I waited for an hour and a half before I left. I never received service even though they were not busy.

So I have mixed feelings about this place.... My husband and I came here for our first time and it was good for the most part. The manager was kind to us, talked about a few things. It was cordial for the most part. But the lady who was doing my husband's nails, I could tell was not in the best of moods. My husband was trying to finish up a text to one of our employees and the lady who was working on him had the body language of a thirteen year old not getting her way. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that she was talking about us and it made us feel uncomfortable. But on the other hand my nail stylist was really respectful to me and she did a great job on my nails. No cuts and scraps in any way and it was great on my end. read more

He cut and painted my big toe nails crooked. I told him it was cut crooked and he did t seem to understand what I was saying. The right is worse than the left. It just looks weird. $30 for a trim and French paint change. I'm going to have to go somewhere else to fix it. They charged me $55 for the last basic pedicure I got with French paint, and it was listed as $35. I didn't realize until I got home both times. Not going back. read more

The staff are not very friendly. They speak in their native language in front of customers instead of speaking to their customers. The nail technician thought my nails were too short and was complaining and laughing to her fellow coworkers about my nails. One of them came over to look and started laughing and walked away. Customers pay good money to get their nails done and don't deserve this. The sad things is, the nail technician can't even make them even. Not sure she had a license. There are a lot more nail salons than just this one. Think I will try a different salon in the future. read more

I came here with my daughter for her holiday/birthday nails and had such a horrible experience. My daughter got a mani and pedi and sat across the room from me since I only got dip. The woman working on me was a bit rough and was on the phone the whole time. The woman working on my daughter was also on the phone and hurt my daughter's index finger to the point of her bleeding. She totally ignored her when my daughter try to tell her 3X. When I looked across the room, I noticed she was crying and it must have been for a while since she had snot running down. Not one person working there would help. The tech doing my nails got mad because I jump up to aid my daughter. I wanted to get her a wet paper towel and try to sooth her. My nail tech was upset because I almost got my nail wet before putting the clear top coat. I sat back down and asked her if she could at least give my daughter a tissue for her tears and snot. She said yes, and never did it, I asked her 2X. Then she had the audacity to take the top coat machine rudely and said "you're done" and walked away mad. I paid and left. I called and spoke to the man that answered the phone, which told me he was so sorry that the tech helping my daughter was on the phone with her mother in Vietnam. Apparently, this establishment is okay with employees to be on the phone and ignoring paying customers. The man also proceeded to tell me that this is the reason the tech could not hear or interrupt her call to assist my daughter who she hurt. The tech was doing my daughters toes while she was crying. This happened like 20 minutes ago, it would have been around 4:15 AM IN THE MORNING IN VIETNAM. I don't think so, World Nail must not know about Google. If I would have gotten a sincere apology, I wouldn't be writing this. My nails look just like their attitude, messy and unprofessional. This incident happened at the end, so there is no excuse. I feel awful my daughter got hurt and didn't receive an ounce of compassion! read more

I decided to try this place out because it is close to my house. Huge mistake. My toenails look like I painted them myself. I was then talked into getting dip on my fingernails. Apparently there is a huge up charge for the dip and it doesn't include a soak or cuticle care. I was a sucker today but it will never happen again. Save yourself the frustration. read more

Offered a drink, I said can I have a cocktail and she looked at me like she never heard of it, when their google ad shows a cocktail photo. So I took a Dr. Pepper. Ok, then the lady standing to do my mani was short with me. As for the pedi, it looked good from far, but up close they don't get to the cuticles well enough. This is exactly why I stopped the young lady from giving me a manicure, she didn't even put cuticle oil to push back my cuticles. She was very lazy, with bad energy. I prayed for her, clearly she's not happy there, but don't take it out on good paying customers. As for Mister David, he is a sweet guy, pedi looks nice but up close could use basic skill class. Oh and he dig deep enough to annoy my ingrown toe nail, now I'll remove on my own ; ) Great energy and massage from him, & he's got a good heart. I still tipped him $10 even though I saw stuff I'd do if I was a real professional cosmotologist. It's ok, on to finding my next new salon, hopefully those who do the real deal. read more

I made a yelp account to specifically review this place. I have been here twice, both times they have done a horrible paint job. Unfortunately, this time I also got an infection in my toe and had to start taking antibiotics! They only rinse the bowls with WATER between customers and the only thing they do to sterilize the nail tools is squirt a little rubbing alcohol on them. I am absolutely disgusted and will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else so you don't need antibiotics after your pedicure. read more

