I want to say this place has been the Best hotel me and my wife have stayed in ! The location , style, and staff were all at their A game . Definitely will be coming back again and again , it's a shame that yelp only goes up to five stars because if I could give them more , I would !

Amazing venue for our Vacation during our Vacation. My wife and I stayed here for one night this July and couldn't be happier! The property was immaculate and the staff was beyond friendly and so accommodating. Not only were they great communicators but they were always just a text away even when they were off property! The Villa was exceptional and we are so excited to come back and enjoy all of the perfect little details from the rooms, the patio, the daily breakfast delivered to the rooms in the morning and the exceptional homey feel! Five Stars without a doubt and we will be telling everyone how amazing our stay was!!! Thanks for an outstanding stay with excellent hospitality and amenities!!

We just stayed here for our anniversary. It is a beautiful property We were in the Rustic Luxe room. It was a very romantical room The gentleman who checked us in was kind and informative on everything we needed to see and know about this place. And the surrounding area. It's a perfect escape from a busy life. Feels like you're in the middle of no where which can be a good and bad thing haha especially if you hear coyotes at night The breakfast was served in a super cute basket: we had egg bacon and cheese bagel sandwiches, fruit (pineapple blueberries and strawberries) coffee and pineapple juice. It was good Didn't give 5 stars because that pool is just a large jacuzzi. But I get it cause the property is only comprised of 6 rooms or so. Also there were gnats in the shower (I think coming from the drain) But all in all my husband and I had a great time here. Will recommend to our friends who are looking for a romantic getaway.

Absolutely fantastic! Would keep coming back Came here with my girlfriend for a staycation. She loved it. Huge room with high ceilings tons of natural light, modern bathroom fixtures with a large soaking tub as well as private outdoor patio for smores. There's also complimentary breakfast! Rare spot with great customer service. Would highly recommend but also feel like gatekeeping the place so people don't find out!

We have traveled all over the globe and have been fortunate to stay in some of the top hotels and inns in the world and I can tell you that what Alicia and her team have built in Temecula at the New Inn has combined all of the best attributes we've seen into one perfect stay. Quiet and serene setting, spacious perfectly laid out villas, meticulous focus on design and cleanliness, and an attentive yet professional team that makes the entire experience a truly top notch stay.

Daily breakfast brought to our room

Beautiful property inside and out, we loved the privacy of the property itself and of each villa. The cleanliness is impressive and the attention to detail from the decor, amenities, staff, and customer service is top notch. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Temecula and we can't wait to return. Thank you to The New Inn.

This is my second time staying at this property and I'll continue to stay when in Temecula. This is an Adult only boutique hotel with maybe 8 rooms. The property is absolutely gorgeous and so are the rooms. Customer service is also fantastic and the location is convenient to many wineries. Clean, modern and friendly - give me more

Thank you The New Inn for an amazing experience! Great time, we had a blast! Thanks to Dean Arendon for giving us the opportunity to enjoy the Wiens Winery. What an incredible experience, good wines and great service. We're looking forward to our next visit!

The experience you get while staying at this location is beyond words. It's simply amazing from start to finish. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and all the decor is put together so well. Down to providing you water in glass jars in the mini fridge. We ordered a charcuterie board for our arrival and it paired perfectly with the welcome drink provided at check in. I'm a repeat customer so each time I come here I love it even more than before. We met the owners this time and such great people I see why this place operates the way it does. Cheers!

This place is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are stunning. The views are amazing. Felt so private and peaceful. They deliver breakfast to your room in the morning. The outdoor shower and fire pit was great. Bed was great. Romantic bathtub. Everything was perfect and we will be back.

The New Inn Hotel in Temecula was nothing short of magical. The hotel itself is intimate and incredibly beautiful, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious, spotless, and truly dreamy. One of the highlights was the porch with a fireplace, which offered stunning views for both sunrise and sunset--an unforgettable way to start and end the day. The staff was amazing and extremely attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast-in-bed style service was a wonderful touch and very accommodating, adding to the overall charm and comfort of the experience. With all that said, they truly deserve an additional five stars for the incredible role they played in helping me create a magical wedding proposal. Their attention to detail, care, and genuine effort turned an already beautiful stay into a once-in-a-lifetime moment. My then girlfriend--now my fiancé--was completely blown away. I cannot recommend The New Inn Hotel enough for anyone looking for romance, elegance, and exceptional service

Such a lovely well appointed property! The level of service was exceptional, from check in to departure. We loved the spaciousness, the gorgeous finishes, and beautiful landscaping! The breakfast was excellent and made us feel very pampered! Already daydreaming about a next booking and staying longer!

