Crust flavor is pretty good, crisp on the edge with a little bit of flop, but flavor on the pepperoni pie was spot on - sauce not too sweet, pepperoni is plentiful and enough cheese to keep it together without it being a grease pool. Giant slices. Margherita looked really good, but felt like it could have used a tad more something to punch it up a bit more (or maybe tomatoes are just no longer in season?). The pizza is very good, some of the best New York style pizza in the area. However, after years of being very loyal to this place my most recent customer service experience was so bad, I have decided I will not be returning. I ordered three pizzas off of their website and it cost a lot more than I anticipated for plain cheese pizzas. However the customization screen came up and nothing was selected. It turns out I ordered three of the New York style with pepperoni and olives and all kinds of toppings. I returned the pizzas immediately. I asked for three plain cheese pizzas in exchange and they refused to take the pizzas back, refused to refund me and refused to make me the three plain cheese pizzas unless I paid full price. After a very long call with the manager they offered to refund one of the three. Which I felt wasn't good enough. I didn't even ask for a refund. I did think a fair compromise was to just make me the three plain cheese pizzas without charging me (I paid $150 for the pizzas I ordered and it would have been like $60-$70 for the three cheese pizzas). Either way, they wouldn't be taking a big loss. Except by refusing me, I will never go there again and I went there a lot. They will be gone before very long mistreating people like this. read more

We got a medium meat lovers and I must say it was delicious. The toppings were plentiful and tasty, the crust was perfect. It was almost like the perfect blend of thick and thin crust of that makes sense? The addition of roasted garlic was super yummy! The one thing I didn't like was the price, $25 ($21 w/o tax) for a medium pizza. It was a very expensive pizza albeit delicious. However, the woman at the cash register was flippant and rude and really took away the pleasure of eating good pizza.
