Dark grey fleece jacket with Park City on the sleeve ($105)
    Elena N.

I normally get an I "heart" whatever city I'm in tshirt as a souvenir whenever I'm on vacation. After walking up and down Main Street and visiting every shirt / souvenir shop along the way, I was SOL. Since I used to get hoodies as a souvenir before I switched to tshirts, the roommate suggested I look at the fleece jackets at The North Face. (They have Park City written on the sleeves.) We walked in on Friday, December 9th around 3:15pm. There's a small section towards the back to the right where they have gear with Park City on it. Looking at the jackets, I honestly thought they were way too expensive. (I believe everything ranged between $120 and $105.) But the roommate pointed out that I would actually wear it out since I love plain hoodies on the weekends. I ended up getting a dark grey fleece jacket in a Women's XS for $105. (I have no idea how I fit an XS. This style ran bigger than the others.) Luckily, I have the best roomie ever and he bought it for me. Service at this store was great! Even though I didn't need any help, a sales associate offered and just let me know she was there if we needed anything. Check out was fast, efficient, and friendly, which is all I really ask for in a shopping transaction. The store itself is on the smaller side, so it looks like they have the more basic items like jackets, gloves, etc. The North Face is more on the expensive side, but I do adore this jacket. I've worn it out on a freezing SF night and it actually provided a good amount of warmth. When shopping at The North Face, I look at their pieces like an investment. Plus, they last for quite a while. If you need some last minute gear from The North Face, this is a pretty good location.

Walked in and was greeted with the friendliest workers. I found myself an amazing hoodie and wasn't mad about the price. Outstanding!

I wasn't sure what size I was, so I bought a size small and a size medium. Planning on returning, whichever one didn't fit. Normally, I would not spend $600 on a dress, but I was excited about my big European trip and thought the dress would be perfect. The size medium was perfect, the size small I could barely try on. So, I am immediately packed up the size small and returned it. To my shock, I received that same dress, neatly and beautifully packaged in a box with a beautiful letter on professional stationary from Gorsuch. The letter stated that my return did not fall into their return policy guidelines. So, they gave me the dress back. Now, I found myself spending $1200 for one dress that fit. To say, I was not happy as an understatement. I had no idea how They were considering my return not within the guidelines, as I only tried the dress on and put it right back in the box to ship back. When I called Gage, they couldn't give me an answer as to why my address was not accepted for return, other than they said they thought it had a bit of a smell. What an insult! Also, what a lie! I wish I had read reviews about this company before I ever purchased. Eventually, I contacted an attorney and sent an email to letting them know. I was prepared to handle this legally as it was only Wrong. Then and only then, did they begrudgingly accept my Return. Lesson learned, never deal with this shady business!

Thrilled that we have this store so close to us. People were nice and helpful, even though I'm sure…read morethe majority of their foot traffic is looking-lous. Obviously their selection is not exhaustive, but they had their greatest hits (baggies, puffers, etc.) and some new items which were cool to see in person. Overall, I feel like the world has hit this point where you get what you pay for, and if people don't understand what Patagonia is doing with their Ironclad guarantee, Worn Wear, and why their products are at the premium price point that they are (I.e., funding for more save the planet projects) then most people are just going to say "too expensive" and go to LL Bean. Which is fine, but nobody should throw shade at Patagonia for what they're doing with their profits. Or why their products are priced like they are. So many others are priced the same and don't do anything good with it, nor do they guarantee the way Patagonia does. Onward and upward team!

It's really neat they partner with this nonprofit called SOS that teaches under privileged youth to…read moreski and snowboard. I attended their Park City gives fundraising event for that charity and was really impressed by the staff, the store layout and all of the merchandise they had on hand. I usually go to the Patagonia outlet in SLC because it's close to my house, but I'd definitely make a trip back here to shop for snow gear.
