The quality of service is very poor. I got an acrylic full set and after one week my nails were loose, and one nail had fallen off. I also got a bikini wax done there. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE THE SUBJECT OF THEIR GOSSIPS The place looks very nice, but the manicurists are all very bad. We came in and had two pedicures done, throughout the whole process they were speaking ill of us in Vietnamese, assuming we didn't understand them. We bit our tongues to see the ugly extent they would go to, and we sure weren't in for a disappointment. First on the list the manicurist by the name of Thuy, repeatedly brought up the subject my feet were scenting off an odor. She was clever enough to remarks to the other manicurists to used slang terms because foreigners can only pick up limited pieces here and there. Due to my eczema I daily nourished my skin with fish oil and vitamin e therefore the scent is inevitable, regardless that does not give her the justification to be talking about customers. They even crossed the line making personal remarks that are sexually offended by gossiping that with personal hygiene that throws off strong odors no guys would be interested and all intimacy relations were engaged with my puppy. Then she looked up and fakingly asked can she touch my dog, the nerves!!! I changed my mind having my nails done after the poor performance and ignorance of the manicurists, the male manicurist commented to her that i changed my mind because i was, excuse my term, "horny". She suggested to him to coerce my sister into getting more things done, he replied saying why bothered so, they probably do not have the money to pay. Afterwards they changed the subject to my makeup and one by one the manicurists who were doing our pedicures tried to engage their coworkers to participate. Every now and then she would speaks english to us asking "Everything ok baby?" and continued to trash talks about us. This review should be a warning to anyone who contemplate in having nail services at this place, DON'T. They only want your money and entered trash conversations regarding the customers while servicing. They are not ethical people and likes to gossips. Beyond this review, I will be seeking displinary actions against the two manicurists for defamation and sexual harassment with the state board. UPDATE: I am very impressed with the owner, Alyne. She rapidly responded to my complaint and rectified the problem by issuing a credit at her own discretion. She was very apologitic on the two manicurists action, and never once attempted to justify their actions. Great management, and properly handled problems in a fast turn around. I cannot emphasized the disgrace these two manicurists uncall for actions paint on the physical cleanliness and beauty of the spa, not to mentioned their actions clouded the genuine respected business ethics of Ms. Hoang. I am very honored to have came across such management! I hope she takes internal disciplinary actions against these two microscopic degradation. read more

It's been a couple of times that I go here and I can't help but notice the bad atmosphere. Everyone seems so upset. The Asians are always making faces at the non Asian employees and vice versa. They all seem to bad mouth each other. This last visit was the last straw for me. The greeter, who is non Asian, already seemed fed up. She didn't smile at me and seemed very upset. She took me to my chair and the Asians were nodding their head in disapproval. They were all looking at her. It was obvious they were talking about her. The person who did my pedicure also seemed upset at the other employees. The girl doing the pedicure next to mine was non Asian and talking about how miserable she is there. I asked for an eyebrow waxing too. Never again! I can tell the lady does not have proper technique! She hurt me badly. They are excellent. I was visiting from houston during Thanksgiving and needed a nail fill with red color. I asked them to show me their red powder and then two store girls helped me look. They tested 3 different redish colors till we found one that would work and make me most happy. I sat back and let her work while I read a book. I told her I didnt want square shape but more rounded which she perfectly did. Also cleaned up any leftover color under my nails without me asking. I also asked her to clean up my cuticle skin that was rough. The little requests I made personalized my nail experience which were followed with the instructions given. I was asked if wanted a drink without me asking and i took a moscato. I was very impressed with personalization and beautiful nails. I am very picky! Most salons in houston dont meet my expectations and I drive far to go someplace good. Ladies I worked with both were very nice and very kind demeanour with smiles. It didnt faze them I was little nervous trying find the right color. They didnt rush me. Sometime you go and feel like they are talking about you as they work. This did not happen and they spoke english very well. The spa design inside is beautiful with many flat screen tvs and comfy chairs. It was excellent experience. At the end I was prepared for a high fee because if you get something done right you pay more. They charged me $35 for a refill which I believe is a great price and beats houston prices. I gave a big tip for the great work because I am so picky and it was very good. My nails are still beautiful and they will last two to three weeks. I've had so many compliments on the red sparkle color we choose for the holidays. I will go back when I'm in town visiting. read more

I went in on a Friday evening. It was not busy at all. I was greeted to what seemed to be the nail salon owner. I told him I wanted a new set and he exchanged the message to the nail tech. The nail tech didn't know much English and came off rather rude. Se did not give me a full set, but rather a fill. I attempted to tell her the mistake but she kept insisting this is a set. I don't know if it was a language barrier or whatever but it sure as hell was not a new set. The nail tech was watching the opening of the Winter Olympics and kept telling me "Korea" "Korea." I suppose that's where she's from. She paid more attention to the winter Olympics than my nails. No wonder she did such a terrible job. She painted the gel polish all over my cuticles and did an extremely sloppy job. Yeah, sure you get a free drink or wine but be prepared to get a half ass nail job with your beverage. The girl that did my nails was the sweetest human ever! However I wasn't really happy with how my French shellac mani came out. Everytime I have had this done they chip from the bottom up after maybe a week. My nails started chipping within two days :( and definitely didn't even make it a week. I spent a lot of money. Also she didn't even clean under my nails and shaped a few the wrong way. This may be petty but the drinks are free for a reason. They taste awful!! The second time they offered drinks as well but the pedicure was bad it was the spa pedicure and it was over in 15 min! Went back the third time they offered no drinks! I went in for a mani pedi but after the tech cut me with the cuticle nipper, it ended up only being half a pedicure. My cuticle is bleeding and she's like no big deal. I said I don't want an infection and she proceeded to pour a blue chemical on my toe. I told her to forget the polish, I was done and she still had the nerve to charge full price. I decided to try out the nail shop based on the previous reviews in Yelp. I went in and was immediately greeted by the hostess who was very attentive. I was asked to choose my nail polish but before I could start I was being rushed to go to the chair. I selected a gel nail polish but wanted the matching regular nail polish for my feet which they did not offer. They didn't assist in finding a matching color from their extremely limited selection. The nail technician was rude and unprofessional he seemed to be annoyed by my presence. I was not offered a complimentary drink although they seem to have found some pride in offering drinks. When it came time to do my wants he dusted them with a paint brush scattering the dust all over me. And as you can see from the pictures it was less than a mediocre job. My nails have additional imperfections that cannot be captured by the camera. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I'm from Philadelphia and since moving here I could not seem to find a place to do my nails that was up to par with the Philly salons I'm used to... Until I found this place! Decor is absolutely beautiful, very relaxing and the staff is very nice. I got a spa pedicure for $35 and it was really a great experience. I didn't have a drink, but their bar is beautiful and I'm definitely getting a drink next time which is complementary with your service!
