I went to this place three times for PRP treatment, and each visit was frustrating and disappointing. It takes me 45 minutes to get there, so I was really hoping for a smooth experience. On my first visit, they attempted to draw my blood but poked me five times, blew two of my veins, and ultimately sent me home, insisting they were experienced but that I must be dehydrated. On my second visit, they had a phlebotomist who was able to draw my blood on the first try, so I thought things were improving. However, when I returned for my third visit, I was told that the phlebotomist was only a temp. Once again, they poked me five times, blew a vein, and then finally refunded my money, saying I was just "too hard a poke." While I appreciate that they refunded me, the reality is that they are not trained professionals. These are estheticians, not medical experts, and anything requiring real skill is clearly beyond their capabilities. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Instead of admitting they weren't equipped to handle the procedure, they kept insisting they were highly skilled and that the issue was me, which was both frustrating and offensive.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I left feeling defeated--but then I went to another provider who had no trouble at all administering my PRP treatment. I bought both of my parents a gift card to this med spa (they are divorced- important detail, because they never agree on anything) and both of them proceeded to tell me that their services were incredibly rushed, the technicians on both their appointments were very cold and aloof not really seeming to take the time to listen to them about what they would like done and just overall had a poor attitude. My father told me that his injections were incredibly painful and the technician didn't offer any kind of help (ice- slowing down, nothing) and my mother's left eyebrow is taking off to space while her right one stays down on earth. They both said that the facilities were clean and nice, and that's really the only saving grace that either one of them had to say. read more

They have their own skin care line that is all natural, and have vitamins and supplements as well. I tried checking this place out just for the sauna. Online you can only "request an appointment" so I did that. It says they'll contact you. Weird & feels like way too many steps, not sure why we can't just schedule like every other business. Anyways, they send me a text to tell me the day and time of my appointment... not even seeing if I'm available then, or using a text number I can actually respond to try to change anything or get more information. Mind you, I still have no idea what the cost is as that isn't posted anywhere. And they don't answer the phone when you call. Such a joke. Do not recommend. They need a better business model for scheduling appointments & transparency on pricing on their website. read more

I don't understand how this place could possibly have less than 5 stars. They have an amazing staff, Christina and Shelby are so friendly and Bridget is just the most wonderful spiritual and FAST Estetician I've ever met! Yes, they are busy. Yes, I have had to wait a little past my appointment time. But again, the staff is so friendly, they offer water and good conversation while I wait. The office is clean and has a great vibe. The services I have received are the Qswitch fractional laser and Xiomen, both of which have turned out fabulous! I found this place through Groupon and had originally booked some other light treatment, but had taken antibiotics and couldn't go through with it that day. Shelby told me about Qswitch and that with 3 treatments the benefits would last 3 years!!! Rather than waste my money on a temporary service level treatment I decided to put my Groupon toward the Qswitch and came back the next week for my first treatment. The numbing cream they applied made it so I barely felt anything and the little bit of pain I did feel only lasted seconds. The ice packs on the face at the end and the little spritz of vitamins and minerals in their sunscreen spray feel SO NICE and soothing. After two treatments (with one left to go), my face already looks 10 years younger. I also decided to get Xiomen and Bridget injected my entire forehead, brow and eye are in less than 5 minutes. The Qswitch was done in under 10! I was out of there in under an hour and very impressed with Bridget's ability to multi-task, and help multiple clients back to back the way she did. She is super woman!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. Half the cost of what I pay in California! Anyway, ignore the other reviews about this place if they are anything less than stellar. This place, their staff, and their services are UHmazing!!! read more

I didn't check reviews before buying a Groupon here. I did the diamond lipo laser and spray tan before I went on vacation. The diamond lipo laser, I only did one session, and have one left, but I won't be back. Not sure if it works (need multiple treatments), but they rushed me so much I felt like a fast food order. Not personable whatsoever. The spray tan was the worst. I was leaving the next morning on a dream vacation to the Virgin Islands, and I showed up with orange hands and feet. Like, super nasty and very obvious and ugly. I did everything I was supposed to to prep, I followed their instructions, and it was so horrible and embarrassing. They gave me baby wipes to wipe my hands and feet with before applying the spray tan, and clearly that was not correct. The best part was they sprayed me in a supply closet without a door and the only thing blocking my naked body from other people in the suite was an advertising sign. They were "undergoing renovations", but I didn't see any. I was truly interested in the other services they provided, but not anymore. Steer clear of this place. read more

Nice, little medical spa in Broomfield. This place is a tad tricky to find. It's kind of on a frontage road to 120th near Sheridan. And, parking can be a little tricky, since the credit union there has claimed at least 1/3 of the spots with "customer only" signs. The Natural Place is inside an office building, with restrooms out in the hallway (so keep that in mind). But, once inside, it's very welcoming. I've never had to wait long for an appointment (even when I showed up 45min early, whoops). Their laser hair removal treatments, while not as comfortable as some I have experienced, are quick and effective. I bought a Groupon-type thing for 6 sessions and was pleased with the results and did not have to go back for additional sessions. Looks like they also have an infrared sauna and some other available services. read more

I'm disappointed with recent changes at The Natural Place. Last year, they had a great Groupon (3 photofacials for around $135 I think) and that got me in the door. I was pleased with the 5-minute procedure so purchased additional packages and they honored the Groupon price. I was happy to have a skin care place that was affordable. Today when I went in, I learned they nearly tripled the price, $112 for one 5 minute treatment. Clearly they want to attract a different demographic rather than continue to help those of us in the Groupon set. Oh, and if you're considering their other treatment that "takes 10 years off your face in 4 minutes", check out the Crytherapy center in Boulder who does the same thing at 1/3 the price. read more
