Nevertheless, Titan is a masterpiece over at Six Flags over Texas, and is definitely worth checking out. Being nearly 250 feet high and reaching speeds as fast as 90 mph, this hyper coaster beats Goliath in SFOG, and is one of the flagship rides of the park. Though because of the intensity, I don't know if I can ride more than once in one sitting... Maybe I am just getting old.

With that being said, I was pretty excited to try this ride. It doesn't deliver the most thrills, but it definitely is interesting with all the spins and sudden jerks and twists, and it's a fun little ride to start out your day. I'm glad the spins weren't too intense, or else -- I would have gotten very dizzy. It's definitely fun -- there was absolutely no line when we visited and we were able to ride right away. I would definitely check out this ride again.

You can expect little or no wait, and re-rides are certainly possible. When I rode on a weekday in early June, it was a walk-up (no line). Although 'Judge' only stands 71ft in height and tops out at 53mph, it's a great warm-up for the bigger rides like Titan and Mr Freeze. A little bumpy, sure, but that's to be expected of a wooden coaster built in the early 80's. The coaster's out-and-back layout takes a pleasant jog along the lake and includes a modest amount of airtime. My biggest criticism is that the entrance to the queue is sequestered in the park's southeast corner and is difficult to find. Being tucked away like this--coupled with the ride's tamer nature--also contributes to short waits times. Good ride for kids, families, and coaster junkies alike.

We took the grandkids to Dig World DFW- Grapevine this morning. We all LOVED IT!!…read more You can buy advance tickets online or at the walk up ticket booth. Price is the same. There are 2 different levels of admission- Crew Starter pass for $30 or Crew Premium pass for $50. I highly recommend the premium pass for the kids since it includes the crusher experience and a drink. The adults did a starter pass and we added a snack and drink combo deal for $10. You park across the street, at Grapevine Mills Mall and a Dig World crossing guard employee will walk you safely across the busy street. We arrived right at 9:00 am, right when they open and before it got too hot. They had fans with water misters all around and it was very refreshing to walk by those. We finished up at 11:30 and headed to lunch at the nearby ChikFilA. Every single employee there has an A+ attitude, so friendly and helpful and they really put safety first. We had several different employees offer to take a picture of our group and I just love that! The adults had as much fun as the kids!! So many fun experiences! After you enter, be sure to grab a Dig World park map found behind the entry windows. The map shows all of the attractions and also has a place to collect the stickers you receive after each game/experience. Once you have 10 different stickers, be sure to head to the Supply Shed or merchandise area to score a special, limited-edition prize! The highlight was "The Crusher" where you select a plastic toy and it is lined up in front of a pavement roller. A Dig World employee (best job ever!) rolls over it frontwards and back and then collects the resulting smashed vehicle into a plastic zip bag for you to take your souvenir home. We did this near the end so we didn't have to carry it around with us all morning. One of our grandkids chose a school bus to crush since she was secretly not looking forward to school starting next week! Our family had a great day and lots of fun memories were made!

Fantastic playground for both kids and adults!…read more I was so glad FB algorithm decided to feed me news about Dig World. We were in DFW for only a few days. The 2 nights before we left, I came across an add for Dig World on FB, and immediately knew I had to take my toddler here. He loves all things vehicles and especially construction vehicles! Being in the middle of TX summer, I was super dreaded in coming here, knowing they just had their grand opening a couple days prior. Regardless, I know it'd be worth it to see how much our toddler would enjoy it. Lucky for us, we woke up that morning to see it was raining on and off. The temperature dropped down to about mid 80s, but super humid of course. Upon arriving, I had to do a U turn not realizing they share a parking lot with Grapevine Mills across the street. It was such a nice and thoughtful touch for them to assign a safety person to help guests cross the street to and from the parking lot. Since it was raining that morning, the place was not crowded at all. At the most, there were maybe 2-3 other people in front of us at a couple of the rides/attractions. They have so many staff to direct guests, on training, or taking turn to run the rides. The manager was also walking around, talking to us and other guests to get our direct feedback, which goes to show how much they care. I thought I was there for my toddler to experience some of his favorite construction vehicles. Little did I know, I might have enjoyed them more than he did. Since he was too short to ride any of them by himself, he had to sit on my lap while I controlled them and he could help out. Some of my favorite were the Operator Games. I wasn't the only adult who got hooked. Saw a couple who were probably in their 70s there by themselves, full of joy having a date at Dig World. Excellent addition to DFW Metroplex! Great for kids and adults both! We will definitely be back next time we are in DFW again!

Parking was easy (around $6) and all of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly! The park is pretty small, but easy to navigate and pretty clean. There's about 5 rides, a playground, and a splash zone. We did all the rides and some time in the playground, which took around 2ish hours. They also do free shows with Peppa that were fun and covered from the heat! I took one star off due to the price. The ticket was expensive ($30ish) for such a small park and the food/drinks were expensive too. Luckily, you can bring your own food and drinks, which is what we did!

To my surprise there were QR codes to pay for parking, though no real verification system was taking place. When we went the splash pad was where most kids ended up being, the little coaster was fun ... And there was a sand area kids could play in. Though even with the little one with the mom friend we met up I could tell that on a non busy time that at best you could get an hour or two here depending on if you sat in the cafe to get out of the heat and grab something to eat. The cafe was nice, slice of pizza were decent enough for theme park food. Because we had a little one with their mom we met up with and my 11 y/o tow my 11 year old was over it after the two rides my kid rode with my friends little one, which was walk on, and the couple mins it took us to walk around. So we ended up saying bye to my friend after only 20-30 minutes while she stayed to let her kid burn energy at the splash pad. Luckily we had a pass that took care of our tickets other wise I would have made my kid stay longer to be buddy to my friends little one. Honestly unless your kiddo is just that big of a Peppa Pig fan, I would save the cash and go to the free splash pads and parks in the area if my kids were of the correct age group for it.
