We immediately thought to call Aztec who built the fence 20+ years ago, and spoke with Albert, a friendly and knowledgeable sales representative. Albert, set the appointment, was on time and thoroughly reviewed our current issues and all options available for repair or replacement. Albert explained the warranty, coordinated with "Julie" to mark for wiring, gas lines, etc. and communicated with us regularly along with the efficient office staff who kept us abreast of the work timeline. The workmanship was excellent and we were especially pleased with the fair pricing and customer service experience. Cedar fences should last at least 15 years, definitely more than 5. Of course when you call, they want to sell you a whole new fence and not replace or fix the poorly done posts.
