Love coming here, love doing the gel manicure and regular pedicure! As soon as I need to do an appointment, I just go online and book a time , everyone it's great and so talented! And if you have an appointment the wait time is minimal. Make sure to take some sandals to be comfy so you can walk out !

pink nails and melon colored toe nails after 2 days.

The nail tech Vicki is very nice and does a good job. I had a gel mani and pedi on 12/11/25 same color to match a dress for a wedding. Within 2 days the toe nails faded from pink to a faded white and melon orange. After the wedding (no time before) I went to ask for a complimentary pedicure in 2 weeks when my fingernails would be due. The manager offered to comp the gel but not the pedicure either then and there or at the later date I was requesting. Are we talking $25 for the pedi part? I see that as poor customer service. Sadly I will not be returning although I was very happy with the service Vicky gave.

This review is honestly a little difficult to do, because my experience was so varied. This was my first time visiting this salon. I normally go to one close to my house, but wanted to find one closer to work that I can go to on lunch. The negative: -Timing: made an appointment ahead of time, to make sure there wouldn't be a wait since I was on my lunch break. I checked in when I got there, and didn't actually get a nail tech until about 10 minutes after my appointment time, and it ended up taking longer than any manicure I've ever had. I was late getting back to work. -Hidden charges. I checked the prices online before I came, which factored into how I chose this salon over the many in the area. They charged me about double the price listed online for the service, plus an upcharge that I was not aware of. If something I requested was going to be an upcharge, I should have been informed of that up front instead of being shocked when I went to pay. In total, I ended up paying about $40 more than I was expecting, which is a pretty significant amount of money. The positive: -The interior itself is very clean, sleek, and well-decorated. The pedicure chairs are like a long couch instead of the normal chairs, and the manicure tables have the UV lamps and storage built in, which keeps the counters very clean and free of clutter. -My nail tech was awesome. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what I wanted, and my manicure ended up looking exactly how I envisioned. He was friendly, helpful, and did a great job. I believe he said his name was Andy. He was definitely the highlight of this experience. I gave them 4 stars because my nails did turn out great, which is ultimately why you do to a nail salon. However, is is unlikely that I'll come back because everything else about the customer service was not great, and I'm afraid of what they'll charge me.

Great experience!! I was in a rush. It was Saturday afternoon and there was no wait, which was great. My nail tech was a guy super fast and beautiful results. I think his name is Ty. I sat up in the front. He's just great very pleasant as well will be coming back. This is my new nail spot, not like the rude rude, rude bunch of bishes at LA Nails off 67th and 186th ... I went there because it's close to my house, but the rudeness is just too much I once did white with American pink and she literally told me you're the only one that thinks they're pretty they're not pretty smdh

Real Talk. I have not had my toes professionally done in years. Self-care is absolutely apart of my 2022 goals. So, I looked around and Mia R. via Yelp helped me find this spot. I booked online the morning of. Easy peasy. Got there 10 mins early and was in the chair at 12 pm for my appointment. Vicki had great reviews and she delivered. Light chat and friendly demeanor. She has an attention to detail I appreciate. Now. The thing that set this pedicure off.....She got my square cut perfect for my toes. She didn't try to round it or deviate from what I asked for. PERFECT SQUARE CUT. I was done. My toes look like I got acrylic and not gel. That's how crisp this square is. Crispy, y'all. You hear someone eating potato chips when you look at my pedicure - Crispy. Clearly, I and very pleased. It was $38 for the standard gel pedicure. I thanked Vicki with my gratitude and a fat tip. Be forewarned. They fill up quick, so if you want like a two hour service, like mani and pedi, book a few days out. Girl, Bye. I'll be back in a month or so. I will book with Vicki. I highly recommend this nail spot.

Very talented nails techs. I used to come here for a mani and pedi a few years ago and stopped coming for reasons unrelated to the nail lounge. I started coming again last year and have been a consistent customer again. I know whenever I come to do my nails I'm always going to get what I've asked for and I will leave satisfied and in love with my nails. Their nail techs are so talented and are true artists. Their designs are beautiful and so seamless. The customer service is attentive and responsive to the client when you arrive for your appointment, when you are finished with your service, when you call in to schedule an appt, etc. They really are great. I've always had a good experience with the staff here. I really do appreciate their cleanliness and the way the nail salon is interiorly decorated. My nail tech is Tina. She's a perfectionist which I am so grateful for. I absolutely love my nails every time she's done with my service. She shapes them perfectly just the way I request(almond shape).