The New Inn was the absolute perfect hotel for my wedding weekend. My husband and I stayed in one room and my parents stayed in the one next door and we used both rooms for hair and makeup on the morning of my wedding. From the time we checked in to the time we left, we were completely taken care of by the staff (who are all so sweet!). The complimentary morning breakfast was a huge highlight for me! The whole weekend felt so romantic, private, and beautiful. They even put rose petals on our bed and a "Mr. and Mrs." welcome mat at our door the night of our wedding. I also left my shoes in one of the rooms and the paid to have it mailed back to me in San Diego!! This place is truly one of a kind and we have already scheduled our return for our one year wedding anniversary!

Ask the Community - The New Inn

Would smoking be allowed in a designated outside area?

    Is this inn dog friendly?

Hi there! We love our fur friends, however, the new inn is not a pet friendly hotel.

Is the continental breakfast on the weekends only?

Weekdays is continental breakfast (fruit, fresh pastries, yogurt, granola bars etc). The weekend is a full hot breakfast in room. That's part of why the weekend fee is more expensive. I LOVE this inn. Worth the new price jump.

Hi, do they have COVID-19 safety precautions, including mask wearing?

I just stayed there New Year’s Eve, 2020. While I will give 5 stars in my review, NO ONE on the the staff, including the owner, wore a mask. In spite of state mandates. We wore ours and kept our distance.

Does any one know if they have an open pool yet?

They are in the process of building the pool and getting all the permits. If you stay wed-sun then you can use the Bottaia pool for free with 2 glasses of wine and a cabine. Just have the Inn book it for you.

There's a fire pit and jacuzzi available. Our room was nice and cozy and we greatly appreciate the complementary note and gift. The only thing that wasn't working in the room was the TV. We didn't have any issues with noise but maybe we were lucky and didn't have anyone else staying nearby. All the wine and food here is delicious. Really can't go wrong with this beautiful winery and no need to leave really. The only suggestion would be for the coffee shop on site to be open in the morning instead of later on in the day. My first thought as soon as I walked in the door was this giant chandelier that had not been clean or dusted in years, it was quite disgusting. They do offer a decent breakfast, it has a omelette station that was actually really good, something for most people. My omelette was really good, especially with that salsa! The line was huge at the omelette station. I was happy to have a conversation with the two chefs (Jacob and Sadiel) that we're working on 8/6/26. Sandy who was whipping up the eggs on 8/7 so kind, and of course, a shout out to Davion. They were awesome, actually probably the best part of the stay. They were so excited that somebody acknowledged them, look them in the eye and said hello and thank you, that was me saying that, how hard is it to be nice, say hi and just acknowledge people? My correspondence through the chat app, linked me to Cesar, he was the one that reached out to me often to see how things were going. Well today, I will share with him some of my views.. Not happy about not being offered water, nor was there any of my room, even though they did have a coffee maker, I guess you use water from the tap, I never do that. They did have a little fridge, but their room was very old and banged up. The bed made a lot of noise and the mattress was very old, bed frame seemed broken. Our room never really cooled off. Can't really say the shower was good either, turned on the showerhead, but there was more water coming out of the bathtub part than the actual shower, how frustrating. The pool looked great outside, although we did not take advantage of that. The hotel was full of kids. The pool was full of kids. I think this location has turned into a location, staycation for families that have a lot of kids that dining room this morning was packed full of children. This Hilton property has turned into a low budget hotel, I guess that definitely needs love and a facelift. For that reason and others, I could not recommend this. I JUST CAN'T

