The tall ceilings and open space create a really unique atmosphere that feels both welcoming and modern. It's a place that's comfortable to spend time in, not just grab a coffee and leave. What I appreciate most is that it feels like a true family business. You can tell the people behind the counter genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they've built. I think it was an iced shaken brown sugar espresso thing...with non-flavored cold foam on top. The baristas used actual brown sugar (and very little of it), so it was a flavorless latte with milky goo atop. I went back and asked for some flavor to be added. They willingly obliged. They also have a merch bus parked right next to the airstream where you can sit and enjoy your drink (if you ever get it), but beware, the door is tiny. I walked in for a moment and upon exiting, smacked my head so hard I almost cried. Totally my fault, but wow, a "watch your head" sign would be clutch. Anyway, cute space and concept. Another customer came in a couple with their kid and this time she clearly saw them walk in. The customers stood there waiting and looking at her, but she still didn't acknowledge them. My son got the bourbon caramel latte, and he loved his too. The shop itself is small, but there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. What impressed me most was that there were only two employees working, and they handled the crowd incredibly well. They kept things moving, acknowledged customers as they came in and when it was their turn to order, and were still kind and friendly. The café was also very clean and well kept. For there to be only two people working and the crowd they had at 11 o'clock, I'm sure it had probably been busy all morning. Even so, everything was clean and organized.