Hey Guys Hey!! I think I might've found my forever nail home lol I love it here. It's so cute, spacious, but more importantly....CLEAN! Idk about regular people, but I bite my nails and rip them off with one little thing wrong. I'd didn't do that this time! Nail Tech: listened, he barely spoke to others, but when he did it was like he was teaching someone else - so of course that's cool lol. He took his time. He was precise. This was for my grad. I'm not even good at the terms, but I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Even with my confusion, no one played me they were nice and the place is cute of course! I got them done 8/29 I just took them off yesterday( BARELY ANY DAMAGE MIGHT I ADD) and my nails are longer and stronger(I put oil n shit on them) but sometimes the glue makes it soft and weak(not this time!)

Lowering my review! After posting the message below, instead of receiving a call from the company to help better understand the situation. The front desk ladies decided to message me saying that my review wasn't true and that she gave me options. In REALITY all you gave me was a " it's booked" and if it wasn't for me being persistent and getting creative to think of alternatives then you would have just hung up. After seeing my persistent you only have me only one other option which didn't give me any flexibility. especially with all the techs there are or could be brought in! I don't appreciate a brats message telling me that I'm a liar!!!! If I gave my feedback it was to help improve, like I said I love this place but unfortunately I will never be back here again. TO YOUR CUSTOMER YOU SHOULD ALWASY CONSIDER THIER NEEDS FIRST AND NOT BE SNOTTY! ------------------------------------------------------------ I really gotta say I would be so loyal to this place, their techs are off the chain BUT their business operations lack better management and customer service. There is no room for flexibility, the lady that picks up the phone states she's the manager always says there is no available. I called to move up my appoint up or down and there was no flexibility to even do my nails with another rep or to just do my hands it's self. Out of all the tech, she had no one???? Which I know that was a lie because I've sat there and seen techs waiting to be handed another customer. I had to cancel my appointment and move it to another day! I really didn't want to do this so I ended up moving my agenda around to free up my meetings! At the end I called within 30 mins and the lady said my appointment had already been booked! Which I doubt that very much! Management here needs to be more considerate about the customer flexibility. I get it you guys are good at doing nails but the operations or hiring more staff needs to improve because not every women has flexibility, a lot of us are busy professional who have tight agendas as well. I really hope management doesn't excuse themselves with COVID anymore, because we are pass that stage covid doesn't cut the fact that you don't want to hire more staff. There is a nasty take it or leave it approach here which give the brand a very bad look as a snotty company culture. An honest and valid feedback from a customer who wishes to see more from you!

I went here during vacation as I had seen them on Instagram & was wanting to try them out. We don't have many unique nail places here in Dallas that can do designs so I was intrigued by their Instagram page. Finally dropped in an hour before closing. Not even a "Hello" as I approach the lady at the front desk. I instead get notified that they're closing soon. I'm quite skilled at reading a clock so I was well aware. All I wanted was a fill & a design. After waiting 20 minutes, I'm sitting in a chair to get started. The girl asks what I want & I tell her. She says they're unable to do a soak off do to time restraints. Elsewhere they would have let me soak my nails while I waited but whatever. I tell her to just file them down. First off, they charge for literally everything. $3 just to cut my nails a bit shorter?! Seriously. Whatever. That $3 can be your tip. I'd like to properly clean myself in the ladies room without a giving myself a female circumcision so whatever. While sitting, the front desk lady yet again reminds someone that it's almost closing & that they don't do two services at once. So, no mani while getting a pedi? Weird, if you're trying to rush people out, I'd be willing to do it. But I guess we don't all think the same. I know that you close soon but be more polite about it. At least say "hello" first. My nails looked ok for about three days. Then the chipping, breaking & fading started. It's been approximately six days after I got my nails done & they literally look like I'm a lumberjack as a profession. Horrible! I'm getting my nails redone tomorrow. Waste of time & money. Next visit to Florida, never again will I stop here. I had to unfollow them from IG I was so disappointed. The only good thing is I got in & out. read more

