I had a cheesesteak it was large, and I ate the rest of it the next day. The flavor was just a little on the mediocre side. My wife had sliders and she said they were good. The french fries were very good. I will definitely go back and try other things on the menu. I recommend this place for people that like to drink, it look like there could be a lot of fun in that bar area. Well after 3 years, food got worse or at least what we ordered.. When we ordered a flat bread off the menu and asked for a different cheese seemed like no problem but was told "We can't because it's already on there" right there you know the whole menu has to be premade as a flat bread would be the easiest for toppings to be changed.. Sadly to say we ordered the chicken tacos YES I KNOW BETTER... probably scooped with an ice cream scooper...Totally processed even the guacamole needless to say one bite and done.. We go here often but our last 2 visits might change that. Last visit daughter & I asked if we can get the shoestring/thin fries with our meals in place of the regular, server said yes, not a problem. When we got the bill we were charged $10 extra for this. I have no problem with an up charge but seriously $5 each for a different fry?? We were not told that there would be an up charge and that price is greed & ridiculous! Went again recently and asked for a Lipton Brisk raspberry tea, server said I don't have that but I have Snapple Raspberry, ok that works. Well lol bill arrives and they are charging $5 for 1 Snapple! That is just pure greed! I could see $3 but $5!?!? Again I get they are going to up charge but really?? Not sure if we will go back. I've been going to the Office lounge for 40 years. And last Saturday was the absolute worst. I would go there specifically for the prime rib. It was so bad, it was totally inedible. So I returned it, then they gave me a replacement, and that was just as bad. Total bad experience across-the-board. I don't think I will ever return. And I know it's because of the new owners. Guys Night Out! Our wives get together to celebrate birthdays, so we get together to celebrate life! My first time here, and it was quite nice. This place has gone so downhill. The food is nasty anymore. Sushi isn't even good. Had a steak that was SO tough, I couldn't even cut it. Water tastes like the gun lines it comes from haven't been cleaned in 10 years. Fries taste old or cooked more than once. Used to get crackers and cheese but now it's nothing. Sometimes you get weird bread IF the server remembers. Last 2 times I was there and we ordered dinners, no bread, watched the table next to us get it though. went to The Office for their prime rib special on Tuesday. Service was quick and friendly. When my food arrived I was blown away by the size of the piece prime rib I got. People around me commented on how big it was and how delicious it looked. It was awesome and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be going back there again. read more

Omg food was terrible and not edible. Waited over 25 minutes for what they call French onion soup which was sent back. Just onion soup no bread or cheese on it. The lobster roll was straight out of the can All shredded with only a couple of pieces of lobster. That was sent back. Onion rings were over fried and not served with the lobster roll. Had to wait another 6 minutes for that. I'm really surprised that this establishment is still open. When asked what was in the seafood bisque the waitress said that the head chef was off and the person doing the cooking had to call him to find out what was in it. Was all fake seafood ugh! Hubby and I have dinner with our son and his GF about once a month, they chose The Office this last time. We were seated quickly and on the lower level I guess you can call it, server was friendly but very busy, it was a crowded night and she was hustling to get orders taken and food to the tables. We ordered Chef Salad, Ultimate Reuben, grilled chicken dinner and beef cheese burger. Salad was crispy and fresh ingredients and really could be split between two people, it's that big. Cheeseburger was cooked med well and GF enjoyed the extra well done fries. Son, enjoyed his chicken dinner and it was enough for him to have as a late night snack when they got home. My Hubby loves Reuben's and usually will order one whenever he see's it on a menu, this was no exception, fries were well done and the sandwich was stacked!!!! Three of us were there for lunch today. Two from Staten Island & the other from Tom's River. (3 women). We had the corned beef sliders as an appetizer with a small side of delicious, crispy ff's. One of the ladies had the onion soup that she said was delicious. Two of us had salads with chicken & one lady had the loaded chili & it was loaded. The salads were good, but can you really rave about a salad. They were fresh & not skimpy. We also had desert. I had the rice pudding with whipped cream which was delicious. My other friend had the chocolate lava cake which came with whipped cream & a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. We even enjoyed the coffee. We were not at all disappointed & will definitely go back. Dismal. My wife and I decided to order from the sushi bar and it was a total disappointment. We ordered the Sashimi Deluxe only to find that there was nothing deluxe about it. No rice, no soup and no salad which is standard in any sushi establishment. The sashimi were half the size, poorly cut and were decidedly not fresh. The sushi rolls were incredibly small and covered in what they call eel sauce which is so sweet that it's all you can taste. The only thing decent about the meal were the drinks which were surprisingly overpriced for it being "happy hour". The bar side of this restaurant is really hopping during Happy Hour. The prices for beer are excellent. I had a pint of delicious Toms River Porter for only $7, including a good tip. A fun, worthwhile half hour was spent here during the charging of my electric car at the Cadillac dealer half a mile away. read more

Stopped by here for the dinner specials. We started off with the shrimp cocktail and oyster Rockefeller. The oysters were really just okay. It was basically just creamed spinach on top of them. For the entrees we got the lobster tail and steak. The lobster tail was a great portion but could have used more salt and maybe a garlic butter instead of plain butter. The cut of steak was huge! I was only able to have about 3 bites. The steak could have also used more salt because it was not charred well enough and there was no real crust. The side order of potatoes were really good. Used to be good, but I try it about every 6 months and have regreted tge last 5 or so times. The chicken rigatoni was gross, the chicken cutlet was very greasy yet dried out, the rigatoni was definitely a frozen meal. Filet mignon eh, edible but not good, penne with vodka sauce gross and that's hard to mess up. On the upside, the soup was ok, and the bar makes good drinks, however the glasses are teeny tiny and filled with ice. Others said their meal was ok. I go to a restaurant for food and company. The company is always good. The food here is not. I have gone 3 times in the last 2 months hoping it was just a bad night. It has gone downhill. Simple as that. The lobster roll was terrible. Shredded lobster meat and dripping wet. The stuffed shrimp used to be pretty darn good here. It was cold and dry and the stuffing was just plain bad. Smallish shrimp. The salad dressing is cheap from a plastic container crap. Rice was like minute rice and fries were OK. Much better food for better prices almost everywhere. read more

We sat in the dining room, my boyfriend was excited to see there was a catfish sandwich on the special menu. I ordered the fried mushroom appetizer, which was good. I also had the Lunch special, a Filet Mignon burger, which the waitress suggested to have it medium rare. It came looking medium well, more towards absolutely no red in the center, not how I eat a burger. On top of that, it was super dry and tasted exactly like ground beef liver, not filet mignon but any stretch of the imagination. I tried to choke some of it down with the onions I asked to be fried but came barely cooked and cold. Had to slather tons of Mayo, (mayo??? On filet mignon???) Just to get a second bite down. I took the rest home for dog food as that's as good as it got. This had no seasoning, no a bit of fat, and I can say it was definitely not filet mignon. Waste of money. read more
