Sophie is The nail tech. best ever. Super efficient, kind and does beautiful work. From the minute the nails were applied, they fit exactly. Perfectly placed and formed in less than forty minutes for a full set. I waited a few days before I made this review to make sure it was overall a good set. They are the most comfortable and beautiful set that I have ever had. The prices are amazing and I have had so many compliments on my nails. I just wanted to share this wonderful nail artist: SOPHIE if you're unhappy with the current designer. Call her her hours are great.

I called to get a same day appointment on a Friday for a mani/pedi. Kris helped me and was so gentle and easy to work with. While I was there a young lady with her 4 year old came in without an appointment. They immediately helped her and were so kind to her daughter. They really are kind here. I loved the state of art massage chairs, it has a petite, medium or tall setting for the massages! I will go back again. read more

I have now been here 3 times and have been pleased. They aren't unfriendly, just a little shy and low-key. I had a beautiful pedicure by Kris before my trip and clumsily smudged them at home before they were fully dry. I returned to the salon without an appointment the next day fully prepared to pay to have them repainted. Kris took me right away and redid them gratis! I was so surprised by this kind gesture. I consider myself lucky to have found Elise Nails for my recent pedicure. Diane was very thorough and I very much enjoyed my spa pedicure. The nail salon is bright, clean with a cool colorful mural. I really like Elise Nails. I've been there twice and gotten a dip powder and pedis both times. The guy did my pedi the first time and it was nice, however, the lady who did it the 2nd time, didn't massage the best. Tracy did my dip powder, she is very attentive to detail and thorough. Elise Nails is in the same location where Star Nail used to be. The new owner is great and has totally redone the salon! It's beautiful and has the best massage chairs to relax in while having a pedicure! The girls are all fabulous and do an incredible job on my nails and toes! This was the second time I tried this place and I was not very pleased. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since I only asked for a manicure/pedicure with regular polish this time. I had dip on my hands and gel on my toes, so I knew I would get an extra fee for removal of those - as most places do charge extra for that. The service was not bad and I enjoyed the ambiance as the massage chair was relaxing, but when I sat for my manicure, I was shocked. She started by digging a tool under my dip manicure which I repeated multiple times that it hurting me. She switched tools for a bit but then dug that tool under my nails again to take off the manicure. The worst of it was after she cut my cuticle and I was bleeding, she utilized a USED orange file to go over my bloody nail/cuticle and proceeded to put the same orange file away with her other tools!! As I went to pay, I was charged $36 for my pedicure and $27 for my manicure. They had a promotion going on for 10% off and when I mentioned this at checkout, she just repeated that I owed $64 (extra $1 for card fee). They did not apply the 10% discount despite my mention of this promotion that they text me they had going on. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because my pedicure was great. read more

Unfortunately, they look nothing like the reference photo. The shape is wrong, the thickness is uneven, and the white tips are all different sizes instead of being clean and consistent. One nail is completely crooked. They did attempt to fix it, but it is still very noticeably crooked. Overall, the nails are not the clean look I specifically asked for. I also felt uncomfortable throughout the appointment because I was repeatedly told that because I bite my nails and have short nails, they "couldn't" be longer, while also being told I was being charged based on the length of nails I wanted. The nails themselves are not even long, which made that even more frustrating. When I tried expressing that one nail was very crooked and that the pink color was not what I asked for, the girl doing my nails seemed upset, got up, and walked away for Justin to take over. At that point, the experience became even more uncomfortable. To save time, I eventually just told him it was fine because I needed to leave to pick up my kids from school, but I left very uncomfortable and very disappointed with the overall experience and final result. I only get my nails done maybe once a year, so this was something I was genuinely looking forward to and was gifted to me, which makes the experience even more disappointing. As much as I appreciate Justin trying to help, I left completely unhappy with the service and the final result. They aren't the worst and look ok, just not what I wanted. The first picture is what I asked for, and the rest are what I received.

Their prices are pretty affordable, and the staff cares a lot about their customers. I recommended this place to my mom, and she got a French manicure, and she loved it! Andy and Tammy took care of me when it came to removing polish from my natural nails, and Tammy did an excellent job with my pedicure! I'll continue supporting this nail spot and will be scheduling appointments with Tammy. She's incredible!

I must say this salon is amazing! I got a pedicure here and Nancy did an amazing job. I got hot stones, a massage, and beautiful work done on my toes. Nancy is so kind and welcoming. I was offered refreshments and I felt relaxed. Tutu did my mom's pedicure and they both did great work! I was so comfortable and look forward to coming back. Thank you! read more

Was greeted by a very charming woman, Nancy, who welcomed me in and escorted me to David. I showed him a pic of what I wanted and he created wonderful designs that were perfect for the holiday season! Love the final product!! y'all don't sleep on them, they can also do gorgeous acrylic nails!!! they're mainly known for their manicures and pedicures but if you're open to acrylic you should definitely try it read more