Yes they can do cool designs but what's the point of spending more than 50$ on a gel mani if it lasts 5 days? I've been getting gel manicures all over the country for years and there are three things that I look for to determine quality: 1) careful application around the cuticle and covering all edges 2) how long it lasts - should last at least 2 weeks and the really good ones last 4 3) quality and thickness of nails when finished - you should not be able to bend your nails - if you can than the polish is cheap or thinned or they don't put enough layers on. This salon failed on all three counts. On day 5 the polish started chipping around the edges. This has got to be the thinnest polish application if ever received. Nails feels bare. I don't know what's wrong with their polish. 65$ down the drain. read more

Firstly, Nail Lounge is a very chic nail salon..probably one of the best I've ever seen. Since I read such great reviews about this place, I decided to give them a try for my gel manicure (my new addiction). They did a lovely job on my nails. However, I do have three complaints. Firstly, if you are going to go on the weekend, make an appointment. I waited an hr before I was tended too. I went on a Friday evening and it was crowded. Secondly, I was charged 5 dollars to soak off my previous gel nail polish. This was surprising to me because I've done gel manicure at 5 different location (some being upscale day spas) and none charge for this service. I can't imagine that 1/4 cup of acetone cost 5 bucks. And lastly, my manicurist was not friendly, she seemed annoyed that she had to do my nails because I was the last client. But I'm going to assume that she tired and wanted to leave...... But I would visit this location again because of their good work. read more

definitely depends on who you go to , some techs are nicer than others &. more talented at designs. I've been here a million times but only because the location is super close to my house ..... every time i go I am super happy when i leave minus the bill (which is always overpriced) but after a couple days my nails are already chipping . We are paying all this money for nail art and mediocre service !!! After this last visit , I will drive the extra few miles to an old spot that I know will be cheaper and my nails won't chip after 2 days !!! At first I thought with me being a nurse and always washing my hands, it was causing my nails to chip but NO i went to a different salon and my gel manicure lasted weeks !! good luck ladies !! read more

This place is cool, a nice vibe, everyone seems pretty good and well aware of their strengths. I didn't have time for a design but ADAM HO went crazy on my nails. He is relentless with the way he shapes and paints nails. I have pretty long acrylics and he manages to make them look super clean and classy. Also he's pretty funny and easy going. This was my first time going to him but he definitely left an impression It's been 3.5 weeks my nails look amazing. read more

This place is great! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I walked in on a Friday after work a few minutes before their cutoff and they honored my visit and stayed with me until it was all done. I felt bad practically closing down the place with them but they made me feel incredibly welcome. Definitely a very chic locale - especially when you consider it's in the middle of suburbia. Best spot to get your nails done! It's usually always busy so make sure you make an appointment or come early. They do great designs and have a great selection of gel colors with the exact matching nail polish for your pedicures. Their manicures and pedicures are always on point. I'm a stickler when it comes to my cuticles, and they always do a great job with a clean finishing touch. The staff is very welcoming and you can see the friendly relationships they develop with their regular customers. The place is also very clean and spacious. When I visit home, I usually wait to get my nails done, just so I can come here. It's a guaranteed perfect mani and pedi. read more

I recommend making an appointment since this nail salon is high volume! I waited about 5-10 minutes with my appointment so I was pleasantly surprised. The decor of this place gives a calm and chic ambiance which is great for getting pampered. Prices are reasonable so I definitely recommend giving nail lounge a shot! read more

When is about my nails i get so stressed trying a New place, i just moved from Jersey whete i always got dissapointed doing my nails so i was a little skeptical (nothing like my dominican girl back In DR, doing manicure and pedicure, sorry) but after doing my research in Yelp where to go here in Miramar i definetively chose The nail launge. I made an appointment the first time b/c what i read is always crowded! Im very happy i have tried 2 diferent girls and all of them do a very good job. If u dont want to wait so long make ur appointment. The prices are a little over but in the end it worth it! read more

I wanted to check this place out and I would highly recommend an appointment. Also, strollers are not allowed so if you have a baby....outweigh your options and the experience you will have when they ask you to take the stroller to your car. The designs are pricey but they seem to enjoy creating artwork on your nails. The place feels like a lounge and their design is very current and not your typical nail place. It seems a little more costly, but the experience is very satisfying. I noticed a very prevalent amount of cleaning which I highly appreciated. They seemed to make a bigger effort than most places and based on that alone I give this place 4 stars because cleanliness is a must! read more

