"BUYER BEWARE" This is NOT an actual North Face store. It is a 3rd party retailer who doesn't back their merchandise. We bought a jacket and noticed it had a blemish on it when we got home and wanted to exchange it for another one. We drove all the way back up there and they would not exchange the jacket and told us we needed to contact North Face as they are a Franchise. (Which is not True, North Face does not Franchise) After contacting North Face direct they told us they do not have a store in Park City, Utah. This store is operating under false pretenses. I'm a fan of North Face gear, I have a really nice future light rain jacket and it's one of the best. The reason I'm giving this location a 1 star is because I drove a hour to return a gift item I received from family that was purchased at North Face store in another state. Come to find out, this place actually is NOT North Face, it's a third party seller and therefore, will not take returns unless it was purchased ONLY at this location. Don't call your store 'The North Face' store; it's false advertising. Like other places, you should call your self The North Face Outlet Berkeley, what other locations are named. I wasted three hours of my day driving just to find out I couldn't return the item and all they told me was to go to northface.com to find out how I can return my gift. There's too many competitors, especially in Utah and the West Coast to go through hoops like this. I had the pleasure of staying right behind this great outdoor apparrel store. The staff here was so helpful. I was here every single day of my 8 night stay in Park City. Sometimes twice per day. It might sound odd but I just loved the store so much LOL I was fascinated by the quality and craftsmanship of their apparel and boots. I bought a pair of snow boots, a jacket and two lightweight sweaters. I still have them three years later and they're all in good condition. This store had a nice variety of clothes. It was not just for snowy weather per se. They had some useful clothing for our wannabe winters in Florida. If I ever go back to Park City, I will be sure to visit this store. read more

I normally get an I "heart" whatever city I'm in tshirt as a souvenir whenever I'm on vacation. After walking up and down Main Street and visiting every shirt / souvenir shop along the way, I was SOL. Since I used to get hoodies as a souvenir before I switched to tshirts, the roommate suggested I look at the fleece jackets at The North Face. (They have Park City written on the sleeves.) We walked in on Friday, December 9th around 3:15pm. There's a small section towards the back to the right where they have gear with Park City on it. Looking at the jackets, I honestly thought they were way too expensive. (I believe everything ranged between $120 and $105.) But the roommate pointed out that I would actually wear it out since I love plain hoodies on the weekends. I ended up getting a dark grey fleece jacket in a Women's XS for $105. (I have no idea how I fit an XS. This style ran bigger than the others.) Luckily, I have the best roomie ever and he bought it for me. Service at this store was great! Even though I didn't need any help, a sales associate offered and just let me know she was there if we needed anything. Check out was fast, efficient, and friendly, which is all I really ask for in a shopping transaction. The store itself is on the smaller side, so it looks like they have the more basic items like jackets, gloves, etc. The North Face is more on the expensive side, but I do adore this jacket. I've worn it out on a freezing SF night and it actually provided a good amount of warmth. When shopping at The North Face, I look at their pieces like an investment. Plus, they last for quite a while. If you need some last minute gear from The North Face, this is a pretty good location. read more

I absolutely LOVE this store! I can't remember her name but the employee with the short curly brown hair- sweetest human EVER. I've been in a couple of times over the past few months and every time without fail she greets me with a warm smile and spends what feels like hours helping me find my next impulsive buy. My only complaint, more than maybe 5 or 6 times that I have come in she is in there by herself. No other coworkers anywhere. And a majority of the time the store is overflowing with people. Definitely should not be working alone, ever. I would be mortified if something were to happen to the store or her while she was trying to manage everything alone. For such a big company I don't see why she would be the only one working, and not just once or twice but nearly every time I go in. read more

We flew into Park City with the idea of buying new ski pants upon arrival, cause, well, we're from coastal NC and this is Park City and this should prove an easy task. My wife began the project- her legs were better than mine after the flight- so she commenced, shop after shop after shop, finding that there were in fact about four pair of ski pants left in town, and none would fit, and some were around 900 bucks, and none would do- even remaining neutral on the gender labels. Sick situation. Sicktuation. #SWIDT Anyway, after some panic, dismay, a Dante-like descent thru the levels of depression, she returned to TNF. The window. "How about those- are those for sale?" Kas piped up, leaned in. Dude heroed up, said simply, Yeah, yes, yes. We can do that. 2000 dollars. He grabbed our unsuspecting mannequin straight outta the window, an MMA champ of athletic apparel, and next thing you know- ju jitsued my perfect fit at a very fair price (including an end of season special I think) and I had one fine pair of ski pants. Well, one set of ski pant. Pants. Ski pants. I digress. TNF Main Street Dude was a hero- a bro's bro, and we all lived & skied happily ever after. Awesome customer service, with no pressing for sales and you get that feeling that they are really to help you solve whatever you want to be solved when you pop up in store. North Face is another of my favorite outdoor items brand. I have several colorful and sturdy travel bags, and many clothes. Good thing is that each time I have visited they seem to have plenty of things of sale and cheaper than buying online. I like how everything looks so clean and perfectly arranged in store. read more

We got to Park City and realized we were woefully under prepared for all the snow still on the ground to go hiking (needed gloves and better shoes for our daughter) so we stopped in the north face store and the customer services was above and beyond. We were able to get everything we needed, all on sale, and they did not rush us and answered all our questions on some of the gloves and different items. While the prices are as you would expect of any North Face store, the customer service makes this store the worthwhile pick versus all the other ones on Main Street in Park City. read more
