    Sushi poke bowl with salad
    Elisa S.

I've never had a poke bowl before and I'm my first time was at this place. The establishment is small and clean and perfect for a quiet lunch in a calm atmosphere with friendly service. The bathrooms were really clean too which shows they care about cleanliness. And dang those bowls we got were freaking delicious!! The food was fresh and spicy and very filling. There's just the right amount of options and they even have fried spam I will definitely be returning.

My husband ordered a panini. He's got fairly simple taste and he likes just about everything. He didn't like the sandwich. He said it was dry. He asked for mayo, but even with that he didn't like it. I had the yes cheesecake crepe. It was odd. The crepe was cold. All of it was cold, but the cheesecake sauce was runny, like you'd see it it was warm. I wanted a smoothie, but they don't make those anymore. The lady working there was fairly nice. It was quiet when we went in

My favorite place to get a Poke Bowl with SPAM! Yes SPAM!!! Gotta love it!!! A great place for that quick lunchtime satisfaction!

Interestingly, the correct pronunciation of "poke" is poh-keh.

The food is fresh and carefully prepared. Service is fast and courteous. Ambiance is that of a cafe; quiet and fast in and out. But welcoming enough to hang out and work on your laptop.

Oh my goodness... I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a decent poke spot here but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything was so fresh. From the rice to the protein to the toppings! Only reason its not 5 stars for me is because I wish there were more options for toppings and I personally think seaweed salad shouldn't be an extra charge. I would love some masago as a topping but I may just be used to the Poke I had in Texas. My favorite topping is the fried onions, so delish. Make sure to ask for the avocado ots unless you don't mind warm avocado. They place it right on top of the hot fresh rice. Price is definitely steep. I always said I'd never pay more than $12 for poke and my total comes out to $15 here but it's definitely worth it. Very filling! So glad I have a go to Poke spot for my cravings.

The best poke bowls around and the best people that run the place. I've tried nearly everything in the menu so far, and have loved everything. HIGHLY recommend!!

This place proves you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I love poke bowls but it's really not something I look for around here. This place will be added to my monthly rotation based on excellent quality and taste. They have a great selection of add-ins and I recommend getting most if not all of them. I chose white rice, salmon and spicy tuna, spicy mayo and everything else but the fried onions. You also get a little bag of edamame with your order. Big thumbs up for this place!

I thought this little family restaurant was a hidden gem until I started telling friends about how great the poke is and they all raved about it. Evidently I was the last to know..... I've had the takeout Pokè bowl about once a week for the last year and if it wasn't so good, I'd venture to other menu offerings. I'd love to try the crepes but honestly, the Poke is my favorite so why change it up? Try the poke bowl with rice & spicy tuna + salmon and add e v e r y t h i n g! The freshness and mix of flavors is deliciousness. Highly recommend!

Only place we've found in Edmond for Poke bowls and theirs are good! You can customize them many ways with lots of options. I chose lettuce base instead of rice for a low carb option and they have lots of fun toppings too. The owners are also super friendly and happy to answer questions. We typically call and order ahead for pickup, but the inside is clean with lots of tables for sit-down dining.

If you like sushi, but feel like you have to break the bank to get full, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! A very unassuming place, but honestly thats its strength. The food is plentiful and fresh. The ingredients are the star of the show, not the presentation. I ordered the spicy tuna and the salmon on a bed of rice. Im already planning my next trip back. also dont sleep on the crepes. We were very hungry when we got there, so we had room for dessert. We left fat and happy, and the couple who ran the place were very wonderful people.

One of the longest lasting "secret places" in Edmond. Portions are filling and the food is amazing.

Gage, our waiter was very professional and helpful. He guided us through the menu and helped us make good choices. We started with three mule cocktails. We had the Oaxacan, the Moscow and Kentucky Mules. Everyone enjoyed the cocktails. One thing that stood out to me for my Oaxacan Mule is that the Mezcal's smoky flavor really shown through and it was not overly sweet. A very clean cocktail, which I highly appreciate! We ordered the Chef's Salad Wrap with Onion Rings, French Dip with the tomato soup, and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with seasonal side of grits. I enjoyed the Chef's Salad Wrap but I would probably be a little more bold next time and get the Cortez or the Reuben. I craved a lighter choice and was more sinful with the over the top delicious onion rings! Wowowow! Hubby enjoyed his soup and French dip and son enjoy his Philly cheesesteak and grits. I would definitely love to revisit and try more of their items.

I ordered the Cuban panini with a side of Parmesan-encrusted button mushrooms. It's so hard to find anything close to Cuban bread, but this wasn't bad, and the panini was toasted nicely. There's only one problem: This isn't a Cuban sandwich. It's ham and turkey with pickles. I'll point the finger at myself for not looking at the menu closer. A Cuban HAS to be roast pork and ham, and the meat shouldn't be cold. I know this isn't Miami, but stop trying to pass this off as something it's not. As for the Parmesan-encrusted mushrooms, you might expect some bit of crust or breading with Parmesan. Nope. These were sautéed mushrooms with a glop of Parmesan (not entirely sure it wasn't Swiss) in the middle. If you wanted both, you had to get a mushroom, then bite off a bit of the no longer melted cheese. I'm not going to tell anyone not to come here. As ham and turkey paninis go, it was OK. But I can't help but think if they're trying to pass things off as something they're not, what else might not be as it seems?

I do wish they had an option to have dressing on the side though, it came already dressed and the salad was a little on the soggy end. They also dressed the salad but give you extra dressing, so little confusing. Dr Beek's salad was a little on the sweeter side too. They also forgot the grilled chicken add on for our salad so bit disappointing. Overall, they're alright! I love that it's a healthy option. We'd go again if they got our orders right.

I ordered the salted caramel iced coffee, and it was fantastic . It's served with a sealed plastic lid and pointy straw so you get to start drinking it like you would a boba tea. I also got a Black Forest cake to go, and it was okay. It had good textures and was very light and airy. I was expecting something richer, so it missed the mark a bit for me personally. *Important things to know before going* A lot of the pastries are Asian inspired, so they have a very light and airy texture with a sweet yet understated taste. It still tastes great, but don't expect a super rich or dense cake. If you're looking for a cafe to work out of, this isn't the place for you. There's no stated rule against it, but it felt clear the bakery didn't want me working there, lol. No WiFi available and there aren't really any plugs at all for laptops. They also wouldn't heat up the savory bun, which was disappointing. It would've been much better warm, but the cashier said no and clearly didn't care. Service was speedy, but our cashier was unfriendly. The coffee was overpriced and too sweet, and it needed stirring--but you can't stir it with the boba lid. On top of that, we had to order coffee separately and pay twice, which felt inconvenient. Even after ordering at the kiosk, our hot coffee somehow came out iced... oops. (Yes, it clearly says iced on the receipt - so obviously we missed something.) We also had to clean our own table, even though it wasn't busy. There seems to be a lot of variety at first glance, but if you look closely, it's mostly the same bread--lots of red bean. On the plus side, there's lots of natural light and plenty of seating (at least when it's not busy). Overall, a bit disappointed. The prices lured us in, but this won't be a routine stop for us. It doesn't hold a candle to Tous Les Jours.