I've only been here a few times, but so far my experience with the Nail Lounge has been great. The first time I just happened to be in the area and the subsequent times after I have driven from the South Miami area up to Miramar to get my nails done. I get my gel nails done with Nini and every time my nails have lasted for up to 3 weeks after without chipping. My natural nails, which have also had a hard time keeping length, haven't broken since I started coming here. To me, these are miracles! Overall, the Nail Lounge is very clean and keeps to appointments well. The nail techs are also open to any ideas you have for nail art! I gave it four stars because they charge $5 every time for gel removal, which isn't ideal, especially for someone getting gel nails every visit. They also charge a bit much for nail art--I've been to places that have charged less for more complicated designs. I recommend getting an appointment here because they are usually very busy, even in the middle of the week. I highly recommend! read more

Yesterday was my 2nd time going to the Nail Lounge, and considering I live in Midtown, it's saying something that I went back. I was initially scheduled for Melissa but she was out sick, so they gave me Nick, and he was AMAZING! He captured my nail vision perfectly, and was engaging without being to much of a chatty Cathy. I like the place cause its clean, very well decorated, and they always have enough staff to cover walk ins. The equipment and nail Polish are top notch and several of the nail techs are really good at nail art. I've already made my appointing for two weeks. Sadly Nick won't be there, but I got Melissa again, hopefully she will be there this time. read more

I am extremely disappointed. This is my go to nail salon. I always get my nails done here every three weeks. This time I went to get my nails done it looked amazing at first as I went home , the next day. I was putting on some jeans and a nail broke. Then I went into the shower the next day and the other one broke. Then I got really annoyed and lightly bend the remaining nails and they all broke off with ease. This is unacceptable. It's clear that either the products were old or the nail tech did not do a great job Because there is no way my nails should be this easy to break. And I usually keep my nails for more than three weeks with no breaking. Currently seeking elsewhere to provide better quality service read more

I feel very indifferent about my second experience at the nail lounge. My first was amazing. Adam was great, although he playfully ragged on the shaping job on my nails from my previous salon , he fixed them and gave me the perfect shape. The nails however didn't hold up very well, and I don't do much hardcore work with my hands. Eventually multiple nails were cracked, however I was still positive that I would return to him because I liked his personality and shaping abilities. So about the experience I had today. For one, I tried to book an appointment with Adam online, his name was not on there so I assumed he only took walk-ins. Upon walking in I wrote his name down as the tech I preferred, the front desk assistants informed me that he had appointments and that to get an appointment I had to call and request it. It'd be nice if they had put a note somewhere online stating that. So I was sent to Nini. Very nice person... however she doesn't listen one bit. I told her I wanted my nails shorter than they were because they were very long and almond shaped. I wanted them lower but coffin shaped. When she began to cut the nails I asked her after the first one is that long enough for coffin. She assured me they were. I also told her I didn't want the acrylic put on too thick. Clearly she only heard herself talk because my nails are not coffin shaped -they're just square... and called it "light coffin"..and they're pretty thick. She rushed the entire job. It's safe to say I'm not happy with my nails. The paint job isn't smooth either. At this point if it isn't Adam I won't be going to this salon again. read more

I've been a customer of The Nail Lounge Miramar since they opened and quite honestly I wouldn't change to any other place! It's a great place to come unwind and relax. All the nails techs are good and extremely creative. Their nail designs are beautiful and I've never done a design twice. I recommend this spot to all my friends and till this day they have been satisfied customers. I have read other not so pleasant comments, but I haven't experience anything bad. For those who's gel nail polish hasn't lasted, some strong pigmented colors sometimes don't last as long. I'm sure they would fix the chipped nails if you call politely explaining the situation, that is if it's been a couple of days not almost two weeks in. Again, if you guys want creativity and a ton of assorted colors this is the spot to come too. Oh and may I add they are clean too, one of my must have in a nail salon. read more

