No warning, no call ahead. They seated us in the bar at high tops -- with a 3-year-old. When we raised the issue, the response from staff was: "Sorry, we shouldn't have taken your reservation." That's not an apology. That's a confession. They knew they couldn't honor the reservation and took it anyway. We won't be back. The prices are absurd for eating in what amounts to a divey sports bar with slot machines too--26 bucks for chicken Marsala, and people pushing past your high top table to feed to video poker machine. EDIT: they also add 3% to your bill for using a credit card.

He also was not as organized as he could have been. The other thing I hope the owner pays attention to are the extremely uncomfortable chairs. A little padding to the backs would help. These are minor issues when the food is good and made order.