The noise from the room next to us kept us from being able to relax or sleep and even woke us up the following morning. We booked this property back in February due to a wine tasting tour that we scheduled for Labor Day weekend. We liked the fact that it was part of the pickup/dropoff route for our Grapevine wine tour and is within walking distance from Old Town Temecula. The property itself is just ok. We had all of the basic amenities that we needed but it definitely isn't a Marriott, Hyatt, nor HIlton property. Breakfast was included from 6:30am to 9:30am and your typical hotel breakfast buffet consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, various breads, cereals, waffle maker, yogurt, etc. The dining area seating is somewhat limited (we were always able to get a table) and there is patio seating outside (facing the street). The only thing I disliked about the breakfast was the scrambled eggs as they appeared to be the powdered kind. The breakfast attendant was also very rude. Did not smile once and always seemed like the guests were intruding her work. She would also get in the way of the guests and would not excuse herself. As for the room itself, we booked a suite and a suite it is not! Basically what makes it a suite is a sofa (not sure if it turns into a sofa bed). They do have a Keuring machine and a mini fridge, but there's no kitchen, utensils, dishware, sink, etc. The room was very clean and the bathroom was big and for the mobility impaired. The gym was very clean and you could tell rarely used. The temp was 76 degrees and the gauge was locked (albeit to make you sweat lol). The laundry room was a joke! Located on the 2nd floor with the ice machine, the cost is an astonishing 4.00 for the washer and 3.00 for the dryer! I guess that is a sign that they discourage their guests from doing their laundry. Not only that, it's one washer and one dryer on one floor for the entire property! I did bring 5.00 in quarters with me as I expected the wash to be max 3.00 and the dryer 2.00 as I have NEVER stayed in a property that had those kinds of ridiculous rates for their laundry machines! Now's where it gets even better...I asked the front desk clerk for 2.00 in quarters (I had enough for the wash but not for the dryer). She informed me that she did not have any quarters to give out. I asked her how can you not have quarters on hand for your guests to do laundry? She shook her head and then sent me to the 76 gas station across the street for quarters. I told the gas station cashier about the hotel clerk referring me to him for quarters and he was flabbergasted! He said he barely had any quarters for the store and was kind enough to give me the 2.00 in quarters in exchange for my two dollar bills. Upon returning to the hotel lobby, I informed the front desk clerk that the gas station cashier said for them not to be referring guests over there for quarters and the clerk just shook her head again. Lastly, there is an indoor pool which I found strikingly odd as most pools in So Cal are outdoor year round with Temecula being in the desert and on the warmer side. Overall, had it not been for the terrible customer service, I would have rated this property 3 stars but I will definitely not stay here again if I'm in the area again.

Booked 2 rooms (1 room for me and my husband and 1 room for my elderly parents) for a long weekend…read moreand were very comfortable and happy with our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful- they put our rooms close to each other, which made it easy for me to check on my parents often. Thank you to the agent who checked us in (I'm sorry I forgot to ask for her name), but also wanted to thank Anne Marie and Adrian for your kindness and helpfulness. The rooms and hotel were very clean and tidy. The rooms themselves felt very open and spacious. The kitchenette was stocked with mugs, plates, utensils, and new mini dishwashing soap and sponge (which I really appreciated). The fridge / freezer had plenty of space for our waters, beer, and any leftover takeout. I do wish they offered cleaning service during the weekend- as I had to clean out our trash bins myself, but they gave me extra towels and toilet paper when I asked. The breakfast buffet had a good selection- cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, waffle maker, eggs, sausage patty, and potatoes (made mornings super easy and convenient). Thought it was great that they offered local beer at the front desk for $5! It was convenient and refreshing. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and would choose to stay here again if/when we come back to the area.

The good and the bad…read more I booked Staybridge Suites Temecula for a weekend soccer tournament. Location and rates were solid, and my room was ready early on a 97° day, which I appreciated. The kitchenette was functional for a short stay. Then it unraveled. The toilet had weak pressure on arrival and progressively worsened. By Saturday afternoon it turned into a slow drain. Maintenance spent over an hour plunging, then used a snake, which ended up backing up the toilet, shower, and sink. I left for a game after being told an engineer would fix it. I returned at 10pm to the same fully backed-up bathroom. The hotel was sold out, no room move available, and no workable solution offered. No access to a shower either. I had to ask another family on our team if my son could use theirs. Meanwhile, another family couldn't get into their assigned room, which strongly suggested overbooking. The consistent issue wasn't just the plumbing. It was the lack of management. Across three shift changes, there was no manager on site or on call. Front desk staff were polite but clearly undertrained and left to figure things out on their own. Sunday morning, Stephanie at the front desk finally stepped in, apologized, and clearly explained how to process a refund since I booked through a third party. That part was handled quickly once she got involved. End result: I was compensated, but spent Saturday night without a working bathroom. That's not a minor inconvenience. 3 stars for location and eventual resolution, but the lack of leadership and operational support turned a basic maintenance issue into a full breakdown.