We went there for a mani and pedi. They were rough on our hands even though we kept telling them it hurt. Then they cut my daughters finger tip and it bled. Our feet had been soaking in preparation for the pedi, but we stopped after our mani so no pedi. They did not like that at all. The manager John tried charging us for both the mani and pedi. Then he tried forcing a mandatory tip in the bill. It got heated and I had to tell my daughter to go outside and wait in the car. That crazy little guy tried to keep my credit card because I refused to pay for the pedi we didn't get or the outrageous tip for bad service. I'm a big guy at 250 pounds 6'4 and he was a good foot shorter than me and probably weighed 120 pounds. Its always the little guys that want to start trouble...like a chihuahua. A call to the cops scared him. He gave me back my card, asked me to leave, and when he thought I was still calling the cops he took off. He drove out of the parking lot like a crazy person. I was very excited to get my nails done since it had been a while and I've been doing them myself. I made an appointment for an hour and a half before they closed. Due to traffic I was about 10 minutes late, and then I waited another 10 minutes or so for the nail tech. They were not super friendly. The man at the front desk took a phone call that ended Up being his insurance company and so I can comfortably say that he does have a car insurance. The tech that I had seemed knowledgeable and skilled enough, but in a hurry. It was definitely ramping up to 8 o'clock when they close and my nails look like it. I just got done painting them over because the colors were awful. I chose something completely different than what she ended up recommending and yes I had a choice, but I've never had a nail tech look at what they were doing in the process and not say or you sure you don't want to change this this doesn't look good. She didn't, I felt bad because I could tell she was in a hurry. After paying $50, I came home and painted them today. I won't be back. I'm new to the area and I'm looking for my new dedicated nail salon... I won't use this one. read more

The quality of Nail Salons is really going downhill. I understand they get busy, but seriously, when I sit down to put my feet in your tub and I see other peoples nail Clippings and you get annoyed that I ask you to wash out the tub, that is not cool! My party all got pedicures- some nails were not clipped on some, some too short, etc. one lady was extremely unpleasant to myself and a child we had with us, we paid to have her nails done as well. My French shellac is already chipping (we got our services done yesterday) and there are bumps as missing white polish as well. The frustrating part is when you point out a flaw while you are there and they get annoyed. I am a good tipper and I still tipped 20% despite the lackluster job this salon does. I think we will Search out a new salon for my family. read more

She was really nice and did an amazing job pulling my ingrown toe nail out, which is always rated highly if they can do that... however, I am pregnant and really wanted a nice, long relaxing pedi. Oh geez. What a mess! My mom and I decided to try this place out today in hopes of a new nail salon closer to her house. Upon walking in we received a very kind welcome. We explained why we were there and that we were looking for a new salon. They were just opening and there weren't any other customers in the shop. Once we were seated the fun began! The stereotypical nail salon high pressure sales began. They immediately suggested we get the most expensive pedi and when I told them I only needed to get the basic pedi, all communication stopped. I only received taps & nods when I needed to change feet & my mani girl did the same! Throughout the session, they continued to try to sell us a different or improved service. My foot scrub was pretty decent but my mom (who ordered the middle priced pedi) barely got her skin sloughed. She asked twice for her feet to be scrubbed at least as well as mine had been. Once one coat of shellac was put on my nails, my mani girl started to apply the top coat. I stopped her bc you could see straight through the polish & see my natural nail! She was annoyed to say the least. The top coat was applied sloppy & I now have top coat attached to my cuticles. As my polish was being applied my pedi the nail tech bumped my big toe & messed up the paint. She attempted to paint over it with the glitter I added but the huge gash was not going away. By this time my pedi girl was busy with another customer and I could not get her attention. Finally she came to me to fix my nail. Instead of taking off the polish and fixing her gash, she proceeded to add coat after coat of polish (color, glitter, & top coat) to mask it. My toenail was so goupy & thick...I was unhappy to say the least. The lady had the nerve to ask me if I was satisfied! I told her it really wasn't that great but I would deal with it. She walked off without another comment & a different girl came over, took my polish off & redid my polish on my big toes. It finally looked somewhat professional. I'm not really that picky of a person & generally can go with the flow but Crap!!! It was a never ending saga! All that said...don't waste your time here!! read more

Went here after trying several other places and really enjoyed my experience. My nails were yellowing (pink/white) and they removed and put new ones at no extra charge and the results are beautiful. I also had a pedicure and it was very nice. I really liked that they did my pink/white nails at the same time as getting the pedicure. Linda did my nails and Ho did my pedicure. Been here many times for pedicures over the years. I know they have the lowest reviews in town but I've tried other places many times and never really get the quality of product I do here. My polish usually lasts until the next time to come back with no chipping. Ive not had my nails on my hands done in a decade or so but today I tried the dipped nails and they knocked it out of the park!! They look amazing!! Worst manicure I've ever had in 30 years!!! Staff was unprofessional, everyone was on their iPad or talking on their personal phone. The man who did my manicure argued with me and then proceeded to make fun of me. My polish flaked off the next day! The pedicure was better, although a 45 minute pedicure included less than 10 minutes of foot & leg massage. I will continue to drive 12 miles in either direction or further for professional services, and I am normally a high tipper for service that deserves it! read more
