I've been here a few times for the 80 minute massages and have had different therapists which were all amazing! But today OMG I had Nicole and wow just wow. She was phenomenal. She really helped alleviate a lot of the pain I had in my neck/back with techniques I haven't experienced before. Highly recommend booking your next massage with her. Oh and to top it all off, she spent a good 10 minutes after talking me through why I'm feeling this pain and what I should do to avoid it. Customer service is terrible! Receptionist is rude and unhelpful. Also, false advertising--they offer a sports/stretch massage that includes lymphatic benefits, but not every therapist specializes in that. So even though you choose what type of massage you want at booking, you might not get what you selected. When this happened to me I went ahead with the massage because I had been to that therapist before and I thought the massage was good, but what kind of set up is that? After the massage I asked the receptionist which therapists do specialize in what I was looking for, and she said she would call me back (which she never did). So I followed up with a phone call, but she refused to tell me (or even explain why!) I can only assume they have some policy where they can't give out therapists' names (even though you can see them when you book online). How are you supposed to know who to book with? It's too bad--I had a membership there and I like their location and the space, but overall the customer service is terrible. read more

I'm not impressed with this one. I read great reviews so thought I give it a go. The place is small. There's no "sit back and relax lounge. The water is plain. No fruit infused water. It's not a spa. I was there 15 minutes early like they suggested but the place wasn't even opened yet. But the receptionist did let me in so I was able to sit inside vs outside. The masseuse finally saw me with a few minutes left to start. She was very soft spoken I could barely hear her. She asked the typical questions about if I've been injured that she should know about and where I liked to be concentrated on. Typical stuff. Told her about my frozen shoulder and back problem. She asked if I like to do a deep tissue for $10 extra!!! I was like ummm. No. That's stupid. So she leads me in. She started to massage process. The head part was nice. She didn't do the neck. She didn't do my feet. Half the time I felt like she was just applying oil/lotion on me. There's no pressure. I had the added eye treatment for $15 more. She did that and it was part of my 50 min massage. I recommend NOT to do the added stuff because I felt like I've been cheated of my 50 minutes massage now. Not sure I wanna go back. read more

Excellent first visit today. I needed a Prenatal massage and give 5 stars for that one. Facility is clean and relaxing. It has huge thick curtains separating the rooms but very spacious and quiet so I didn't mind that at all, I think the interior design for that was well done. Massage tables and pillows were excellent and very comfortable. Booking was super easy online and I love that you can leave gratuity on your card as well if needed. Great customer service from front desk staff upon arrival and exit, and my massage was amazing. and Natalie is very gifted and knowledgable she sent me home with some great tips and stretches to do on my own as well. Ive had bad back, shoulder, and neck pain creeping in with my third trimester/pregnancy and she helped me tremendously in just 50min. Pricing was decent too and even better if you get a membership. I've never had a massage before, so I have nothing to compare to. That being said, I came in with my mother today, and was blown away first by the ambiance. It was so quite and calming when you go back to the area for the massage. It's this open air feeling room with each individual massage room separated by this thick curtain/tent like material. It gave it the feeling of being outdoors and I loved it. Then the woman doing my massage (I think her name was Lindsay but I'm not 100% sure) did an absolutely FABULOUS job! I was able to completely forget about everything else and just enjoy massage. I'm so sad that I live in Ohio and I cannot come more frequently, but I'm definitely coming back and getting another massage whenever I'm in town! read more

Had a 1 pm appointment. Received a call at noon asking if I could come in at 1:30 pm. Masseuse was 'running late'. Showed up and front desk seemed nice enough. Asked if I need to use the rest room. Then was told again masseuse running late. After approximately another 15 minutes told she actually wasn't there. Seriously....running late vs. not even there. They had no idea what happened to her. I have a membership and I have been here twice with the same masseuse. I am not one who enjoys a lot of pressure or deep tissue because I bruise easily but I expect more pressure than that of a toddler. My massage was not relaxing nor enjoyable. I wasted 80 minutes of my time twice. They advertise couples massages but that is simply false. I have booked couples massage with other spaa and we were in the same room. My husband and I were in different rooms for his birthday massage. I booked online and in fairness they did call me a few days before to let me know they don't have two tables in the same room. The staff were friendly and the areas were perfectly clean. However, during the initial consultation, I specified the areas that have been causing me the most pain and by far needed the most attention, but those were the least worked areas on my entire body and I left with just as many knots and just as much pain in these areas as I came in with, even having paid additional for "deep tissue." I had a really great experience with my massage! I opted for the now +deep tissue and it was incredible! I would really recommend Ruth, who was my massage therapist. I have a problematic shoulder and she really did some work, I left relaxed and grateful I could move without pain. The rest of the staff was really friendly as well. I felt totally safe with the measures they've put in place. The atmosphere was crazy, I felt like I was in a candlelit cave by the ocean! I was a little bummed I wasn't offered an "opening" promo they had advertised but that's not why I was there (and I also didn't ask for it). I made an appointment at 3:33 Sunday for the next day at 3:30. When I got up Monday morning, I saw that my boss had scheduled a meeting for Monday at 3. I called before they even opened to try to schedule later in the day and was told when they finally called me back that they did not have anything the same day, and that they would have to reschedule me to the next day. At 1 PM they called me back to tell me that I would be charged 50% of the service fee because I did not cancel 12 hours before ... in the middle of the night, when they were closed. She was unhelpful and disregarded my complaint. Keep in mind that if you don't like your massage, she says to stop in the middle and walk out! I paid for 'The Stretch' and added deep tissue and did NOT receive deep tissue at all. And the only thing Nyjah said was she could credit me $10! That's it! Everyone here is so sweet. My massage therapist Lisa was a absolute gem. She was so welcoming and kind throughout the whole service. At the end she showed me some great stretches to improve my day to day life. The aesthetics of the facility is very relaxing. If you're trying the now out don't bother booking the 50 minutes and just go for the 80 before you regret it as it feels so good.Definitely will only book 80 minutes moving forward. Great Massage! She took her time really asked me what was important to me and what areas I wanted to focus on. Added the scalp treatment and OMG she started and finished with that which was amazing! I never felt rushed and although the room was open (separated by curtains for each therapist) I did not hear anyone else and felt very comfortable. This place is great if you don't want an actual massage! I have been there 4 times, the first two were good experiences and the massage therapist gave me what I asked for. I went back again in the winter and asked for deep tissue with firm pressure and all I got was a therapist running his forearm up and down my body. That is not a massage. I did speak with the manager after the massage and expressed my feelings that I didn't feel what I received was a massage at all but she told me that this was just how some massage therapist choose to do deep tissue. Whatever. I decided to give it one more try today and this time specifically told the therapist exactly what I wanted and lie and behold, it was Not a massage again! It was as if someone was applying lotion to my body and extremities. Even after having a conversation telling the therapist where my trigger points were and that I wanted her to use her hands and thumb to really work on them, nope, didn't happen. I think she ran her elbow past them once or twice but did not work on them. I didn't stop her in the middle of the "massage" simply because I had already told her what I wanted. I looked at the clock when the massage was over and I was charged for 80 minutes but only received 60 minutes. I told the manger and she still charged me for the full 80 minutes. I'm frustrated because I just want a real massage and what I got wasn't that! If you just like to relax but not work on any real problem areas, this place is for you. Otherwise, I would skip it. Was charged $55 due to canceling when I arrived at my appointed time because they did not provide what I requested. Never again. read more
