The new Inn is a cozy modern place to stay, the room we stayed in had an outdoor shower, soaking bath, and personal fire place on the patio. Perfect place for a romantic couple getaway. Instructions for late check in were easy and prompt. The staff was very communicative via email and text. We booked a 2 night stay and a wine tour to a couple of wineries in the area(Weins & Altisima) Robert was informative and catering to our every need. This place will always hold a special place in my heart. My girlfriend (now fiancé) proposed here and the experience from the moment we walked in was unforgettable. My fiancé booked the luxury picnic package & with contacting the new inn she was able to set up a proposal next to it. She let me know they were fully booked with their villas but because she booked the package they were able to accommodate us and offered us the suite room. Kim was the sweetest and so attentive. She greeted us at the door, served us our food/champagne and brought us the most elegant and wonderful breakfast as fiancés. I almost didn't want to add a review because I wanted to keep the place to myself! Um wow! We only stayed a night but we loved this place. So much so, that I'm already thinking of ways to get back here. The service was top notch from when we first entered until we checked out. Check in was easy and were offered champagne, which also tasted very good. Took less than 10 minutes checking in and we were in our room. Just arrived this afternoon - this place is STUNNING. No other word to describe it. The rooms are all amazing. We are in "Endless Love" which I would try to avoid next time - it's by the little kitchen and the walls are thin - can hear everything anyone is saying out there and I'm sure that will wake us up during the continental breakfast they offer from 7:30-9:30 AM. BUT - these rooms!! Just spectacular. The views. The bedding. Just everything! And my biggest reason for leaving this review within an hour or so of being here - THE STAFF! We checked in and I got a call that the tour I booked for tomorrow with Uncorked Tours was cancelled. There was no longer a driver available. Awful news to get when you've just driven a few hours and checked into a spendy hotel and for the sole purpose of celebrating a birthday with a wine tour! Within 30 minutes, Vanessa worked her magic and got us a tour at 2 wineries for only a minimal amount of money more, with private transportation AND a lunch reservation with it (not included). I love The New Inn. Anytime, I have a celebration (birthday or anniversary) I always tell my husband, it's time to reserve The New Inn. This time we stayed, it was our anniversary. The Rustic Luxe villa was great. The bed was so comfortable and we slept very well. The staff (Vanessa, AJ, and Dean) were all great. The whole atmosphere was wonderful. Each villa has a private outdoor patio which has a nice and peaceful scenic view of the vineyards. The complimentary breakfast both days were great. Even though I don't eat eggs, Dean was able to fix me up a nice vegan breakfast which was great. Let me start by saying that I have high standards for my accomodations......The New Inn is amazing and one of the best places that I have stayed. The rooms, grounds and common areas are beautiful. The hot tub/pool was excellent and we had our own outdoor patio, has fire pit, and even an outdoor shower. You overlook vineyards and an orange grove.....numerous vineyards are nearby. Vanessa even set up the sleeper sofa in our room before our arrival....along with a small charcuterie tray and bubbly. She was very helpful and also delivered us morning breakfast. read more

As we walked in Rosa we greeted us by name with a big smile and a happy birthday for my Wifey. While checking in we were offered champagne, after checking in we were given a tour of the property and led to the rose garden for our private luxury lunch (see picture). After lunch, we strolled through the property and shortly after were notified that our room was ready. Rosa walked us to our room and it was wonderful I opted to get the birthday trio and rose petals for our celebration (see picture) and to our surprise Rosa had the perfect music playing in the background as well. The next morning we received a very nice breakfast snack and decided to enjoy it outside in our private sitting area along with our very own fire pit. First: the location. Phenomenal. It was a quick drive to all the local wineries. Just turn out onto the road and you're right there. Everything else in Temecula was literally just a quick 10 minute drive at most. Second: the rooms. Gorgeous and beyond comfortable. My wife likes to sleep in and I get up early. It was such a luxury to have a cozy sitting area in the room with wall to wall windows to be able to look out and enjoy the tranquil views. It was windy the first night there and we loved sitting on the couch and just watching the birds riding the wind. Magical. Even more so was the patio and outdoor sitting area with the firepit. It was otherworldly sitting by the fire as the sun began to set. Everything got quiet, a slight breeze began to pick up and the stars started to come out. When it got dark, it literally felt like we were somewhere far away. Once we started to get cold, we let the timer on the firepit continue running and moved inside, cuddling on the love seat and looking out at the fire. It was just stunning. The grounds were just as gorgeous. We went up to the top of the property to play a game while waiting for the sunset one of the evenings. Since there are only five rooms, it almost feels like you have the entire place to yourself. Finally: the hospitality. It was everything. The owners and staff were so welcoming and personable. Thanks to their recommendations we found our new favorite winery, which was amazing. We got a call letting us know our room was ready and when we checked in they handed us a complimentary glass of ice cold champagne. It was our first time leaving our two babies (2 and 3) for over a year, so we were on edge the entire way down. The second that first sip of champagne hit, we were immediately put at ease. This was our first time staying here and we stayed in "Endless Love." It was right next to the pool and the little kitchenette/service area, so you do hear people talking/noises early on (around 7 a.m.), but on the plus side, you're right next to the complimentary continental breakfast, and again, since there are only five villas, it's not like the pool area will get loud. It's small so it looks like it'll be nice for lounging. It was still under construction so we're looking forward