I highly recommend this place. I wasn't able to make an appointment because it was a last minute thing but it was all worth the wait time. I waited an hour to be seen. All of their staff our very friendly and sweet including the front desk receptionist. They do have a high volume of clientele so I highly recommend that you do book an appointment with time. I love this place! Is close by my house, they have an app to make appointments and they make your nail art fantasy come true. The only reason I gave four stars is because they don't have chairs that give massage but that doesn't matter when you're getting the best nail art design ever. Another thing I noticed is that they do not use different tools for each client. So, I hope mine were clean when they were using it. However, if you are looking for a place near Broward with great design artists then this is the place. I showed Long a picture, and he recreated the image in my nail. You have to be kidding me! I was in desperate need of a fill and my cousin told me about this salon as she had just gotten her nails done at another one of their locations. She said it's normally quite busy so I should go early. I went around 11 or so and I was able to be seen immediately. My nail tech was quick and skilled. She told me I needed to get a new set and I agreed. My acrylics came out great and look as natural as acrylics can...not thick or lumpy. I got in and got out in about 40 minutes or so. Love this nail salon! It's the only place I trust with my nails. The pedicure bowl is covered with a new, disposable plastic sheet for every customer and then filled with water. Also, the tools used come in individual sealed packages which are opened in front of you. It's clean, has chic decor, chill music, good atmosphere, and talented nail techs. My first time here because I had been wanting to try them out for a while. I know they do great work because of a friend that routinely does her nails here - always on point! The week of my wedding I decided to do my nails here because I wanted to make sure they would be perfect. Ana did my nails, friendly girl and did a good job. I had found an idea on Pinterest to write "I Do" on the ring finger nail. Ana suggested to go with white on white (white French tip and marshmallow nail color) as a classic wedding look. The gal doing my nails was efficient and professional, but didn't try to engage me in conversation -- I'm not sure of her English abilities even. I finally have to post because every day i get more upset. it's been a week and this is how my gel mani looks. i had heard sooo many great things about this place but honestly this is prob the first and last time i'll go. it started chipping about 4 days after and today i ran my fingers thru my hair and i guess the gel was already peeling off too. also when i was in the nail salon or "lounge" it was SUPER packed like uncomfortable packed. was super uncomfortable as i was placed on the pedicure chair closest to the door and the table next to me was where they kept the gel color palette. so i couldn't even enjoy it with people literally less than arms length away from me struggling to decide what color to choose. i would say based on their instagram and what i witnessed and experienced, i'd day DEFINITELY come to this place if you want acrylics and/or crazy nail art. but NOT if you're looking for lasting, fundamental work. disappointed but clearly there doing something right if the place is so packed all the time. p.s my nails don't grow fast AT ALL my cuticles just weren't handled right so i look like i have a 2/3 week nail growth gap but they looked like this a couple days after my manicure read more

