The girls at the counter are so nice and helpful. I've never been here before and they helped me pick out the best bagel for me and which bagel should go on. Their selection of sandwiches both for breakfast and lunch are quite large. I got the southern bell, and it was the perfect combination of spice with melted cheese. The only thing I would change would be the amount of meat. I don't think that there was enough sausage for how large the bagel was. I paired it with an everything bagel, and the crunchy salty ratio was just right!

See the mold in numerous places? We tasted it, too. Do not risk your health by eating or drinking here.

Zero stars should be allowable to rate this place. Do NOT risk your health by eating here. Our food was awful and the service was even worse. The drinks from the machine tasted moldy and after a second look, we now know why. The bagels were not good and were scant in the toppings we ordered. The front end cashier was a bit aggressive so we did not ask for a refund. We have contacted the company, though.

Solid bagel location...probably one of the OG's. New bagel places are popping up left and right here in Charleston so I hope this one sticks around. They have a variety of breakfast and lunch bagels. I got here when they were close to closing, but the service was very fast. There is a good amount of seating, indoors and outside. although there's two locations in the Charleston area, it does not have a chain store vibe.

Great spot to grab a breakfast sandwich on the go in Charleston! I got a bacon egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel, and it hit the spot while sitting on Folly Beach. I wish I would have added a spread or sauce, to take it to the next level. But this definitely settled my craving for a breakfast bagel sammy!

If bagels is what you are looking for this is the spot. Variety of bagels almost in every way you might think off . Breakfast, lunch , sweet of savory. Staff do greet you and are nice. The place was clean , there was outdoor indoor seating only. Ample parking space as it's like a strip mall area. Kohls and Marshall are nearby perfect for some lunch shopping area

I tried the egglewich deluxe with ham on a sun dried tomato bagel. I'd go for a different bagel next time but I enjoyed my sandwich and it filled me up on a morning when I was super hungry. The cheese is just a slice of American cheese, but it melts nice on the bagel sandwich. I went during the week on my way to work and it was quick service with friendly staff. I want to try the monte cristo bagel sandwich next time!

Mesia was the sweetest! She helped us pick our bagels and was super patient with us. The bagels were incredible we went back the next day. Their coffee bar is so good they have so many options and there's a ton of seating and outdoor options too. Cant wait to go again!

Loved loved loved the Ruben sandwich! Was sooo tasty and filling. Put on cheese bagel and chefs kiss. Came with a side of chips. Can pick up cream cheese to go and bagels to go. Parking lot in front and next to a Publix if you want to grab fruit salad or flowers and start your weekend brunch off right. Small tables if you want to enjoy your bagel and dine in are available. Quick service in making and handing over your food to go. #bergerknowsbest

They have plenty of things on their menu that offer pre-made sandwich ideas, etc, but you can make your own, as well. What I will say is this: they food is good. Large portions, bagels are cooked well, and the good packs a nice punch of flavor. So you really can't go wrong with the food. The coffee drinks, however....not good. I ordered a vegetarian egg and cheese and also a vegetarian Rico. He said, ok, without the bacon? Which I replied to, saying yes. While the bagels themselves were not bad, I unfortunately found bacon in my food (the egg and cheese which should have never had bacon to begin with) The place is pretty clean. Busy atmosphere, long lines. When I brought it back to the counter, I told him, I ordered my bagel vegetarian, and I found bacon in it, the employee examined my bagel and said, "Oh, that's probably just a piece, do you want me to remake it?" This response made it clear that dietary restrictions and allergies are not taken seriously here, which is concerning for customers who rely on accurate food preparation for their health and safety. My husband also ordered a salmon and cream cheese bagel and said it was really bad. Other than that, the bagels themselves were fine, but the staff seem to have issues understanding food regulations and proper food preparation, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions and allergies.

Their prices have really gone up, and the quality of food just doesn't justify downtown Charleston price tags. $5.50 for a watered down "cold brew," and about $10 for a sausage egg and cheese on toast... which they up charged me $1.09 to switch it from a biscuit to toast they likely got at Aldi or Teeter After taxes this was slightly over $19. I don't see that they stock the Charleston City Paper anymore, which is something I used to look forward to reading in their worn in cozy space. I'd rather make this breakfast sandwich at home for 1/4 the price and the same quality.

We ordered a vanilla cinnamon iced latte, a cappuccino, a smoothie, a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel, and a strawberry pop-tart, and every single item was outstanding- gluten free options too!!! The iced latte had just the right balance of vanilla and cinnamon without being overly sweet, the cappuccino was expertly crafted, and the smoothie was incredibly refreshing.
