Then I yanked on the door and it opened. Some guy comes out of the back and to scold Me about the way I opened the door while some old woman in the back screamed how I'm an effing idiot. If you were there watching me struggle, why not help me? You just wait ten minutes to yell at me about pulling the door open? needless to say I'll never be back. If I want to spend $6.75 on wash only I'll go to a nicer place without mildew.

Anything you dont spend is non refundable so pure profit for them. Patrons dont find this out til theyve put their laundry in so theyre stuck.

The machines also accept any card payments including Apple Pay, not just coins, which makes every laundry experience really easy and fast. I happened to meet the owners one time when I was working and doing my laundry at the same time. I had to leave my laundry in one of the dryers for hours until it was almost closing time, and they waited for me before closing the shop, which was really kind. They're very nice. They also have a machine where you can buy detergent if you forgot to bring your own, which is really convenient. Some laundromats only take coins, and as you can already imagine, that can get frustrating. Place is always clean too.

When I asked the lady to let me use the bathroom after her big speech about giving me credit to use another washer she DENIED ME of using the bathroom. That was mean and she didn't use what her boss told her to do. UNDER YOUR DISCRETION. You have bad employees that scared away your customers and then talk to you with the sweet humbling voice for you to believe her. You fall for that because I don't. She did that under retaliation for letting me use another machine. It's not the customers fault your machines break. When people show up instead of your workers sitting on their phones waiting on their clothes to be washed they should be inspecting every customer that comes in to make sure they check how much they are putting in the washers. So I would be mindful of this, as I was not aware and unfortunately got there 3min after 9pm Luckily, the staff was super kind and allowed me to do one load and I am super grateful as it was very important, our washer and dryer stopped working suddenly again and I really needed to wash my husband's military uniforms urgently. I was able to run a quick 26min wash and a quick 16min dryer and leave before 10pm closing time with clean and fully dried clothes! She stated that the reason the machine wouldn't start is because I had to pay for those additional options. She said that there was no way to cancel the options or offer a refund. In the end I paid the additional $2.00 and the machine still wouldn't start. Turned out the lock wasn't fully engaged and I did not need to pay the additional charge.

I was able to get everything done in just three loads thanks to their oversized washers, which was a game changer. Ana, one of the staff members, was incredibly kind and helpful. She walked me through loading a laundry card and even let me know that if you add $50, you get a $5 credit - such a nice little bonus. She also helped me choose the right washer sizes for everything I brought in, which made the whole process super efficient. There's plenty of seating, it felt safe overall (it is PB, so you'll see some foot traffic outside), and parking was easy. Also - the pink decor is really cute and makes the space feel more fun than your average laundromat. Only things I'd love to see added: a few outlets for anyone who wants to work while waiting, and a bathroom (not sure if I just missed it). I had a few loads of laundry to do and there was a transient digging through all of the trash cans and there was also someone weighing their drugs on the tables where you fold your clothes. I wish I could get my money back because it was such an uncomfortable experience.