I have been a loyal customer to Nail lounge for over 2 years. Despite my gel manicure chipping every now and then i have not had a complaint until now. I recently went to have my gel manicure done and after 1day 1 nail completely came off. I called and spoke to Kimmy and informed her what happened, she told me come in but unfortunately i was on my way out of town. When i returned 1 week later i went in to have my nails repaired in which almost all had been chipped or completly came off and Ty told me he will not charge me because of my nails chipping. I called today for an appointment and was told by Kimmy that Ty will no longer do my nails because i didn't pay for the visit. I was totally SHOCKED. I informed her what Ty said to me and asked her why didn't she call me when i left and all she could say was sorry. I feel very angry because i have spent alot of money over many years going to Nail lounge every 2-3 weeks getting Mani & pedi not spending any less than $60 plus tip and they have the nerve to tell me i can not be seen because of there CRAPPY work!!! I love going to the nail lounge.. But I absolutely LOVE Patrice she is so amazing and very talented!! Every time I leave her chair I always get compliments on how nice my nails looks or inquires about where did I get my nails done at. Her work is clean and accurate. She's very good with shaping your nails and since I've been going to her I haven't had an issue with my nails breaking. Also, Since I've been going to her, I even find my self trying different bolder colors that I would never try before, because it was out of my comfort zone. I usually stick with neutral colors like light pink and white. But lately I've been wearing colors that pop and make a statement. I really appreciate Patrice and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER and I would recommend everyone to go to her. I've seen some bad reviews about the nail lounge and I haven't experienced that with Patrice and sometimes if a nail tech isn't for you then try another one because they have very talented artist there. My first time at the nail lounge today and I had a great experience. I met Melissa upon arrival and she luckily had a cancellation so was able to take me. I had to soak off, redo my gel mani and pedi. I can't believe I finished all that in about an hour. And a good ten minutes of that was a nice hand massage. Their prices are great too. I paid 25$ for my gel manicure+ 24$ for my pedi. I wasn't charged the 5$ to soak off bc Melissa informed me that if I checked into they're establishment on here earlier today, I would get that fee waived. He's quick but also very precise with his technique . Hidden GEM. I travel alllllll the way from ft Lauderdale ! Sunday was my second time here and saw Melissa again. She used to work some where else with my friend Sherri so that's how I knew she was bomb bc Sherri is PICKYYYY!!! It's like hello, if I have color on my hands, might as well make that ishh extra fab and perfect right?? I mean it's only on my hands for everyone to see -__- Well the first time we did foil on all my fingers (lasted a little over 2wks) and this time I tried out their new OPI colors from the"Hawaii" collection. Yesterday I went to get my nails done at the nail lounge and one of the customers was rude and condescending to Kimi ( the receptionist). She wanted her business logo on her nail and she was told that it wouldn't fit on her nail, so she wanted them to spread it out on all her nails. So Kimi told her that it wouldn't be exactly like the design but close to it because it has to be drawn on the nail. The customer became belligerent and was asked to leave. Giving this place a perfect 5! Came in with my boyfriend for the first time today. I had no appointment and waited only about 5 minutes. I met Melissa, she was so nice and actually remembered my name unlike most places that rush me out the door (I felt special as weird as that sounds). Oh and They have SO MANY COLORS! I got this cool neon pink to start my February off right And added a splash of neon yellow. No color on my cuticles thank God. decided to walk in on a thursday after work, i called ahead and put myself on the waiting list, when i arrived i was greeted and shown the polish wheel where i could pick my nail color, i waited for about 15min before i was seated Mr. long did my nails and i must say he took care of my disastrous nails from a previous place i had gone too! the whole staff was friendly nice and really seemed to be enjoying what they do! they whole thing took about an hour and half and i also did my toes and a refill and gell polish my bill was about 60$ and i must say worth every penny! read more

I have yet to get a pedicure, but when you do go, you must see KIM! She is does wonders with eyebrow waxing. LOve the nail lounge. Efficient staff and they are very friendly. My girl is Melissa hands down. She takes her time making sure that my nail art is perfect. I recommend her to anyone! Thanks to review on this site I took a chance and tried them out. I was very pleased. Nice atmosphere, VERY clean and reasonably priced. Stacy did my Manicure and she actually saved my thumbnail. Just 5 minutes before arriving I had almost torn it off to the tender part and she worked her magic with glue and clear gel polish and saved me a week of pain while it grew out. Highly recommended! This is my favorite nail salon! From the moment you walk in the customer service is awesome! Emily was my nail technician and she did an amazing job :) I could not decide what color I wanted so I left it up to her to pick one for me. I went for the first time yesterday and I loved it. Finally found a place that knows how to do coffin nails, trust me been to a lot of nail places and none came out the way it should. It was pretty dead inside when I walked in on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Only one other nail tech was working on a client, and it was basically empty. I was taken right away to remove my old dip and select a new color. I selected to have a female nail tech to work on my nails. I regrettably did not ask for the name of my nail tech. I know she was Hispanic, thin, and wore glasses, but she was very good. She took her time and made my nails look gorgeous. I had read that many people had nail techs that hurt them or made them bleed at this salon. I did not have that treatment whatsoever. She was incredibly gentle and patient. She made sure I enjoyed the shape, which was a pointy almond! The price here was pretty good as well. I would recommend this salon.

I ask why not and they tell me they need a business card that they gave my mom when she purchased the gift card, that was sent digitally, or else they can't apply the gift card. The owner confirms she knows she sold the gift card, emailed the digital gift card and literally sees the gift card on my account, but REFUSES to let me use the digital gift card (which by the way even gives you the option to send to someone else who would then only have a digital gift card). After going back and forth for far longer than should have been necessary I end up paying because the business refused to accept and apply the gift card they took the money for and emailed to me. Now, I have to go through the process of disputing the purchase with my credit card company. In a city where there are three nail salons every two steps save yourself the time and headache and go literally anywhere else. Spouses, parents, friends do not purchase gift cards from this location. They will gladly take your money and then refuse to honor them.