to it for our next visit, which we're already looking into booking! (Fingers crossed Rustic Luxe will be available since it has a soaking tub!) Amazing, amazing place to stay and a true hidden gem for Temecula. Writing a review makes me anxious because I'm scared too many people will want to stay and we'll never be able to get a room, but they really deserve all the accolades and more! We stayed in the Rustic Luxe (whichWe were here for the whole weekend and from the moment we walked in we felt beyond welcomed! Thank you to Sheena who was our server Friday night. What a beautiful GEM! The New Inn is a magical, oasis in Temecula Wine Country! It is a gorgeous, higher end retreat off by itself, which we loved, and just a short drive or uber ride away from any where you would want to go! It's spotless, beautifully decorated, spacious, has the most comfortable beds, plus the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. It would be a fabulous place to book all 5 villas for a special occasion and have the property all to yourselves (besides the private residence/property that is separate from the inn). There are cozy nooks and fire pits to enjoy on the property- including one on your own private patio. If you are looking for a place to stay with a gorgeous setting, great service, romantic or girls retreat vibe, The New Inn is the perfect place. We wish we could have stayed all week! Quiet, quaint, and relaxing. Celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary with a stay Friday and Saturday night. Room was so cute. As parents of 2 littles ones, we enjoyed the remoteness. Bed was comfortable, bathtub was relaxing, and staff was great. We didn't need much, but they were cheerful and helpful when we did need something. Cece was so sweet and said if she would have known it was our anniversary, she would have done something special when she brought our breakfast. Only complaint was the windows higher up didn't have blinds or curtains, so it made sleeping past 6 am impossible for me. But it didn't stop my husband ha ha. Kim was so sweet and helped us book one of the available rooms without any issues! She was so kind and we absolutely loved chatting with her while we got our booking taken care of and on the tour around the inn. These private villas are so unbelievably stunning! The room, the private patio, the private outdoor shower, and the view were picture perfect. The attention to detail was fantastic. It was all beyond our expectations! When we arrived, we found champagne chilling in the fridge and some delicious strawberries and sweets waiting for us in our room. They even had flowers in the room! The room was spotless and the daily breakfast was delicious. Great place to stay! Super easy check in. We pulled in after hours so their lobby was closed, but we already had all our codes for gates and room. Super simple instructions sent to us. The staff was very accommodating, super helpful and very polite. This was our first time staying here and I believe this is mine and my wife's favorite. We have stayed at a number of places including South Coast, Ponte, amongst other ones, but those are the most popular I can compare to. We will definitely be back and I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone that asks me about where to stay Inn Temecula. Hello All... My daughter purchased a small get away (staycation) for my wife and I. We stayed at "The New Inn." The Inn, is in the Temecula Wine Country. The Inn is off a small country road, in an isolated area, but no far from everything. The Inn is new and very very nice and modern. I believe there is only about 5 rooms. All of the rooms are very big. The room itself is bigger than most hotel rooms. The restroom area is almost as big as the living area. The room has a large bed, two nightstands, a couch for about 3 people, (which pulls out into a bed), another one person chair, a coffee table, a small refrigerator, sink and a closet. The restroom area has two sinks opposite each other, a very large walk in shower area about 6'x6'. All of the windows were on the southeast side of the room. The windows were about 7' high, with roll up shades. We had a view of the rolling hills of wine country. Each room has a patio, with a table and 4 chairs. The Inn has a picnic table on a small hill and a fountain outside the lobby area. My wife and I had a great time relaxing and taking in the view. We drove a couple miles to grab some food, even though the Inn had some small meal items, which include a charcuterie board. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The owner lives on premises. Now to keep it true... The roll down blinds are awesome, except there were gaps on the sides of some. The gaps leave the room occupants a little uncomfortable while changing or getting intimate. The blinds in the restroom closed securely. The thermostat in the room might not have been working properly, so my wife and I remained cold the entire time. The water temperature was good, but I like my water HOT. I could not get my water to my preferred setting. We ordered a charcuterie board and it was awesome. We did find a small light brown/blonde hair on the plate. We have black and brown hair. I did not complain about any of the issues I just listed. I believe if I did, most of it would have been taken care of immediately. They couldn't have fixed the blinds during our stay. The owner did give us a free bottle of wine, when we arrived. That is probably why I didn't complain. Maybe I should have, so they would be aware of some small deficiencies. Would I recommend "The New Inn," ABSOLUTELY!!! We came to Temecula for the wine tasting, but we would come back just to stay at The New Inn! What a great boutique inn. Every room is a bit different and we absolutely loved ours. We stayed in the Rustic Luxe room and had an expansive patio with a fire pit that we used in the evening and in the morning. The room was gorgeous, spacious and very clean. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and the best part was waking up to seeing hot air balloons out the back windows. I'm sure we got lucky because the balloons were only visible for a short time, but it really was the best way to wake up in the morning. We received a phone call from Kim at 1 pm to let us know our room was ready. We had a reservation at a winery and Kim was great checking us in and walking us to our room before we had to dash out to make our reservation. I would recommend The New Inn to anyone that loves luxury, attentive service, peace and to be close to the wineries without all of the crowds. Such a great find!!! read more
