So much fun! Staff was friendly, and the boats are electric and fun.

This is a can't beat location for watching boats go by on the river while enjoying a great selection of cocktails.

Horrible experience. Rude service and don't honor your reservation. Owner was rude and addressed me as you people. He could be racist.

Excellent fast casual joint in downtown Saugatuck serving up a small but mighty menu of tacos,…read morenachos, empanadas, and a few entrees. We kicked things off with an order of the corn queso and chips and I picked three tacos for my meal. There's a lot of seafood options here and 2 out of my 3 choices fell in that category--coconut shrimp, fish and chips, and fajita steak. Of the three my favorite was actually the steak (though I'd call it more of a short rib maybe?) though all three were great. The coconut shrimp had a bit more of a kick to it than I was expecting but it was still excellent. I also LOVED the corn queso and definitely ate more than my fair share. They've got a few beer options, cocktails, beer, and a couple of NA options outside of soda including a delicious lavender lemonade and a watermelon lime slushie. I'm not the biggest fan of watermelon but it sounded refreshing so I went with that as my beverage and it was really, really, good. If you're ready to party you can add a shot of liquor to it to give it a little more sauce. Ordering is fairly straightforward. Order all your food and drinks at the counter, wait for your drinks, then grab a seat and wait for your food which they'll bring out to you. FYI the indoor seating is currently not air-conditioned so keep that in mind when you grab a seat if it's hot out. And DEFINITELY keep it in mind when the tip screen comes up at the register. They have a note saying tips are optional as they pay the staff accordingly but it was in the 90s when we were here and I can't imagine how hard it was working through that. So we definitely left a few bucks as a thank you.

The food is hot and you are called to the window to get your order. The burrito was kind of pricey, decent size and just ok. It's served with a few chips. The chili cheese dogs had liquid white cheese, homemade chili with beans. The hot dog was hot inside (normally I've been getting cold inside at other places) however the chili just didn't thrill me. Okkkkkkkk I'm a chili dog snob so it was just my personal preference. Both meals came with a 20 oz pop. The menu is VERY small and limited but if the food is good you don't need a lot of items. Plus the husband & wife are doing everything alone. I really really hope they succeed in this business. I give them so much credit for trying and chasing their dream. We probably will not go back because we weren't thrilled. There have been a lot of positive comments on our local social pages. I've heard their shakes are amazing - give the place a try

My wife had ordered the food through the QR code provided on the sign, after placing the order it listed they would bring our food to the car; during the order it even asked for our location? Instead we received zero confirmation that the order was ready, as it sat outside waiting to be picked up. We were expected to rummage through a pile of orders/bags in order to find our name on the ticket; not too practical. Definitely wouldn't waste money here, especially when they market themselves to be something they aren't.

With few lunch options, we decided to give The Butler a try and Wow! Best decision we made all day. The service was great - friendly and attentive. And the food was outstanding. My friend loved hers - a patty melt burger, which she had served on a brioche bun instead of the standard rye bread. She shared a sample of her burger with me and it was very good. I can imagine if the burger were cooked to medium or medium rare instead of the well done my friend ordered, I too would have called it delicious! I ordered the Mac and Cheese with brisket and candied jalapeños and - what can I say? It was really one of the best things I have ever eaten. The combination of flavors was wonderful and the added crisp of the not-very-hot jalapeños added a tasty texture. Do yourself a favor and go to The Butler and order this. Trust me. I will be back to the restaurant and will probably order Exactly the same dish! Wonderful.
