipping. I called today for an appointment and was told by Kimmy that Ty will no longer do my nails because i didn't pay for the visit. I was totally SHOCKED. I informed her what Ty said to me and asked her why didn't she call me when i left and all she could say was sorry. I feel very angry because i have spent alot of money over many years going to Nail lounge every 2-3 weeks getting Mani & pedi not spending any less than $60 plus tip and they have the nerve to tell me i can not be seen because of there CRAPPY work!!! I love going to the nail lounge.. But I absolutely LOVE Patrice she is so amazing and very talented!! Every time I leave her chair I always get compliments on how nice my nails looks or inquires about where did I get my nails done at. Her work is clean and accurate. She's very good with shaping your nails and since I've been going to her I haven't had an issue with my nails breaking. Also, Since I've been going to her, I even find my self trying different bolder colors that I would never try before, because it was out of my comfort zone. I usually stick with neutral colors like light pink and white. But lately I've been wearing colors that pop and make a statement. I really appreciate Patrice and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER and I would recommend everyone to go to her. I've seen some bad reviews about the nail lounge and I haven't experienced that with Patrice and sometimes if a nail tech isn't for you then try another one because they have very talented artist there. My first time at the nail lounge today and I had a great experience. I met Melissa upon arrival and she luckily had a cancellation so was able to take me. I had to soak off, redo my gel mani and pedi. I can't believe I finished all that in about an hour. And a good ten minutes of that was a nice hand massage. Their prices are great too. I paid 25$ for my gel manicure+ 24$ for my pedi. I wasn't charged the 5$ to soak off bc Melissa informed me that if I checked into they're establishment on here earlier today, I would get that fee waived. Idk how long that promotion will last but take advantage! It worked for me (; Anyway, they seemed pretty busy so i would make an apt in advance for weekends. Can't wait to be back. I absolutely love the nail Lounge! Adam has been my nail tech for 4 years now and I wouldn't dare cheat on him for anyone else. He's the best with designs. He's quick but also very precise with his technique . I know some people may have problems with him not doing pedicures but if you've been his client for years and he has the time available he might do them. I appreciate the time care and attention to detail that Adam takes with my nails . 1 of the best in the nail game ! Yesterday I went to get my nails done at the nail lounge and one of the customers was rude and condescending to Kimi ( the receptionist). She wanted her business logo on her nail and she was told that it wouldn't fit on her nail, so she wanted them to spread it out on all her nails. So Kimi told her that it wouldn't be exactly like the design but close to it because it has to be drawn on the nail. The customer became belligerent and was asked to leave. I met Melissa, she was so nice and actually remembered my name unlike most places that rush me out the door (I felt special as weird as that sounds). Oh and They have SO MANY COLORS! Thanks to review on this site I took a chance and tried them out. I was very pleased. Nice atmosphere, VERY clean and reasonably priced. Stacy did my Manicure and she actually saved my thumbnail. Just 5 minutes before arriving I had almost torn it off to the tender part and she worked her magic with glue and clear gel polish and saved me a week of pain while it grew out. Highly recommended! This is my favorite nail salon! From the moment you walk in the customer service is awesome! Emily was my nail technician and she did an amazing job :) I could not decide what color I wanted so I left it up to her to pick one for me. After a couple questions she picked out an amazing color (I have gotten so many complements in the last week) and my nails came out perfect! 1 week later and they still look like I just left the salon. Absolutely love the place! Everyone is so nice, especially the lady that did my eyebrows! If you really like natural looking eyebrows this is the place to check out! They also do fantastic nails. I've done gel nails here and they do it beautifully! Not only that they do beautiful nails and eyebrows, the workplace is like a factory. In less than ten minutes I had beautiful nails! Michelle has been my nail tech for 3 months now and I must her service is incredible. She has taken care both my husband and I and we have never been disappointed. I went for the first time yesterday and I loved it. Finally found a place that knows how to do coffin nails, trust me been to a lot of nail places and none came out the way it should. I went at 4pm on a Tuesday and there was no wait time. I did a pedicure, full set with gel nail paint and price was great. I was attended by Randy and loved him and his work. When you make an appointment, you have to place a deposit, which made me nervous. I have never had to do that for a nail appointment. Regardless, I went, unsure of what to expect. It was pretty dead inside when I walked in on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Only one other nail tech was working on a client, and it was basically empty. I was taken right away to remove my old dip and select a new color. I selected to have a female nail tech to work on my nails. I regrettably did not ask for the name of my nail tech. I know she was Hispanic, thin, and wore glasses, but she was very good. She took her time and made my nails look gorgeous. I had read that many people had nail techs that hurt them or made them bleed at this salon. I did not have that treatment whatsoever. She was incredibly gentle and patient. She made sure I enjoyed the shape, which was a pointy almond! The price here was pretty good as well. I would recommend this salon.

Upon purchase, I received an email letting me know that I had the gift card and that it's been applied to my account. Amazing. WRONG AGAIN. I went to use said gift card and upon completion of my services I go to show the digital gift card (which quite literally indicated to show it at the business) and I am informed that they will not accept the virtual gift card. I ask why not and they tell me they need a business card that they gave my mom when she purchased the gift card, that was sent digitally, or else they can't apply the gift card. The owner confirms she knows she sold the gift card, emailed the digital gift card and literally sees the gift card on my account, but REFUSES to let me use the digital gift card (which by the way even gives you the option to send to someone else who would then only have a digital gift card). After going back and forth for far longer than should have been necessary I end up paying because the business refused to accept and apply the gift card they took the money for and emailed to me. Now, I have to go through the process of disputing the purchase with my credit card company. In a city where there are three nail salons every two steps save yourself the time and headache and go literally anywhere else. Spouses, parents, friends do not purchase gift cards from this location. They will gladly take your money and then refuse to honor them.
