A family bolognase was one of the dishes & upon picking It up and taking It back home, we opened the container to find literally no sauce. The manager Dan offered the explanation of an "inexperienced chef" and "credit" toward the next meal. Additionally, the staff person who took the order, was simply unkind. To make matters worse, just recently I had a business meeting and had It catered by Pasqualino's. They failed to provide any dressing for a 20 person salad and made another large mistake with the order. They didn't offer to refund and also refused to deliver any of the necessary items to complete the meal. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because i know there's potential in this restaurant, because It used to be good. I hope they can figure It out.

The prices are absurd for eating in what amounts to a divey sports bar with slot machines too--26 bucks for chicken Marsala, and people pushing past your high top table to feed to video poker machine.
