The bagel sandwich was delicious until I felt the crunch! My heart sank a bit, there was a chunk of egg shells. I love that Ruby's uses fresh ingredients but double checking the cracked egg bowl to ensure no egg shells is preferred. I think it's a fluke and will be fixed in the future. It won't stop us from returning for our favorite bagels in town.

The coleslaw was delicious, the tortellini salad was good, and my husband really enjoyed his Cuban sandwich. My burger (the rock), though, was one of the best I've ever had. It was incredibly juicy and flavorful, especially considering it was cooked on a griddle instead of a grill. Meals come with the main item, and you can order sides separately if you want them.
