Finally pokē bowls in Oklahoma! First you choose what base you want: salad or rice. I've had both and I prefer rice but salad is good too if you're feeling healthier! I love how you can choose as many toppings as you like. I prefer to order avacados, crab meat, cucumbers, onion, ginger, masago, furikake, and green onions. (Pretty much everything) For fish, I love the salmon and scallops! Tuna is pretty good too, but the spicy tuna is very minced so the texture is not really for me. I've tried the spicy original which is a spicy soy sauce based sauce. I believe the owner said there was soy sauce, hot chili oil, and maybe some lemon juice in it? Spicy mayo is also really good! For the price that you pay, it's worth the money for the amount that you get. The bowl looks pretty small but it really fills you up! I always have to eat a third of the bowl for dinner. There is more topping than rice/salad so that's a bonus! I just take off some of the toppings and eat the rest with rice that I've made at home. I've also had the crepes before. Not too bad! Recently coming back from California where Poke Bowls were on every corner, this isn't too shabby for a place in Oklahoma. I assume the owner was working when I arrived one evening. He was SUPER friendly and didn't rush us to get our order. The menu is actually fairly small, bot it's pretty easy to pick out what you want. I ordered the chicken italian sandwich panini, which was served on a warm focaccia bread, sliced chicken, and some cold meats, then grilled on a press. The poke bowl we chose crab, salmon, and spicy tuna. Not too bad of a size, but had a slight kick to it. Overall quality was great. Fresh veggies which help with a poke bowl consistency. Being from California, I'm always craving poke and was always disappointed that OKC didn't have a poke place. Thank God I found One Cafe! Their fish tastes pretty fresh, which is amazing since Oklahoma is landlocked. I also like that I can have all the toppings without an extra charge....and this includes avocado. AVOCADO AT NO EXTRA CHARGE GUYS! Nothing makes me happier than getting avocado without an extra charge. Although they don't have a large variety of sauces or toppings like the poke joints I'm used to, I still thoroughly enjoyed my poke bowl and will continue to come back for more. This place came highly recommended, and the reviews looked great. Unfortunately we didn't get past the front door. My daughter had her service dog with her and we were told we had to leave the dog outside. I tried to explain that it was not a normal dog but a service dog, but we're told no. We didn't want to ruin anyone else's meal or to cause a fuss trying to explain the law, so we just left. Needless to say we will not be back, there are plenty of other places to eat. read more

We were so delighted by the food we received here. We had the chicken and shrimp salad rolls with a peanut and sweet Thai chili sauce. We also had the poke bowls.
