After a couple of beers, we ordered the Brisket sandwich to split and kids ordered the Cuban to split. Both dishes were plenty. Both were very moist, flavorful and served with fries. We started with spicy and classic margaritas--both were perfectly made. The bread service was fresh and delicious, and my French onion soup had great flavor. Colby's side salad was super fresh too. For dinner, I got the homemade chicken tenders (so good--NOT processed at all), and Colby had the Honey Pig Roll, Bang Bang Roll sushi , and the Cajun Seafood dish with fresh fish, large shrimp, and andouille sausage in a tasty house-made Cajun sauce. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. Our server was really busy but still did a solid job. The décor was amazing, and the live music at the bar makes us want to come back soon. We definitely recommend--just wish the brew house offered more local craft beer options!

It is common knowledge that many things in the Atlanta area are expensive especially alcohol but tonight we were stunned at the amount we were charged for a beer in Lake City at Longhorn. Three 12 oz cans of Pernicious by Wicked Weed brewing company cost over $37. Obscenely expensive and for absolutely zero reason! We had a lovely steak and had commented throughout dinner at how very good the meal was and at a fair price. That good feeling went right out the window when we received the check. Charging over $12 for a 12 oz can of beer is insulting and it ruined our Longhorn experience. We dine out several nights a week and we are very loyal patrons but now have a bad feeling towards Longhorn. We don't have to have alcohol but we enjoy a good, cold beer and we are aware that restaurants make good money off of alcohol sales. We are fine with a restaurant making money and we contribute to those profits regularly but tonight we definitely feel taken advantage of and I'm not sure we will return to Longhorn. Very sad when greed is more highly valued than return customers. As a side note, we sat in the bar and Haley took good care of us.

The vendor for this item was clearly changed, and the bread has become tasteless and overly processed. This trend has now spread to the rest of the food selection. The food is not only tasteless but also heavily salted. Every item, from vegetables to meat, is drenched in salt. This evening was particularly disappointing. The baked sweet potato was filled with water and had a soggy, wet skin. When they brought another one, it was the same. The potato was clearly not cleaned properly and still had a root runner attached. It's disheartening to see another restaurant quickly going in the wrong direction. The manager seemed uninterested in addressing the issue.

We ordered our food and shortly our meal was in front of us. I got their pick 2 special - a salad and soup. It was the perfect amount of food. The salad was fresh and made to order. My chicken noodle soup was very good - I almost wish I'd just gotten a whole bowl! Then there was the choice of bread - who knew banana bread would be an option? It was top notch. I loved Bob Evans' meals from when I was a kid, and I had a hankering for breakfast food while making a pit stop. We initially were greeted by Jay at the front, seated and the team helped with drink orders since we were hectic and couldn't decide on anything before everyone got a chance to "freshen up". Mary Jo was our server, patient and friendly, took her time with us since she could tell we were not locals. My parents are usually predictable but this place was kind of new to them. I ordered a breakfast omelette with loaded hash browns and pancakes. My elderly parents (both over 80) used the specials menu, it was like going 40 years back in time, when meals were $9.99! mother got the hamburger steak, my father the fish and chips. Both were very happy with the amount of food, along with the sides. Mary Jo brought out biscuits which are my absolute favorite but I specifically didn't get sausage gravy because we still had a long way to drive and I needed to be alert. Man, just perfect execution on it all. The cooks nailed our humble order, everything coming out piping hot, all timed together, everyone dug in and we almost finished it all. Took a couple biscuits with butter that Mary Jo gave us, and I packed my pancakes without syrup since I'm a Type 2 diabetic. Didn't matter bc the pancakes were so light and fluffy. As I paid the bill up front, you still are there back in time, seeing candy for sale that hasn't been prominently around for years, NECCO wafers, Giant Tootsie Rolls, Chunky candy bars. Brought back a flood of childhood memories when things were simpler. Bob Evans is like a beacon, giving you good food when you need it, great service all the way, and Jay who rang me up at the end was very kind- listening to my ramblings about how NECCO used to be in Boston but was bought by Spangler in Ohio. Mary Jo provided my father and I our drinks to go, his an unsweetened tea and me a Coke Zero. Really nice touch since I needed that boost to finish the 500 mile drive. A blast from the past but exactly what we needed at the moment. The memories I had while there eating were real, and I'm happy we chose to stop here. On the way back you can bet I'm gonna try to stop again! Thanks to the team for keeping us fed, awake, and caffeinated for our drive.

Looking around for the Mexican restaurant that I used to go to, I found that it had been turned into Two Fat Guys over the years. Alright, I'll give that a go instead! Inside there are a couple of tall tables to eat at, and then a side area for normal table seating to eat at. The ordering system is counter service, and after I went through the menu I went with a standard cheeseburger and some fries along with a drink. The wait wasn't long, and I got my food and sat down. First, the fries... They were limp and not that great. Also, I asked for some hot sauce, only to find out they did not have any. Ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper... That's it for condiments, as I found out from the completely disinterested staff. The burger was alright... not outstanding, but also not bad. My recommendation? If you are hungry for a burger, sure, go for it... get it to go, because the ambiance and staff are certainly not going to be a positive light on your day. Skip the fries, they aren't worth it. Sadly, given this experience I fully expect to see a completely different place here within a couple of years, unless something changes drastically.

It's a typical little neighborhood Cafe with a breakfast buffet and menu ordering. I had the two-egg breakfast with bacon, toast with tater tots (out of hash browns). That tater tots Tasted like they were cooked in fresh oil and the bacon was amazing. A friend ordered the same except with home fries and a hot cake. Coffee was nice and strong with good flavor. I visited the restroom and although the building is obviously old it was very clean. Crystal was our server and she was warm and engaging. 10/10.
