Delighted to find this TERRIFIC bagel shop today. Every bagel type is a winner. They packed them beautifully in plastic for us when I said we were taking them on the road and wanted them not to get stale. Being from New Jersey originally ourselves, we knew these would be top notch when we saw their NJ Parkway sign and NJ state map, too!! We were in walking distance of Holey City Bagels and went around 8:45am on a Saturday morning. The line was a little long, but moved quickly to order. It took a total of 40 minutes for us to get our two bagels, but they were worth the wait. We both got a bacon egg and cheese on asiago or everything bagel. There was plenty of bacon and the cheese was great quality. The bagels were soft but stood up to the filling. I recommend ordering ahead or getting here early if you're really hungry! From when we got in line to ordering at the counter and getting our food, it took a little over 30 minutes. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut butter. The peanut butter is made in-house and has a hint of honey in it. I wish I could have a jar of their peanut butter because it was amazing. Additionally, peanut butter to bagel ratio was also the perfect amount. The place is somewhat small with a 3-4 tables inside if you want to dine in. I would recommend taking it to go because it gets noisy in there with people waiting for their food. They also have online ordering available. I couldn't tell you if it is made in-house or if it's Tofutti being repackaged into small containers. Our Uber driver recommended this bagel shop and he was spot on. We've lived around the world and have eaten a lot of bagels over the years and this has to be the BEST bagel we've ever had.
