Tucked away along Route 22 behind Chick-fil-a sits this Italian restaurant. It has been on the area for years. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It had obviously been renovated as it so very up to date and has a more modern vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's a bar with high tops and a dining room that is rather large.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking could be an issue as the lot so small and the spaces are close. You can park in the hotel lot behind them. We were greeted by some hostesses that were super friendly and we were immediately seated. The bar had a 15 minute wait. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dining room is large and has comfortable seating. Nice lighting as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ordered two drinks - strawberry lemon drop martini and a blood orange martini. Both were meh. They were good, but wouldn't order again. They did have a large selection of various flavors of crushes and sangrias. Ordered the calamari for an app. Wouldn't recommend this. The marinara with it was homemade, but the calamari itself was just typical frozen breaded calamari. Breadsticks and salad were brought. Both tasty - especially the breadsticks! Ordered the shrimp fra diavolo and was asked if wanted it mild, medium, spicy. Went with spicy. Absolutely delicious. Would recommend this! Ordered the stuffed flounder with a side of broccolini. Flounder was great and there were LUMP crab pieces inside with a great imperial sauce on top. Asked for butter for the broccolini but was given packs of butter that were hard so didn't melt. Lots of sides to pick from when ordering. Desserts looked amazing (they are on display at hostess station). Just couldn't fit anything as the meals are great portions. Greta value for the quality and quantity. Server was terrific! Shout out to Kyle. Would come again.

Chicken Francaise

They serve salad and breadsticks here like Olive Garden, yum. There is a very extensive menu of lots of chicken options. I tried chicken française for the first time and was surprised that it came out looking like chicken with fried egg on top, lol. For some reason, I had thought it would be breaded like panko and come out with a crispy topping. Even though my dish looked kind of yellow from all the lemon sauce, it was delicious and very filling. Loved all the protein, haha. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff is very nice, and it's a nice restaurant to enjoy a good meal with company.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

My first time here and I'll definitely be back. I couldn't decide so I ordered a bunch of different things. The service was amazing. The staff was nice and helpful, and them having a jukebox made my day so much better. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went around 3pm on Saturday and it wasn't too bad but the later it got, the more people showed up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Spinach dip 7/10 ; Buffalo wings 100/10; pasta 1000/ 10!

Garlic Mussels

I enjoy the happy hour here as well as some of the lunch options. It is moderately priced and the best option for a sit down location by APG. Their mussels are delicious and you get a decent portion. Parking can be difficult due to limited spots, but the service is always decent.

Blackened Chicken Alfredo

Really great service I believe our servers name was kiami really friendly and kept a smile on. The food was really delicious breadsticks taste fresh and the salad crisp . I got the blackened chicken Alfredo very big portions extremely flavorful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The surrounding environment feels fancy they also have a bar and take out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All around delicious place to try and keep trying.

After setting up at the proving grounds, we decided to go out for a bite. Based on Yelp reviews, we decided on the spot. As we walked in, we were surprised how busy the bartender was and not acknowledging us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Unfortunately, this seems to be like a glorified Olive Garden.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our adult beverages were OK. I had to search for the crab in the Maryland crab soup. My wife did enjoy her rigatoni Bolognese. My Greek salad was adequate.

Disappointment

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a tiramisu for carry out. I was incredibly disappointed. The pizza was cold, undercooked, rubbery, and tasted like it had previously been frozen. The tiramisu was a joke. It was $7, the size of cake pop, and it was packaged in a way that appears it had been thrown. I do not recommend dining in or out at this location.

Red Bell Pepper Shrimp Pasta

Very good dinner! I've been to Olive Tree Aberdeen a few times since my last post and I've noticed a change in attention to details. Service was excellent and to food was very good. Our dining experience last night was the blue-hair 0430 style so there was no contention to deal with but again, great service. Dinner: I had the red pepper sauce with penne & shrimp and my wife had a pasta dish with Diablo sauce. Both meals were very good. No deserts and we got out with tip @ $70. Unlimited salad & bread sticks if you like that stuff.

Very good food. A bit pricey but you get a lot of food. Fresh food. Probably one of the better restaurants in Aberdeen. No complaints.

A local Olive Garden style restaurant - but locally owned - that is always dependable. I've enjoyed eating here over the years.

One of the first restaurants you come to when coming in from I-95 is Water Street seafood, a restaurant that provides a great relaxed vibe, consistent with the area. They have an outdoor patio which was far too hot on the 4th of July weekend, so we sat right inside the dining room. There was a great energy in the place coming from both staff and other patrons. There's a decent view from the restaurant itself, but certainly head to the lighthouse area just about a mile away for the best views and pictures - it's definitely a cute town to explore. We had the tuna nachos, steamed shrimp, and a couple of soft drinks. Many of the other tables were ordering the crabs. Pricing averaged about $30 per person, including drinks, tip and tax. All of the servers carried similar high energy and efficiency, Samantha served our table and she was great. If you're even close to Havre de Grace, you owe it to yourself to stop by Water Street Seafood.

No frills, just good food. The young ladies working the counter are always really nice too. I was introduced to Richard's during covid and they quickly became one of my favorites for a good fish sandwich. I typically go with the small Icedock Sandwich meal because the original size with 2 pieces of fish is huge, but great for the price. American cheese, tartar sauce, a well seasoned piece of fried fish, and a soft roll... I'm sold! And the piping hot fries are some of the best. As a french fanatic, I know. I recently tried their Half & Half soup (half crab soup, half cream of crab) and it was delicious. Good chunks of tender crab meat and that creamy, tomatoe soup base blend was quite tasty. Although I'm partial to Richard's fish sandwich, I'm going to give some other menu items a try next time, because I'm sure it will be well worth it.

When we want to have great comfort food, we drive from Towson to Aberdeen to come to Mamie's Café…read more We know we will always be warmly greeted, get the best service, get the best comfort food, enjoy the decorations, and leave really happy that we came all that distance. That all happened today plus we wanted to introduce our friends to the restaurant. Olivia, our server, was the best. She had a fantastic personality and really made us feel so welcomed and at home. Brenda, you have a star here! We started off with an order of Fried Onion Rings. They were fried to perfection - were huge and were very tasty. Our friends ordered a Grilled Turkey Reuben on Rye Bread loaded with sliced turkey, sauerkraut, 1000 Island dressing, and melted Swiss cheese and a Mamie's Open Faced Hot Sandwich with a huge amount of fresh-baked Turkey Breast topped with gravy and another huge amount of mashed potatoes (check out the pictures). I enjoyed my favorite sandwich, which is Mamie's Favorite Triple Decker Shrimp Salad and Crab Cake Club with chips. My husband was taken aback with the size of his Country Fried Steak and mashed potatoes. Everyone had something to take home with them. The portions are more than generous. The one thing that Mamie's always does that makes them stand out from all the other restaurants is that they give you a free dessert. We were all so full, we took our to go.
